The hotel is very conveniently located. Food in the restaurant is not expensive. Very tasty food is served. The staff in the hotel and restaurant are very nice and well behaved. Room was clean. Clean wash room. E kettle for tea coffee is provided. Autos are available just outside the hotel.

Room is bit small. No toiletries they provided. Breakfast options were very much limited as because it was complimentary. During checkout we didn't get any bill of the hotel against our po ayment

The staff were very courteous and helpful. The rooms were very good. Food in the restaurant were normally priced and very tasty. Cleanliness was excellent. The beds were very comfortable to sleep on. Overall it was a very memorable stay. When we were leaving, at alleppey railway station we saw a north indian couple looking for a good hotel. We immediately directed them to royal e park

Had a worst experience with reception person and we are not sure about his name but there was an another person named as mahesh he pitched in solved it. Hotel and amenities are good. Lift is little old

The rooms were clean and comfortable. The restaurant food was excellent. They should have buffet breakfast instead of fixed menu.

My mum and I had dinner at Royale Park restaurant. We had prown fried rice (very good), karimeen fish (also very good, but pay attention to the bones!) and kayal kalanji fish which was excellent! It was so good we came back again here the day after. Staff was friendly and quick. Highly recommended if you are in Alleppey!
