Terrible experience right from when we entered the hotel. First, we had to wait for our room since it was 12.30 pm and they insisted we can get a room only by 1 pm by policy, despite check out being at 11 and we had an infant with us cranky after being up since 3 am to travel. Then they forgot to tell us that they need an advance till the very end. The card was in the car and we needed to step back out in 15 minutes and requested them to allow us to give it that time. They refused to let us and hand over keys even though our baggage and car keys were with them and we just needed 15 minutes to freshen up and anger the baby’s diaper. On entering the room, we realized the floor was filthy and the bathroom had a roll of tissue on the floor under the sink that hadn’t been cleaned up. We asked to have the room cleaned. Unfortunately a day later, that roll of tissue is still exactly where it was. This morning, I write this as I sit in the restaurant for breakfast with half the trays empty and a hungry child. Each time food comes out of the kitchen, the waiters hand it over at the table to a large group who has their plates full instead of refilling the buffet while all the other guests, including children, in the restaurant continue to stare at empty trays. Never had to pay as much for a hotel and then experience this sort of service quality. My recommendation is to avoid the hotel.
