Economical, 3BR Emaus clean, 2level-above-garage row home close to grocery Clean, bright w/cozy decor. 12 stairs up to very functional kitchen & living room. Addl 11 stairs to BR & full bath. MANY residents’ vehicles parked in street. Relatively quiet & respectful residents!! Backyard deck/BBQ area adequate; neighboring backyards’ unsightly. The price, kitchen & proximity to stores, gas station, & relative’s home suited our needs well!!

Property had two sets of stairs, one that was completely open to the downstairs with no railing or walls to prevent falls for the steep stairs. The place was dusty and had many cobwebs, but the no shoes policy made no sense since the floors were dirty. The hot water tank is small, only one person could shower at a time. Tv remote downstairs isn't compatible and I was told to use my phone, but its hard when it wouldn't connect.

Great little place Perfect for a small group or couple. We had a friendsgiving the first night, and then just enjoyed it for the two of us the rest of the way. Host was prompt when i locked myself out by accident, and other than that it was just perfect.
