Disappointed with my stay here. Rooms were poorly maintained, pillows were in terrible condition, and the staff was unhelpful and rude. Not worth the price—even at a third of the cost. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone! #TravelFail #HotelReview

This was the worst hotel experience of my life! We spent ₹60,000 for two rooms, and it was an absolute disaster. Both rooms had bugs, and one even had bed bugs—it was disgusting! The bed was dirty, the washroom was filthy, and bugs were crawling everywhere. The flush was so dirty that it looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in ages. To make things even worse, the staff was extremely rude and acted like they didn’t care at all. Instead of fixing our problems, they ignored us. And the biggest scam? They charged us ₹1,770 for just ONE towel! That’s just insane. The food was completely average, nothing special, and definitely not worth the price. This place is a joke. If you’re thinking about staying here, DON’T! It’s not even worth ₹600, let alone ₹60,000. Save your money and go somewhere else—this place should be shut down!

Stayed in the group (9 rooms.) The dining service experience is very bad. The serving staff is not trained. if we order for food then either they will serve you roti first or subji first. Means one of the foods will be got cold. They will not serve or prepare both together. Food is good. The Geyser in the bathroom is so small (3 ltr) one can only get 3 ltr warm (not hot water) Then we will to wait for another 3~4 minutes for another 3 ltr warm water. No running hot water is available in any room. It is not expected from such highly priced hotel. The location is also not prime. It is the small lane.

A great heritage hotel.Lots of character.. I had a tour of the premises and it was very interesting as the building is very old and had several special guests stay here. Food was great in the restaurant.. Rittu Singh, Sandeep and Romina were welcoming and made our stay extra special.

We had a suite and it was very nice. Lots of space, large, comfortable bed. The restaurant is fairly good in the evening, but at breakfast you should be down early. The road outside is very narrow for cars and I would not drive there with my own vehicle. But is was a fascinating street to walk on. The river is also very close, jus two blocks.

We had a very good Stay at the Hotel. Staffs are very friendly, specially Mrs Romina Singh and Mr Ritturaj Singh. The former showed us this ancient palace and its history. The hotel is highly recommended for a stay. Food was very good. Great rooms.

Location is near Sangam. Staff is good. Place is clean. Everything is fine except there management. They employ junior road side cook Mr Anup to cook meals who don't know what is Dum Aloo. They serve us puri bhaji sabzi when we ordered dum aloo and he has no time to listen complaint. When we called him and complaint him, he said he has no time and left place. How they run hotel without senior chef. He don't know difference between monchow and hot & sour soups.

Excellent hotel. Very quaint . Takes you back to old times. Excellent service . Staff was very courteous and helpful. Food was very good . Would come here and stay again for sure . We came with our family to visit the Ganges . Awesome view of the Ganges from the rooftop pool
