Jaswant Vilas a Boutique Hotel Prayagraj 5 Minutes to Airport

Right from entering hotel premises till we left everything was terrible. Guard doesn't where to park car for check in and take out our luggage. We booked two rooms for one day and paid INR 16200.00, rooms were ready at 6:30 PM. Finally rooms were given after 30 min but rooms were not clean, bathroom door was not opening from outside exhaust was removed. We have to ask for dental kit, sleepers, tea bags etc. When we went to hotel restaurant for dinner we were told that we are the only guest staying in hotel, they gave us menu of dinner but nothing was available except daal and aloo jeera, we ordered the same and waited for 30 minutes and shockingly first item they served was roti. We asked him to bring daal and vegetable first, after 10 min he served cold daal, we were angry and asked him to bring hot daal he served hot daal when we finished eating dinner. I am sure food was brought from outside dhaba. Most shocking part is that Make my trip is selling such hotels on there site, they sent me email to give review which is not working. Make my trip sold us two rooms for INR 16200 (INR 8100 per room) which was not worth INR 2000 per room. Finally in the morning at the time of check out I asked for match box, they took 10 minutes to check and then told me that they don't have match box, person standing at reception was busy in having tea and ordering paranthan for himself then checking out.

Rates are too high, they are selling bottled water, soda etc at 10 times cost more than printed rates. A GHATIYA TEA costs 200+GST. Service is very poor. The pressure pump keeps on running all the time creating an annoying sound in room no 304, and at night it disturbs a lot, and no solution was offered.
