Very good price for a nice place with buffet breakfast included. Clean with comfortable beds. Just near the beach. The only problem was that balcony doors do not shout properly, and are not soundproof. Good connection to centre of Alicante.

Nice enough room. No extras. Expensive for what is on offer. Food is mediocre at best. We preferred to eat out in the end. A very surly bar waiter. Dining room is very basic and always VERY cold. People were taking their food back to their room to eat. The only redeeming feature is the two VERY nice girls on reception who are extremely helpful. We felt very sorry for them. They are overworked and look shattered. I doubt if they will stay for long. There is nothing nearby - no shops, bars or restaurants. Fortunately, the bus is only €1.45 to get into Alicante itself where we spent all of our time in the end. It cost us £1000 for 4 nights half board.. A total rip off. Never again.

The hotel breakfast is luke warm, the pool was closed, lunchtime the bar was closed as was the restaurant.. One of the worst customer service experiences ever. Everyone was stalking about how bad it was. HOW can a hotel advertise, pool restaurant, cocktails and be closed.. people were leaving the hotel to walk to the local cafe... it was as if that's what the staff wanted you to do... rather than serve the customers.

Positives; very clean maids came in every day changed towels etc lovely power shower. Buffet continental breakfast.Not too far from beach regular bus service to Alicante one way or nicer beach other way €1.45 regardless on how many stops. Negatives; dining room was freezing at any time. Not much to do in immediate area so we were constantly on buses or walking. We chose half board which was a bit of a disaster most nights you chose from a menu choice being fish or meat. We did have to wait most nights as only one member of staff serving. Food was very mediocre to say the least. Mostly very salty we aren’t fussy eaters but did leave food as inedible and bland. One night we had a buffet which was better and quicker as we wanted to head out afterwards. Meal was served from 8pm which was late for us.

This hotel is perfect if you look for a sheltered and quiet place to relax, with short walking distance to the beach or nearby restaurants. We arrived by car, and there is free parking all around the hotel in the street (a lot of free parking in the same area of Alicante). The breakfast was both tasteful and fresh, with good variation of food (fruit, eggs, bacon, sausages, vegetables, plenty of bread and sweet donuts and cakes/danish pastry, yoghurt, juices etc). The small dishes served before dinner were also very nice (freshly baked). Our only mishap was the lunch the first day when 2 of 5 main courses were with fish partly raw in the middle (they fixed this quickly in the kitchen, and the server did a very good job in keeping us satisfied). The rooms we had vere perfect for a short to medium stay, very clean with separate balconies and proper size modern bathroom with large shower. The pool area is quiet and sheltered even if it is windy outside, hence a warm and nice experience. Proper cleaning every day during the week is a good sign of people taking care of the nice property. It also felt good to see the solar panels on the roof, together with the rustic impression and artistic round central tower this made the hotel atmosphere warm and contemporary. Will we come back? Oh yes, we will, and several of the restaurants nearby will also be visited. No need to drive to central Alicante for nice restaurants, suggest you start with nearby Italian/ Spanish / Asian / Grill locations, most of them nearby the tram and the roundabout with the tram station. We opted for late check out, worked fine and gave us a relaxed day before leaving quite late. Next time we will probably also rent bikes or stand up paddle boards; the people in the reception would help you if necessary.

This is a lovely small hotel. We came for a short break. Was very impressed with the cleanliness of the hotel & room. The breakfast is a buffet style with a variety of choices. The staff are very friendly. The beach is only a short walk away. Luckily we got the weather. We would definitely visit again. 👍🏻

Lovely small and friendly hotel, Our room was very comfortable and we enjoyed a sea-view from the balcony. Buffet breakfast offered a wide choice so catering for all. Just a short walk down from the hotel and to the left is a rugged coastal walk. The beach of San Juan is a 25 minute walk or short bus ride( on the 22 bus) and is stunning. Or, in the opposite direction, the 22 bus takes you in to Alicante for 1.45 Euro's. The staff were superb and nothing was too much trouble. We asked for a kettle ( not in the room ) to enjoy a cuppa. The nearest supermarket, MixMax is a short walk away. Thoroughly recommend for a short break.

The hotel was fantastic, clean and friendly and well placed for travelling around. Nothing was too much trouble and it was fairly easy to get around in my wheelchair. Can't thank them enough for a relaxing week

Sweet first, excellent staff, good breakfast, very clean room etc, nice pool & outside area, good position as easy to walk, tram or bus to good destinations & the long/sandy playa de Juan beach is just a 30min walk or 5/10min bus ride & well worth it. Other than a grumpy young male waiter all staff were lovely from reception & breakfast waitress to chamber maids but especially the super busy & immensely efficient evening waitress, watching her industrious work ethic deserves respect. The receptionist couldn't of been more apologetic to our issues on check out & likely my tolerance was due to staying with friends for a couple of days in between our break, can't fault the place & staff but with the list below these are points to avoid or be aware of. Bitter, 1. Small rooom, I,ll discuss with my traval agent as was like a small Premier Inn room. 2. Room 010 & 011 (avoid), kitchen staff very noisy from 06.30 every day. 3. No kettle etc but on leaving was told they have them, should be in the room. 4. Twins beds pushed together. 5. Corridor door closing reverberated through our room every time it closed. To summarise, if we had an upper floor room many of our issues would of been avoided & the no.22 bus is close to get you into Alicante or take the Tram to Villajoyosa or Benidorm. Lastly we found a great Sports bar for a surprisingly reasonable burger & chips about 15mins walk away. LA PROVISIONAL 03540 Alicante which was a friendly & nice break from the hotel.
