Location is within the centre of city. Nearby market, bus stand etc. Stay was very relaxing, however due to low occupancy buffet breakfast was not provided instead limited dishes were provided. The entrance to resort needs to repaired to avoid water logging. Service was prompt.

The room initially allotted to us was absolutely pathetic in hygiene, the mattresses were not properly clean and even the toilet was horrible. But after strong protest, we were allotted an executive room, which was very clean and comfortable. Food was good but unnecessary expensive. We even found a small plastic piece in our tea

This was a very moldy property. Not at all maintained, though if done they can properly this can be a hit. But it's a fail and it's very dirty. Mosquitoes all over the place.

The property is too old and the picture shown are not the same anymore The slides are not working. The garden lights are not working and it's too dark to walk at night. The bathrooms are not clean and the toilet seat is broken. The amenities like a pool table, table tennis table all are broken also the carem table is way too old.

Horrible rooms. Extremely dirty corridors, furnitures, beds and room. Could not stay there even for 10 min. Had to cancel the booking. The hotel refused to pay for cancellation. After a lot of arguments they just refunded for 1 day out of 2 days booking that we had done

Hotel was a big property however the rooms are not maintained. Have damp issues. No proper service. Swimming pool and surrounding area is highlight but not maintained well. Gardens wer not manicured and and pool required maintenance. Slide pool is not working at all

Absolutely shabby service. Nothing was ready and had to ask for every basic thing to have that avaiable. This includes water botel, toliet kit, towels and the list goes on. Q they included breakfast in the terrif but hadn't served till the time adequate guest arent available hotel is really dirty - as there are lot mosquitos around also porch and floor balcony is really unclean rooms are shabby - service and reception staff are really unprofessional

Property is really awesome and having good qulatiy of ground staff but need to imporve talking nature of reception counter persons they are rude with customers. i think property should think on this major gap.
