Nous avons réservé une suite pour 2 adultes et 2 enfants a 17000 DA la nuit avec petit déjeuner. Arrivés à l'hôtel, il s'avère que cette chambre a un lit double et avec deux 2 matelas au sol .. dans l'hôtellerie, on appelle pas ça une chambre 4 personnes, il faut juste le préciser à l'avance que c'est une chambre double avec matelas d'appoint... de plus, ils n'ont pas voulu nous donner des serviettes pour les enfants.. ça nous a donc donné un mauvais avis dès le départ .. Quand a la propreté de l'hôtel, c'est en effet propre, l'hôtel est bien placé, le parking dans la rue est surveillé..cependant, il reste des chose à revoir, comme la rouille dans toute la douche, la tête de lit déchiré... Quand au petit déjeuner, il est varié , correct et inclus pour tous dans le tarif

Das Hotel gibt es seit mindestens 20 Jahren. Der Geruch ist stark, die Kissen sind hoch und hart, die oberen Stockwerke sind immer noch sehr heiß, und die Klimaanlage lässt sich nicht regulieren. Es war besser, in den zweiten Stock zu ziehen . Das Frühstück ist so einfach wie immer, nur etwas Brot und Spiegeleier können Ihren Hunger stillen.

Rückkehr von einem einwöchigen Aufenthalt in Dubrovnik in Kroatien. Sehr schöne Stadt voller Geschichte, herrliche Adria. Lebensstandard identisch mit Frankreich. Wir besichtigten schnell die Stadt und machten drei Tagesausflüge: Mostar und die Kravuce-Wasserfälle in Bosnien-Herzegowina, eine Kreuzfahrt zu den Elaphiti-Inseln und schließlich Kotor in Monte*****. 1 Tipp: Wenn Sie zum Umtausch am Flughafen ankommen, fügen Sie einen kleinen Betrag hinzu, um den Bus zu bezahlen, der Sie nach Dubrovnik bringt. Im Übrigen machen Sie Ihren Aufenthalt in Dubrovnik viel interessanter.

Nicht schlecht, sehr geschäftlich. Wir haben eine Woche gebürgt und werden zwei Tage später anderswo sein, weil wir nahe am Flughafen sind und die Gepäcktasche mitnehmen wollen, wenn Sie zurückkommen, aber wenn Sie nicht auf Ihre Bestellung gebürgt haben, ist es nicht erlaubt, die Gepäcktasche zu lagern.

Beautiful hotel, well located near the business district and the highway (2 miles from the airport). The rooms are nice and comfy and a good water pressure in the shower. The staff were very incompetent and uneducated, we booked before we arrive 2 separate single rooms, we waited at least 20min at the front desk upon our arrival while the receptionist was looking at his screen and slowly typing on the keyboard he left us several times alone and went talking with someone else. After we paid, me and my colleague went up to our rooms on the 7th floor and surprise: both rooms were occupied (thank God the residents weren't inside) we went down again to see him and they didn't even bother ask us to wait or take a seat or even say we're sorry! Another round of 15min waiting for the new rooms, dozens of people we're quarantined in the hotel after they arrived from abroad were roaming around in the lobby MASKLESS. We left early in the evening and went to a local restaurant in the area when I came back I found the door of my room wide open I called the receptionist right away he asked me for my name(?!!) And hanged up. No one came and fortunately nothing was missing from my stuff.. My room had a door communicating with room next to it and I was clearly hearing the guy as if he was in the same room with me. In the morning went down for breakfast around 0850am and the buffet was completely empty.. (it runs from 0600am to 1000am) I had to ask the grumpy waiter for everything: an empty glass, a fork, water, juice.. there were nothing except for a flan Parisian and few slices of a dry cake. It was completely uncomfortable and an unpleasant experience would absolutely never go there again or recommend it to anyone.
