Sercotel Aura Algeciras

房間乾淨寬敞，設施齊備，窗户很大但似乎無法打開。 酒店但距離港口較遠，步行需半小時以上，公共交通不便，如果要去港口附近坐船或坐車的不建議住這家酒店。另外，酒店樓下是一個加油站，一大早陸陸續續有貨車在這裏裝卸鋼瓶，噪音相當大。

Hotel is old and dirty, need to be refurbished. They dont use vacuum cleaner so lots of hairs are found glued to the floor as they wet mop directly. The bed is very uncomfortable and the crib is simply a shame, broken mattress and a danger for a baby. Do not recommend,its absolutely not a 3 star. Also i made a mistake and made 2 bookings, one for the first night and another for the consecutive 5, the first night was for a twin as i made a mistake and they told me on the phone they will assign me a double room for all my stay ( it is complicated to be opening and closing and changing room specially with a baby) but when i arrived at hotel they said they are full and I had to stay were i booked and then change room the following day.

I booked this for my husband and I but when they sent the confirmation it was only for 1 adult. Immediately I emailed them to advise the error. Two more emails sent and still waiting for a response!!!! Tried calling but also useless. When we arrived, explained the situation but they didn't care. Went on to charge 18€ for 2 days breakfast. I'll come onto that in a bit!!!! As soon as we got to the room, I emailed to complain and yes, still waiting for a response. The room.......beds squeaked every time you moved and the breaks didn't work so they moved all over the place. Half a toilet roll which was never replaced. Good job we take our own. Had to use the duvet as a second pillow. You'd think when cleaning the room the chambermaid would notice the lack of loo roll & clearly additional pillows were needed. On the last morning, I woke to a bed bug crawling up my arm. Breakfast...... diabolical. For the amount they charge it's a disgrace. The "hot" food was cold. The milk was on the turn and the pastries were rubbish. Only 3 choice for cereal. The toasters were rubbish.
