Ich war sehr zufrieden mit meinem Aufenthalt im Hotel Sverre. Ich kam am Abend und bekam Hilfe von einer schönen Lady, um sich zu prüfen.Mein erstes Treffen mit diesem. Es war ein schönes, nicht zu einem großen Hotel. Ich hatte ein Zimmer auf 6.floor und war sehr glücklich mit diesem. Das Frühstück war gut und gut und ein guter Anfang am Tag. Es war einfach und das ist, was ich mag. Sehr schönes Essenszimmer mit Büchern und Innenraum. Ich mag es im Vorhalle. Ich habe es nicht mein eigenes Gebrauch, sondern für diejenigen, die Kaffee trinken und es durch den Tag tun, es ist wunderbarer Service. Im Vorhall fand ich Werbung für Gamlewerket Restaurant und ich habe einen 10% Rabatt. Sehr gut, danke. Gehen Sie dorthin und nehmen Sie einen Süßigkeiten.

That hotel was in city centre and walking distance to everywhere. The hotel was clean and they have respectful staff. I want to thank them all.

Lage – Gut. Viele Geschäfte, Restaurants und Bushaltestellen in der Nähe. Frühstück – kostenlos und ordentliche Auswahl. Service – freundlich, aber … Als ich das Zimmer betrat, war es eiskalt und es dauerte ziemlich lange, bis es überhaupt auf eine ordentliche Temperatur aufgewärmt war. Es wäre besser gewesen, wenn sie die Temperatur etwas gehalten hätten, da die Check-in-Zeiten im Voraus bestätigt wurden. Ich hatte während meines gesamten Aufenthalts kein WLAN. Ich kann ein Thon Hotel-Netzwerk sehen, aber die Rezeptionistin bestand darauf, dass es kein Passwort gibt, obwohl alle meine Geräte, einschließlich Android, iPhone und Laptop, sagen, dass das Netzwerk gesichert ist und ein Passwort benötigt. Auch keine Details zum WLAN-Netzwerk im Zimmer !!!!

The location is a bit in the middle of stavanger and sandness. But staff are friendly. It is a good choice when it comes to the price.

Stayed for 2 nights in early July with the family. The parking is free in summer which is a welcome surprise for Norway. The parking garage is clean and easily accessed. There was a playroom setup with bouncy castles and kids activities in one of the conference rooms. Like the free parking, I believe this is limited to summertime. My kids enjoyed this a lot, and was necessary for them to burn off energy. Location is good if you have a car and don't need to be within walking distance to the center of Stavanger. Nearby and within walking distance are a few eateries, Dominos pizza, grocery stores, and an Ikea. We took a day trip to Månafossen waterfall and would highly recommend it if you can handle a steep 15 minute climb and have hiking boots. It was a scenic 50 minute ride by car into fjords. Central Stavanger was an easy 10 minute car ride and there were many parking options near the downtown area. Preikestolen is under an hour drive by car as well. The hotel is fairly new and modern and in good shape. The hotel layout is strange and may involve a long walk down the irregularly shaped corridor. We were near the far end and of the hotel but wasn't that bad. We stayed in the one junior suite in the hotel. It was very big for Scandinavian standards, with the bedroom separated from the living room, a powder room and an ensuite bathroom. The beds were comfortable and we all slept well. Sound proofing seemed good as we didn't hear any other guests at all. Even though the hotel appears to be geared towards business travelers, it was excellent for a family stay. Just don't expect to have a nice view from the rooms given the location. The breakfast was very good, with enough options to not get tired of the selection if staying multiple nights. Seating was comfortable and spacious. The buffet is laid out in an orderly and logical way. The pancake section setup for the kids was great. The staff in the breakfast area were very friendly, and went above and beyond accommodating my 3 kids. We didn't eat dinner at the hotel restaurant so can't comment on that. We would gladly return to this hotel.
