In general nice stay. I’d advise to book directly with the hotel, as it’s true they do have the best prices. The only thing that I didn’t like was the security deposit wasn’t clear in the booking, with the amount intended to charge. And I reported that as part of their policy to be transparent about it in print. Friendly staff and the cleaning services were quite good, but it would be better if they would have daily cleaning of the carpet. Also the carpet out in the common area. I booked a room with the balcony but noticed it gets noisy with the cars passing by. The neighborhood was nice, close to the old railway works and it’s near Sydney CBD.

Everything was perfect. Extremely quiet room, brand new and very comfortable. Great in room amenities with lovely view from the balcony. Cool urban environment. Carla at the front desk was very friendly. Thanks for the great stay and wishing the team a successful new year!
