Uns hat der Urlaub im Club Mac sehr gut gefallen.Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Es gab von Morgens bis Mitternacht die Möglichkeit zu Essen und Getränke zu erhalten.Für jeden von uns war etwas dabei.Das Entertainment Programm besonders am Abend hat gute Laune gemacht.Es fährt mehrfach täglich ein kostenloser Bus zum Strand.Auch die Promenade ist gut zu erreichen.Am Hotel befindet sich ein kleiner Shop zum Einkaufen und 2 Min.entfernt befindet sich ein Spar Markt. Die Anlage ist sehr groß von daher gibt es sehr viele Touristen mit Kindern.Für uns passend,da wir gern unter Menschen sind.

Wenn man wert auf Unterhaltung und Pool für die Kinder legt, ist das Hotel gut geeignet. Man muss unbedingt sehr gut englisch sprechen sonst ist man verloren.wir hätten gern Boots Touren unternommen, aber auf Grund der Sprachprobleme nicht möglich. Ich habe es mit etwas deutsch , spanisch, französisch versucht . Leider vergeblich. Nur englisch. Das hatte ich vorher leider nicht in Erfahrung gebracht.

The hotel and everything was amazing we enjoyed this so much my sen son he said he wants to come back,food was amazing it should have a 5 stars,staff was great u always see them cleaning it was a very clean place will certainly go back with my family

We have been to this resort 3 times now and each time it never fails to amaze me, the water park is insane and the entertainment is amazing for children and adults, they provide transfer to the beach and back and they have some amazing foods at lunch time it’s like having a mcdonald’s whenever you like, the staff make you feel so included and are always helpful, there is a store and ice cream shop on site and outside of the hotel there is plenty of shops, pubs and arcades and about a 20 minute walk from the pier, there is also horse and carriages right outside which you can pay for to get to places and plenty of taxi and so many activities around like quads, buggy’s, jet ski, i 1000% recommend.

If I can't find anything to complain about then they must be doing something right! Food was just excellent from the breakfast and varied lunches to the outside snack bar serving burgers, hotdogs and chips. Queues for drinks went down really quickly due to the efficiency of the staff. All the pools were clean and warm. Hotel rooms were clean and comfy. Water park with fast entrance for club mac guests was brilliant. Hard to believe it is classed as 3 stars. We truly had a great time. Even the lucky lucky guys outside were polite. Shops just around corner, on site shop with floats etc not overly expensive. Some of the entertainment was fantastic. Owls on show, singers. Hard to get everything in during our 5 day stay. 100% would recommend for any family. Ignore the bad reviews honestly, I will definitely go back at some stage. Free bus down to beach and back daily!

We have been to Club Mac twice. Family of 5. One teenager, one pre teen boy, and daughter aged 4. We holiday at least twice a year every year. We’ve never returned to any other hotel, as we enjoy exploring new places. But we loved Club Mac that much we had to return. We will definitely return again some point soon. My boys are very hard to please.. as are most teens, but they thoroughly enjoyed Club Mac. Not once did they complain (that is an absolute miracle). There’s so much to do all in one place. It’s a fantastic place for families with kids of all ages. The staff are great here. People have a lot to say about Club Mac.. but it’s meant for families and fun. So if your looking for a quiet relaxing holiday a family resort isn’t where you should be holidaying.

Just got home from a week at club Mac and we had the most amazing time!! From the moment we arrived we felt really welcomed and comfortable. All the staff are so friendly and work so hard to give the best service possible. We found everywhere to be so clean, all the staff were working so hard keeping everything clean and tidy. If you have kids like mine who are constantly on the go, Club Mac is perfect for you. My kids get bored quickly so they loved all the different facilities around the hotel. Me and my family are fussy eaters but we found something to eat every night. I even found myself going out my comfort zone and trying things I wouldn’t have done before. I would recommend a trip to Old Town while you are here. Taxi there was 8 euros, ask at reception to book. Taxi arrived in minutes and picks you up from the entrance. If you need a return journey, they give you a business card with their app details which allows you to book. I know a lot of people have been asking .. Tourist tax was 30 euros for 2 adults (under 16s free) 21st-28th may (payable at check in). We booked a private transfer with Severino Enriquez Gomez and I definitely recommend it. It costs 80 euros per trip, but well worth it. He was waiting for us as soon as we go off our flight. Exactly what we needed with 2 very tired and bored kids. Journey was around 45 minutes. I definitely recommend visiting the Hidropark atleast once, such a good added bonus for free!! So much to do for all ages, my kids loved it. We would definitely return again in the future!!

The complex is great. Everything you need to entertain a family. Port is close by and a truly gorgeous beach. Free bus to use into town and driver was so wonderful and friendly every day. Water park was awesome! Perfect for families but would not recommend for a couples get away. Lots of variety for food and themed nights. My only complaint is that the rooms are very small. But good enough for the little time you are in them.

Had The ABSOLUTE BEST time here!!! Was our 3rd time and the best family holiday!!! DO NOT listen to anyone no reviews just go and see for yourself. We have never had a bad time/stay here and the white rose pub down the road is a MUST they are amazing for all ages kids wanted to keep going back and us 💗✌️ Honestly could come back today we love it that much. Go have fun and make it your own (THE CLARKES 2025)
