Hotel Villa Odón's location, (in Villaviciosa De Odón) is a quiet, sleepy neighbourhood that's located on the outskirts of Madrid. The only reason why I selected this particular hotel is because I had to be in this area for an important purpose, therefore, it was the most convenient choice for us. As I normally do, I'll divide this review into the 'Positives' and the 'Negatives'. PROS: Hotel Villa Odón is a clean, orderly and well-maintained hotel. There seemed to be an expansive Conference Hall at the exterior. The lobby was very attractive, and the rooms were done in a simple, and tasteful contemporary design of royal blue, gray and wooden elements. I have to say, I've never stayed in a hotel that looked exactly like the online pictures I saw of it; both on their website, on *********** and on TripAdvisor. They were absolutely identical, just spot on uncanny! Two small free bottles of water were placed by the kettle and complimentary tea accoutrements. The bathroom was small, but had excellent finishing. The shower's water pressure was incredible, steady and super strong! Another feature I liked about the hotel was that it had refillable containers of shower gel, hand soap and shampoo. This proved very convenient, because you didn't have to deal with those pesky miniature tubes which can be really annoying sometimes. I think this is the first and only hotel that I've ever seen offer liquid hand soap and it was great!👌🏽 I normally travel with my own because I hate using those pint size soaps they have, so this was perfect. The staff at Hotel Villa Odón are courteous and polite. We were checked in by JAIME, and later met SUSANA and LAURA- (with the cool pink/maroon dyed hair). 😎 Susana and Laura were all very helpful and professional. At Clover 35 Odón, (seemingly the hotel's sole restaurant), we interacted with JESUS and CRISTOBAL. These guys were really sweet and friendly. At the breakfast buffet in Clover 35 Odón, they had a hot chocolate machine with a brand called 'Perugina Perugia', which dispensed the most delicious hot chocolate I've ever had the pleasure of tasting in my life! ☕️🍫😋 This hot chocolate was sublime; so dark, sweet, rich, and silky smooth to the point of being slimy even!🤤 It was absolutely phenomenal and I looked forward to several cups of that every morning! Every staff member at the hotel, (including Housekeeping) always greeted you with an 'Ola' and a lovely smile. My daughter enjoyed the 2 meals she had at Clover 35 Odón Restaurant. She had Solomillo de Vaca Foie Fresco, (a thin steak) and Lomo Salmón Marinado en Teriyaki Ahumado Y Tallarin de Calabacin, (a salmon dish). CONS: As I mentioned at the beginning of this review, the location of this hotel is not exactly ideal; especially if you're a tourist in Madrid. Villaviciosa de Odón is more or less an industrial type suburb with tons of warehouse like offices and what appeared to be factories, or at least their headquarters or the main branches of national compan

My dad booked this place for us with his free points and it was great. It was a bit far out from the city but it was easy to go on the train. There was a restaurant and a bar and the drinks were pretty cheap for a hotel. There was a big shopping just down the road. We had 3 of us in one room and I got the sofa bed but it was pretty comfy.

Estuvimos una noche ya q fuimos q l warner y l verdad q fue una acertada elección. Habitación muy amplia súper limpia,reformada y súper bonita xa los niños tematizada como un castillo.. les chiflo!!! El baño amplio,limpio y un plato de ducha enorme. El personal súper amable y nos dejamos un juguete del niño y nos le guardaron hasta q pudimos volver a x el. El tema café y cacao gratuito la verdad q un punto a su favor se agradece. Sin duda volveremos y muy recomendable si vas a la Werner ya q está a 10 minutos en coche. Única pega parking completo cuando llegamos xo tb eran las 12 d la noche xo no hubo problema en aparcar cerca.

Ich war ein paar Nächte für Arbeit untergebracht. Saubere Zimmer mit gutem WLAN. Ein großer und komfortabeler Box und ein sauberes und großes Badezimmer. Das Frühstück ist richtig, ohne Ärger, aber es hat ein wenig von allem. Im Allgemeinen sind B&B Hotels ähnlich. Ich möchte es noch einmal sagen.

Hotel en el Centro de Getafe que ofrece una calidad a un precio muy aceptable. Hay que destacar la profesionalidad de su personal que es muy competente y la limpieza del establecimiento. Todo funciona como en un hotel de 4 estrellas, aunque el hotel tiene 3 estrellas. La wifi inmejorable.

We arrived late, and we were still able to get a pizza to eat at the bar. There are hardly any vegetarian options available, so be warned! However the member of staff kindly made us a pizza with vegetarian toppings only. However we went up to our room which smelt of smoke, it was disgusting despite this being a no smoking hotel, our air conditioning took a long time to cool the room leading to an uncomfortable nights sleep. After having the aircon on for 12 hours, the smell of smoke wasn't too bad, so we kept our room as it seemed this was a common issue at this hotel. The full menu in the bar never seemed available, and some of the 24-hour options were always sold out. There is nothing in walking distance to the hotel. We requested a late checkout, which the hotel offers for €15 euros. To be told, it wasn't available, but we could pay for another night, and *********** also showed availability. It seemed the staff were just unwilling to accommodate.

Ich habe in vielen Hostels vorhin geblieben, aber bei TOC war es das erste Mal, dass ich in einem gemeinsamen Zimmer (nur weiblich) geblieben bin. Ich war ein wenig besorgt, weil ich nicht wusste, was zu erwarten war, aber es war großartig. Das Hostel ist wunderschön, hat freundliches Personal und ist das moderne Hostel, in dem ich je geblieben bin. Die Zimmer waren ziemlich klangfest, da Sie nicht viel von den Straßen hören konnten, wie es für andere Hostels üblich ist. In meinem 6-bett-Wohnungszimmer hatten wir 2 Toiletten, 2 Badewanne und 2 Duschen - das war genug. :) Ich komme wieder, sicher!

Sehr schöner Ort,Personal Rezeption sehr gut wir kamen 3 Uhr und wir mit der Check-in beantwortet , sauber , große Dusche große komfortable Betten sehr einzigartige Pega ist, dass wir fragen, dass wir heiraten Bett und gelegt 2 Betten und da wir so spät waren, wir passierten , ein wenig von Aber Madrid sparen Sie Geld, ideal für eine Nacht, wenn Sie nach Portugal oder Extremadura gehen.

Der Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel war das Geschenk der Gemeinschaft für meine Tochter, wir haben es nicht gewählt. Um ein 4-Sterne-Stern zu sein, ist es auch nichts. Die großen Zimmer, 2 Badezimmer mit 2 Zimmern mit einem Treppenstift verbunden. Unsere Küche war zwar reichhaltig, aber leer. Sie wurde getrennt geladen. Sauna und Handtücher sehr sauber. Frühstücksbuffet gut, zu zeitgemäß für die Schließung (10:30 Uhr). Wenn Sie runter und die Tische sind beschäftigt, weil der Raum ziemlich klein ist, warten Sie im Korridor, und dann müssen Sie schneller Frühstück, weil die Stunde verbringt. Das Zimmer hatte kein Fernseher. Nur das geht. Vor dem Hotel ist Parkplatz. Die Lage ist sehr gut.
