#1- The hallway carpet is filthy and disgusting. #2- when you’re walking to your room, you can hear every conversation that all the other people are having in their rooms and it is pretty loud as we could hear a baby crying from the front desk while checking in. I heard some lady loudly moaning (ahem.. if you know what I mean), while I was walking down the hall to take these pics. #3- They charge you a mandatory $150 cash deposit on check in and will walk through your room the next day to make sure nothing is damaged then return the $ next day. However I have never been anywhere that did that. #4- there is a crack hotel across the street, with raggedy looking people hanging around outside, which makes it dangerous to leave your belongings in your vehicle. Positive- the room was actually clean- which was extremely surprising after walking through the filthy hallway to get to it. I was prepared to walk out and lose my $ at this point if the room was not at least clean. The flooring and bedroom furniture are new which was also very surprising. We stayed to see the room #1- because it was non refundable and was $97 for the night so reasonable for a hotel price. But I would not stay here again.

This place saved us when our original hotel dropped the ball at 1 in the morning. Very helpful and friendly front desk staff. Rooms were impeccably clean and the beds are super comfortable. Breakfast is a step above your normal hotel breakfast. Biscuits and gravy, scrambled eggs, ham and potatoes are just a few of the options. Not to mention that had the coolest automatic pancake conveyer belt machine. I had never seen anything like it and it made 2 hot fresh pancakes in a matter of minutes. Made me want one for home. Great experience overall.

Durch die Verwaltung der ankommenden Kunden für den Eincheck und wir, die für 25 Minuten wir ”parkiert” auf der Rezeption, Dezire hat seine Arbeit auf lobenswerte Weise durchgeführt! 1000 GRATIS...

Das Hotel Chaco ist ein neues Hotel mit viel Kunst von einheimischen Künstlern. Es ist sehr geschmackvoll und gut ausgestattet. Im Freien hat es die Hot Tube, das ist genial. Der Bademantel ist der Kuscheligste den ich je getragen habe. Die Zimmer sind sehr komfortabel und geschmackvoll mit super bequemen Betten. Das Heizsystem funktioniert gut und die Zimmer mit Kamin sind einfach wunderbar wenn es in ABQ sehr kalt ist in der Nacht. Das Frühstück ist sehr lecker und das Personal im gesamten Hotel sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Ich habe mich so wohl gefühlt, dass ich verlängert habe und 9 Tage geblieben bin. Das Hotel liegt sehr nah zu Interstate 40, was das Hotel Chaco zu einem idealen Ausgangspunkt für alle möglichen Tagesausflüge macht. Die Old Town liegt in Gehdistanz. Wenn ich nach ABQ zurück komme werde ich wieder das Hotel Chaco wählen. The Hotel Chaco is a new hotel with lots of art by local artists. It is very tasteful and well equipped. Outdoors it has the hot tube, that's awesome. The bathrobe is the coziest I've ever worn. The rooms are very comfortable and tasteful with super comfortable beds. The heating system works well and the rooms with fireplace are just wonderful when it is very cold in ABQ at night. The breakfast is delicious and the staff throughout the hotel very friendly and accommodating. I felt so comfortable and welcomed that I extended and stayed for 9 days. The hotel is very close to Interstate 40, making Hotel Chaco an ideal base for all sorts of day trips. The Old Town is within walking distance. When I come back to ABQ I will choose the Hotel Chaco again.

GGuest UserA knock on our door at 8pm my wife opened the door to be met by the front desk lady aggressively telling her “multiple complaints about excessive noise and shouting from our room, she had listened at our door and heard screaming and if she got one more complaint we would have to leave the hotel”. I called back down stairs as I was in shock - i thought she must have the wrong room - the only noise was from our perhaps boisterous 6 year old who was watching a kids show on YouTube kids. But she again reiterated “screaming” and that we would be forced to leave. In my opinion I don’t think you could find a quieter family. Certainly the TV would have made more noise. Shocking unbelievably bad customer service - simply asking us to keep the noise down as someone had complained would have been sufficient - but the instant escalation to leave the hotel…..left us feeling very upset. If we disturbed someone at 8pm in the evening, we are truly sorry. The noise insulation seemed good in the hotel - we only heard occasional doors closing and the freeway traffic outside. We had got in from dinner around 7:15pm after a 9 hour drive. After the complaint at 8pm we spent the next 45 mins whispering and stressing that somehow we were going to be put out in the street in a Saturday night in Albuquerque, before going to sleep. Needless to say it was a restless night sleep. As for the hotel, we stayed at a Holiday Inn Express hotel the night before in Fort Worth. So we had a direct compare and contrast. In Albuquerque the shower did not work and there was a problem with the functionality of the blackout shades. The breakfast was a little disappointing as there was only half of the items offered actually available (the sausage and biscuits were great). No yogurts, cinnamon roles, bread for toast. And there was a distinct absence of any staff replenishing food, or cleaning tables etc. Check in was also odd - we had booked a prepaid non cancellation 2 x queen bed room (for our family of 4). Arrived around 5pm. At check in “sorry I don’t have that room, but I do have a king suite with a sofa bed; the hotel is fully booked”. I explained that didn’t work for us, we needed two beds. After some time on the computer the lady said ok, I have a room for you “someone else is going to be disappointed when they check in tonight”. I have no idea what the criteria used to select disappointing a guest were. Overall something just not right with the way this property was running.

GGastnutzerI really appreciated the staff , real problem solvers and genuinely nice people. One even helped me find a less expensive place to stay to fit my budget. Complimentary coffee ( varied options) , water dispenser in lobby, and a fantastic very large tv in the bedroom were some draw cards. I could use my Netflix membership easily . I didn’t get the included breakfast as I booked through a third party so explore booking direct . The breakfast sounded good:) . It certainly offers a far nicer ambience than the less expensive place I relocated to . Their Nice carefully picked staff make a big difference. They should all be complimented ! :)

GGuest UserDas Hotel ist sehr gut. Atraktiver Eingang, schönes Bistro auf der ersten Etage (die leider am Montag Abend geschlossen wurde), modern und einladend. Wenn Sie jedoch in den Hauptteil des Hotels gelangen, ist die Hütte verbraucht, die Dekoration ist veraltet und der Aufzug ist klein und ungänglich. Ich hätte es vergangen sehen können, außer dass ich einen Walker benutze und wir hatten einen Rollstuhl auf unserem Gepäckwagen und wir wurden fast am weiten Ende des zweiten Stockwerks gestellt (unser Schuld, nicht speziell um eine behinderte zugängliche Zimmer, Das Hotel ist in der Nähe von der Stadt, wo Sie die Stadt beherbergen. Der Stoffstuhl im Zimmer hatte etwas schwarz auf dem einen Arm gesprüht, und unser Badezimmer war absolut ungut. Es sah buchstäblich aus, als wäre ein Aschenstrahl in ihn gedumpt worden. Auf der oberen Seite des Badezimmers ist so klein die Tür öffnet sich direkt auf das WC. Ich hätte mich beschweren und darauf bestanden müssen, zu bewegen, aber wir waren nur eine Nacht da. Das Hotel ist weniger als 5 Minuten vom Flughafen entfernt und zu Fuß bis zu einem Applebee, so waren diese positiv. Mein Mann verwendete Punkte, um dieses Hotel zu buchen, so offensichtlich sind wir häufig Marriott-Nutzer, so hätte ich besser erwartet. Es gibt viele andere Hotelwahlen alle innerhalb einer Kilometerradius, so würde ich wahrscheinlich nächstes Mal etwas anderes wählen!

GGuest UserBella und Sonya machten unsere Reise extra besondere. Wir gingen zum Ballon Fiesta. Die Leute auf dem Frontbüro machten alles, was sie konnten, um sicherzustellen, dass wir einen Blick auf die Ballons hatten. Wenn Sie die Ballons nicht von Ihrem Zimmer sehen können, gehen Sie zu einem der großen Fenster am Ende des Korridors in der Nähe der Zimmer in den 20er Jahren. Versuchen Sie, einen der Zimmer, die von einem lokalen Künstler gemalt werden.

GGuest UserIch kam am Nachmittag nach einem langen Tag der Erforschung am Doppelbaum. Die Prüfung im Prozess war angenehm und einfach. Ich merkte schnell, wie sauber und gut gepflegt das Eigentum war, was immer eine gute Sache ist. Ich wurde ein Zimmer auf einem der oberen Etagen gegeben. Als ich in mein Zimmer ging, traf ich mich mit einem frischen, geurten sauberen Zimmer. Das Bett war gut aufgereiht und das Badezimmer war auch gut gepflegt. Ich genossen die Aussicht aus meinem Fenster, das die Stadt überblickte. Auf einer Größe von 1 bis 10 war das Bett etwa 6. Es war ein bisschen auf der Firma Seite, aber sonst noch relativ komfortabel. Das Hotel war in der Stadt. Es gab eine riesige Parkplätze hinter einem gedeckten Arm im Besitz. Bitte erwarten Sie, dass Sie für Parkplätze zahlen, da Parkplätze in der Stadt kaum zu bezahlen. Ich musste das Lot ein paar Mal umkreisen, um einen leeren Raum zu finden. Es wird empfohlen, dass sie einen Überfluss auf die Straße haben. Das Hotel liegt direkt über dem Konventszentrum, so dass es ziemlich beschäftigt bleibt. Es gab auch viele Orte zu essen in der Nähe, wie zum Beispiel die 505 Zentrale Speisesaal, die viele verschiedene Mahlzeiten aufwiesen. Ich würde es empfehlen, wenn Sie mit einer Gruppe von Menschen sind, die verschiedene Lebensmittelpalette haben. Insgesamt würde ich hier nochmal bleiben. Ich bewerte diese Eigenschaft a 3 weil es nur das war, was ich erwartet hatte. Es war nichts außergewöhnliches darüber, aber es war nicht schlecht überhaupt.

MMike and Lea KlattThe best part of this hotel is the staff. They are so friendly and helpful. I had a terrible time with the keys. The very first time I checked in I went to my room and came right back to the counter three times because the keys would not work. Other than being a little frustrating that was no big deal. However in my first room, the TV did not work. Also, I could never get in to the side door and always had to walk around. Was this a terrible place to stay? Noooo… but don’t expect much.

JJojo GillenDie Tür im Schlafzimmer fiel aus ihren Hüften von unten und fiel auf meine Babys, als wir die Tür öffneten, war es fest gefangen . Es war ein guter Aufenthalt. Ich würde nicht sagen, ich würde nicht wieder da bleiben. Die Jungs am Helpdesk waren sehr nett und immer bereit, zu helfen.
Das Frühstück bietet sehr wenige Granola-Bars, weniger Äpfel, einige Joghurt und Kaffee, nur regelmäßigen Zucker. Kein Süßer irgendwie, die Saftmaschine funktionierte nicht die 4 Tage, die wir dort geblieben.
Reinigung des Zimmers. Sie verlangen, dass der Kunde die Reinigung des Zimmers beantragt. .Schreiben Sie es in einem Post und unterschrieben es! dann der Kerl am Helpdesk auch unterschrieben.

GGuest UserDas Essen war fangen und gehen und allergisch gegen Cinamon und Beeren Frühstück war, ein un zufriedenstellendes Stück Obst und Kaffee. Nicht sicher, warum sie das Frühstück nicht wieder in die Waffeln verändert haben. Das Hotel ist sehr gut ausgestattet und ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Der Heißröhrchen hatte nur ein Flugzeug, aber zumindest das Wasser war heiß. Ich war schockiert, dass sie eine Sauna hatten, die tatsächlich gut funktionierte.
