Nicht so eine tolle Lage, aber alle Angestellten waren sehr nett und haben alles getan, um Sie glücklich zu machen.

Best hotel, great location off freeway. 10 min from old town. Comfy beds. Lots of room to move around in the room. Privacy Curtain between sofa bed and 2 queens. The sofa bed was actually comfortable! Lots of cabinet space and counters for storage, breakfast was good and plentiful. Very clean. Kids wanted to go to the indoor pool (towels provided) and they had a good time, but I must say that the flooring surrounding the pool was TILE and it was VERY slippery. My children were walking slowly and carefully and still slipped and fell many times. I was tense the entire time worrying about the kids slipping. It was probably the worst flooring to have near a pool. Please be careful.

A knock on our door at 8pm my wife opened the door to be met by the front desk lady aggressively telling her “multiple complaints about excessive noise and shouting from our room, she had listened at our door and heard screaming and if she got one more complaint we would have to leave the hotel”. I called back down stairs as I was in shock - i thought she must have the wrong room - the only noise was from our perhaps boisterous 6 year old who was watching a kids show on YouTube kids. But she again reiterated “screaming” and that we would be forced to leave. In my opinion I don’t think you could find a quieter family. Certainly the TV would have made more noise. Shocking unbelievably bad customer service - simply asking us to keep the noise down as someone had complained would have been sufficient - but the instant escalation to leave the hotel…..left us feeling very upset. If we disturbed someone at 8pm in the evening, we are truly sorry. The noise insulation seemed good in the hotel - we only heard occasional doors closing and the freeway traffic outside. We had got in from dinner around 7:15pm after a 9 hour drive. After the complaint at 8pm we spent the next 45 mins whispering and stressing that somehow we were going to be put out in the street in a Saturday night in Albuquerque, before going to sleep. Needless to say it was a restless night sleep. As for the hotel, we stayed at a Holiday Inn Express hotel the night before in Fort Worth. So we had a direct compare and contrast. In Albuquerque the shower did not work and there was a problem with the functionality of the blackout shades. The breakfast was a little disappointing as there was only half of the items offered actually available (the sausage and biscuits were great). No yogurts, cinnamon roles, bread for toast. And there was a distinct absence of any staff replenishing food, or cleaning tables etc. Check in was also odd - we had booked a prepaid non cancellation 2 x queen bed room (for our family of 4). Arrived around 5pm. At check in “sorry I don’t have that room, but I do have a king suite with a sofa bed; the hotel is fully booked”. I explained that didn’t work for us, we needed two beds. After some time on the computer the lady said ok, I have a room for you “someone else is going to be disappointed when they check in tonight”. I have no idea what the criteria used to select disappointing a guest were. Overall something just not right with the way this property was running.

Zunächst das Gute: Jeder war super hilfreich und beherbergend, vor allem die Damen zum Frühstück. Die gemachten, um Omelette und Pancakes zu bestellen waren wirklich gut und die Dame, die sie machte, war so freundlich und wütend zu begeistern. Die glückliche Stunde war auch schön und der Bar-Anbieter schien ein wirklich guter Typ und war sehr effizient. Das Hauptbüropersonal war auch angenehmen, es gibt keine Probleme. Hier gibt ich 3 Sterne: Die Dusche und Duschegarten waren nicht sauber. Der Toilettenschlauch war die gleiche Weise. Ich denke, es braucht nur aktualisiert, aber es hat mich immer noch mit einem Gefühl gelassen. Tatsächlich das ganze Badezimmer im Allgemeinen fühlte grob. Das gleiche mit Teppich. Aber hier ist der Hauptgrund, warum ich nie wiederkommen würde: Das Wasser in dem Pool war so scheu, dass ich nicht einmal kann. Es gab keinen Geruch von Chlor oder Chemikalien und das Wasser war grüne und wolkenhaft. Wie echte wolkenhaft. Ich dachte, es muss ein Salzwasserpool sein, so dass ich schwimmte, aber noch ausgegraben war. Am nächsten Tag fragte ich den Vordertisch, ob es ein Salzwasserpool war, der die Wolken erklären würde und sie sagte, es sei nicht Chlor. Girl, das Pool hatte seit 1985 keine Chlore gesehen. Ughhhhhhh. So grob aus, in im Wesentlichen schmutzigen Badwasser zu schwimmen. Es war ein besetzter Pool. Ich hoffe wirklich, der Vordertafel-Beauftragte war falsch und wenn ich herausfinde, es war ein Salzwasserpool ich werde meine Bewertung ändern. Aber wenn das richtig ist, Menschen reinigen Sie Ihren Pool!!!! Wenn Sie also hier bleiben, warten Sie auf ein tolles Frühstück, aber bleiben Sie aus dem Pool und erwarten Sie nicht, dass es ein helles und aktualisiertes Zimmer ist, weil es nicht ist. Oder zumindest unser Zimmer war nicht. Yuck.

This place saved us when our original hotel dropped the ball at 1 in the morning. Very helpful and friendly front desk staff. Rooms were impeccably clean and the beds are super comfortable. Breakfast is a step above your normal hotel breakfast. Biscuits and gravy, scrambled eggs, ham and potatoes are just a few of the options. Not to mention that had the coolest automatic pancake conveyer belt machine. I had never seen anything like it and it made 2 hot fresh pancakes in a matter of minutes. Made me want one for home. Great experience overall.

Ich möchte Ihnen herzlich danken Dezire, ein sehr lächelndes und professionelles Mädchen, das uns sehr hilfreich gegeben hat! Aufgrund der Löschung unseres Fluges (der erste von vier nach Italien zurückkehren) haben wir Gefahr laufen, nicht zu gehen; er hat uns bei der Anrufung mit dem Fluggesellschaft unterstützt, die uns auf einem vorherigen Flug platz gefunden hat. Durch die Verwaltung der ankommenden Kunden für den Eincheck und wir, die für 25 Minuten wir ”parkiert” auf der Rezeption, Dezire hat seine Arbeit auf lobenswerte Weise durchgeführt! 1000 GRATIS...

Dieses Hotel hat alles, was meine Familie braucht oder will! Wir lieben den Pool, das Frühstück, die Suiten, die Dusche sind komfortabel und entspannt. Das Dekor ist durchdringend und nicht schädlich. Zimmer sind ruhig und Betten sind sauber und komfortabel. Die Mitarbeiter haben immer einen hohen Gastfreundschaftsstandard gehalten. Ich fühle mich während meines Aufenthalts im Hyatt wirklich entspannt.
