Es gibt weniger Busse in der Region Albufera, die noch für den Autofahren geeignet sind. Das Hotel verfügt über einen kostenlosen Parkplatz, die Rezeption ist sehr enthusiastisch und detailliert über die Attraktionen der Umgebung. Die Größe des Zimmers ist angemessen, das Windsystem ist nicht sehr gut und ich fühle mich im Zimmer geräumt. Das Frühstück ist sehr gut, Obstkuchen sollten Schleifen yoghurt usw. haben, sehr reichhaltig

Great room great breakfast great stay. We had a lovely stay for our 10 year anniversary at the hotel. The hotel had left us a bottle and a card for our special occasion which was a nice touch. The room was very large and room and hotel throughout were beautifully decorated. The jacuzzi was not working and the squash court was leaking (not that we intended to play squash) just an observation. We loved the breakfast and felt there was plenty of choice just needed another coffee machine as the queue does get very long. We can’t comment on lunch or dinner as we spent all of our days out exploring and finding the back streets of Albufeira for some amazing seafood and traditional Portuguese cuisine. We were only there for a long weekend. The staff were all nice and the only criticism’s of the hotel would be the charge for using the safe in the room. Anything to make an extra buck… I have not had to pay to use a room safe ever before so that was a new one on me! Also the shuttle bus that was broken was out for 2 days and they didn’t think to put on another option so we had to use Uber instead, which were cheaper than the taxis that the front desk would call.

Lovely complex set over a large hilly expanse 30 min walk north of the town. Apart-hotel extremely well equipped. Oven/microwave/toaster/kettle/coffee machine/juicer/ dushwasher/cutlery/tupperware/ pans/fridge/ac everything inc washing up liquid, dishwasher tabs, wiping up cloths & dish cloths THE LOT! Pools are lovely but a bit cool 🥶 restaurants /cafes/ bars great. Small shop opposite entrance, over dual carriageway at camp site. Very well supplied supermarket on same side about 10 mins south via safe walkway parallel to dual carriageway. Bus leaves every 30 mins outside campsite into town. €1.90. Getting back was a bit trickier so we got cab €5. Albufiera not steeped in history/culture. 50 year old tourist resort full of bars and shops selling the usual seaside stuff. 😕 Weather at end if Sept was sunny 😎 27’ every day with a light breeze & no mozzies!!! Hotel would do everyone a favour if they had golf buggies to use. Recommend a trip to see caves & dolphins & trip around the resort in a tuk tuk or jeep to get your bearings on day 1. Spent no time on beautiful beaches as its not my thing - prefer poolside but beaches look wonderful.

Hotel is lovely when you walk in the door but the rest of the hotel is dated. In need of a total revamp. Room is clean, and well equipped with a fridge, microwave, kettle and a dishwasher and all utensils but no condiments. A lot of noise from crowds of men banging on doors late at night and loud voices. There is a total of 5 plugs in the room, only one that worked and this was the one for the kettle the rest was hidden by furniture and likely the reason they are hidden they don’t work, so was a nightmare if you needed electric for any more than 1 plug. With a teenager it was torture. We were half board but food wasn’t great, selection was poor of 4 hot choices. Meatballs, chicken legs, pasta with sauce separate and a cod pie. Tried the restaurant twice and was the same options both times. So don’t waste your money on half board. Lots of lovely restaurants nearby. Highly recommend Clay oven which is Indian before you get to the ***** and Golden garden Chinese at the bottom of the *****. Both meals were fantastic. Pool has lots of sun loungers but pool was freezing, there is a shed with a vending machine as the bar. We tried the indoor pool which was pleasant as it is slightly warmer, but you are made to wear a shower cap that they supply costing 4 euros, don’t understand why as it isn’t waterproof and the hat supplied is far from flattering. ***** is 5 mins away and old town is a 25 min walk both pleasant walks. We made the best of our holiday and used the hotel as a base, I’ve been to Albuferia 6 times now and will come back but to a different hotel

Das geschmackvolle und moderne Hotel liegt etwas außerhalb des Zentrums von Albufeira, in der unmittelbaren Umgebung gibt es alles vom Frühstücks Café über Restaurants bis hin zum Intermarché Supermarkt. Dank lockerer Bebauung war es ruhig, den schönen Sandstrand in einer kleinen Bucht erreicht man in fünf Minuten zu Fuß. Die Zimmer sind modern eingerichtet und sehr sauber, schönes großes Bad und bei uns schöner seitlicher Meerblick über einen kleinen Wald. Das Personal ist sehr bemüht und freundlich, am leckeren Frühstücksbuffet wird man bedient. Zum Geburtstag gab es sogar einen kleinen Kuchen aufs Zimmer, sehr aufmerksam. Überhaupt war man überall sehr bemüht, die Covid-19 Hygienemassnahmen einzuhalten. Wir haben uns überall wohlgefühlt, mit etwas eigener Aufmerksamkeit konnte man auch in den Innenstädten den notwendigen Abstand halten. Mit unserem Mietwagen haben wir in der direkten Umgebung immer einen (kostenlosen) Parkplatz gefunden. I can't fault this hotel. It has everything a family needs. The pools and children's outdoor activities are excellent. It rained on one of the days but the spacious indoor pool meant that our little Boy could still go swimming. The rooms are spacious and clean with everything you need. I must say a special Thank you to the staff, especially Ibrahim and the night staff gentleman with him on reception. We had a problem when our pre booked and paid taxi didn't turn up. Ibrahim and the other gentleman went out of their way to really help us. They're an absolute credit to the hotel

Beautiful and well maintained grounds. The facilities provided in the accommodations were very good, fridge, freezer, dish washer, cooker and microwave. The kitchen was in good condition and looked fairly new. However, sofa and other fittings looked worn and tired. The Accommodation is within a stone's through to the beach. Approximately 10 and 15 minutes stroll to the beach As we were slightly outside summer season. Only Bed & Breakfast option was provided. We found the range of food provided for Breakfast was to a good standard. Restaurant Staff were helpful and polite. The reception staff were very pleasant, knowledgeable and helpful in giving us advice on things do and places to visit in Portugal.

had a nice break here , very good location and nice sea view on fourth floor, clean and nice staff, close to old town , pool lovely, the hotel was a little too quiet for my 12 year old son however as no day entertainment at all , no restaurant at evening either but we like eating out anyway, breakfast was good and staff are all helpful.

So first of all I would like to say that my experience with the hotel was not horrible, unfortunately it was my experience with the European families that swarm to this hotel. It's not for the faint of heart. It was my experience that NONE of the parents ever stopped their children from screeching while at the pool. I'm a parent, I don't hate kids. But when the kids ring your doorbell or bang on your door at 2am 3 nights in a row and the parents do nothing??? I have a problem with the hotel not addressing our concerns. The room was satisfactory, the bed was decent and the cleaning staff was attentive. It's NOT a hotel for couples who would like to relax. There is a restaurant in this hotel and the Maria Luisa beach is walking distance away. I will never come back though. VRBO for me in the future if I'm ever coming back to any European country. Sorry folks but European parents do not handle their kids properly.
