DERELICT AND HAS BEEN CLOSED FOR MOTHS ALBEIT STILL BEING SOLD THROUGH ***********. MANAGED TO FIND ALTERNATIVE OVER B.J.’S BAR NEAR BEACH. PLEASE BEWARE. WE WERE LUCKY AS ARRIVED IN THE DAYTIME SO HAD TIME TO REACT

Stayed as two young groups for a week. Prior to arrival, we had requested that both rooms be as near enough to one another as possible, as the other group were all females. The hotel said this could be accommodated and that we would be on the same floor,. However upon arrival, the girls were on the 4th floor and we were on the 1st. This wasn’t a big issue and we got on with things. The accommodation itself, is dated, but good value for money. The location is excellent - 3 minutes walk from strip and 2 from beach. Couldn’t be in a better location. The pool was good, and caught sun until about 5pm, which isn’t bad. Unfortunately there’s no bar open. This hotel is perfect for young groups/hens/stags, but I don’t think I’d recommend it for families, because it would be noisy in the early hours with people coming back from the strip. There was an incident on the 3rd night of our stay, which we felt wasn’t dealt with properly, which is the reason for the 3 stars. As a young group, we would have given 4 stars, but for the incident. All staff speak English, which is good. Cleaners dropped off towels every day, but only on the second last day, did they sweep and mop the floors. We had to get a brush and mop ourselves off them to use. Bed linen wasn’t changed during the week. Beds were adequate and we had a huge balcony. Apartment had everything from Cutlery to air conditioning. Had hot water most of the time as well, although the bath/ shower was a bit dated, with the paint starting to come off the base of the bath. In our apartment, one of the bedroom doors was scraping the floor when opened/closed, as it was off the top hinge, which was a disaster. On the last day, the door itself fell off the hinges, which we had to pay a small fee for. If you’re a young group, and aren’t really fussy about a dated apartment, then this hotel is adequate. Overall, good value for money.
