We arrived at this hotel expecting to check in, only to be told last-minute that we couldn’t stay there because someone had “trashed the room.” No prior notice, no apology — just confusion. The receptionist couldn’t have cared less. He moved slowly, offered no real explanation or support, and honestly looked like he didn’t even want to be there. Zero effort to make things right. We were told we’d be moved to another hotel within the same franchise — further away from everything we’d planned. It felt like they were just passing the problem on. One of the worst parts? The hotel advertises a pool as one of its main amenities, but according to the receptionist at the second hotel, this property doesn’t even have a pool. That’s outright false advertising. Overall, the experience was a complete mess. The lack of communication, unprofessional staff, and misleading marketing make this a hotel I would never consider booking again. Avoid it!!!
