Great place with very big room and great furniture and utensils also very welcoming. I emailed the hotel beforehand asking for the highest floor possible and they organised it for us with the top floor and open balcony. The man at reception was very nice and welcoming and showed us all the best activities that are around albufeira. Definitely will be booking here again when I come back to albufeira, very good value for money.

The restaurant offers typical local food. The quality and preparation of is very good. The service is excellent and the quality of the food matches the very fair prices. There are mainly fixed-price menus with a choice of dishes, drinks, desserts, coffee and port wine, can be recommended.

Although have been coming to Olhos for almost 20 years ashamed to say had never visited this place until last year. Amazing value for the €15 tourist menu & lovely serving staff. Went again on this trip as they had just reopened & it was once again a lovely meal for the price with wine. Highly recommend.

Get what you pay for but it was perfect. Clean, tidy and quiet. Never a fight for a sunbed. Apartments are massive. There is plenty of space. Close to everything. Shopping centre right next door. Have been going to albufeira for around 5 years in around covid. Loved this area and the hotel so have rebooked for next year.

7 of us booked up, 5 adults, a 5 year old and a 22 month old. I cannot rate this little holiday complex highly enough. The owner is lovely, really welcoming and gave us loads of recommendations of what to do and where to eat. The apartments are huge and spotless although basic in terms of cooking equipment so don’t plan on cooking a feast as there’s just a 2 ring hob. It was cleaned daily for 2 cheerful cleaners. The pool is a great size, lots of loungers provided and inflatables that everyone shared. The location is fab. 2 minute walk to a huge supermarket, 15 mins from Lidl & Aldi if you’re on more of a budget. 40 minute walk to the ***** one way and a good beach or the same the other way to the old town and a nicer beach. Great restaurants all around but some are rowdy later on. The ***** is lively after dark but far enough away from the apartments.

From the Time we arrived Nuno was so helpful in every way .We were staying in Appt.401 , nice , clean and spacious .Very central to every where .looking forward to our return next year .Highly Recommend this place ..

On arrival which was late due to a flight and transfer delay, we had to ring the number on the door, which Victor answered and gave instructions how to enter the apartments. We used the lift, small but adequate. In entering the apartment the smell of fish was overpowering, but after opening all the doors the smell soon went. A really big apartment, plenty of room for 3 of us, large bathroom, kitchen, bedroom and lounge, with 2 balconies. The only thing I would say about them, is there is no way of sitting round a table with a chair on each side, as the balconies are long but narrow. I checked in at reception the next morning, Victor knew who I was, what a lovely man he is, appears to really care about his guests and made us feel very welcome. The pool was lovely and warm, and area around the pool was kept clean. Only thing I would suggest is either they could do with different sun bed mattresses so that when you touch them, don't end up with third degree burns, or make sure you have a massive towel to cover it. There is no pool bar which is real loss to this place. The location was about 15/20 mins walk to the fab beach, and about 30 mins walk to old town. There is a fantastic supermarket in Albufeira Terrace at the end of the road, lovely English Breakfast, just at the top of the road. Couple of tips Bring washing up liquid and cloth- as there isn't one. Ask for air con remote- this is only in the bedroom though, and put a mop bucket underneath the outlet pipes as you will end up flooded. Make sure the shower curtain is well inside the bath unless you fancy slipping on your a*** or swimming out of the bathroom. The cleaner does her best, but the bath is just filthy!. There are toilets at the pool, but prepare yourself for doing a rave with your arms to keep the light on, cos as soon as your a*** hits the seat you are plummeted into darkness. All in all a great place, felt really safe and Victor couldn't do enough for us. So if you're reading this Victor thank you so much for your hospitality and kindness and see you next year 🌞

Fantastic apartment, great location, between the old and new town. Very clean apartments friendly owners. We would stay here again, lovely quiet pool area, fantastic value for money. The cleaning ladies were brilliant.

Great location 10 mins from Old Town and New Town ( 3 mins in a taxi ) 3.35 euros bargain. Lovely spacious apartment and spotless. Fluffy soft bedding and towels. Staff so helpful - thanks Victor. Organised Taxi and great communication. It was are 1st trip to Albufeira and so pleased with the accommodation. Couldn't fault it x
