"Horrible experience both times. Decided to give this place another chance after the first time was awful but this time was worse. This time the room was trashy when I got to it (trash under bed). The bathtub leaked into the room below us so we couldn't take baths. The water in the kitchenette wouldn't turn on hardly at all. But we don't get our deposit back for smoking even though they have my husband on camera every time OUTSIDE the building smoking."

"1. Curtains not working, can’t be fixed. 2. We asked room service for 3 days but unfortunately we only get new towels once. 3. Breakfast is good. 4. Swimming pool is nice. 5. Staffs are nice."
