Wunderschöne weitläufige Anlage mit individuellen Bungalows, sehr gut gepflegt. Wirkt fast wie ein botanischer Garten. Direkter Zugang zum Meer mit Liegen und Hängematten. Sehr freundliches Personal. Gutes Essen im Restaurant und Grillrestaurant. Sehr gutes Frühstück. Nachmittags kostenlose Teatime, ein netter Treffpunkt. Aufmerksamer Service auch bei der Reinigung der Zimmer. Keine Plastikflaschen, Wasser wird immer in Glasflaschen gefüllt geliefert. Besonders zu empfehlen: Morgens um 7 Uhr Yoga mit Akichan! Sehr genossen haben wir auch den Ausflug in den privaten Garten, um morgens Vögel zu beobachten, Eulen, Kingfisher und andere mit ”Mister Birding”, der auch auf dem Hotelgelände Führungen in den Bio-Gemüsegarten und Schmetterlingsgarten macht. Er hat eine echte Leidenschaft für Vögel und kann seine Begeisterung weitergeben.

Had an average stay experience. . Property does not have a private beach. But it is just 2 minutes walk to it. . Very limited food options and dishes have to be booked in advance as it takes time to prepare. Swimming pool did not look very clean. We did not see any security at the gate during night time which was a bit scary as the employees stay at the backside of the resort. Property in itself is small and does not have any other amenities than pool

I would have rated this property 200 out of 100 if that was possible. This homestay is a beautiful serene property amid lush of green. The owner of the homestay is so welcoming and courteous that you would feel that you are staying in your grandparents' house. We reached the homestay around 6:30 am in the morning and he was waiting for us at the entrance. The dos a made in the breakfast was extremely delicious. Uncle (this is what i was calling the owner) arranged artificial rain ***** with rainbow around 10 am in the morning with the song of our choice playing in the background. The entire garden was looking even more beautiful with the artificial rain. There is a place in the garden where you can sit, relax and have your morning tea. My mom liked the property so much that she was asking me to extend the stay over there. Locationwise also, it is only 4 km from beach and railway station. You can take an auto and reach either beach or station in 10-12 minutes and the auto charge is around rs. 100. I would definitely recommend this property to everyone who is planning to visit alleppey.

Wir hatten hier ein paar Tage gebucht, um neben dem Meer zu sein und nach der Reise ein wenig Entspannung genießen. Wir waren in einem der 4 alten Kolonialräume, die sehr geräumig waren, mit großen hohen Betten ( Stühle zur Einbett!,). Die Zimmer sind alle in alt dunkelfarbigen traditionellen Holz und ganz dunkel eingerichtet, aber dies half, die Temperatur zu halten. Der einzige negative Punkt war mit sehr hohen Decken und die Kontrolle der Moskitonen war schwierig und die Bereitstellung eines Netzes hätte hilfreich sein können. Hier waren wir nur gebitt, obwohl wir auf den Rückwasser, in den Pflanzungen usw. blieben. Der Pool war klein, aber mit vielen Betten und guten Handtüchern sauber. Wir essen in dem Hotel, da die Wahl variierte und die Preise sehr vernünftig plus sie hatten eine öffentliche Bar neben der Tür, die mit den örtlichen und auch guten Wert beschäftigt war. Im Gegensatz zu ***y Orten, die wir dort getroffen haben, schien es zu irgendeinem Zeitpunkt sehr wenig Personal rund um, aber das hat nicht von unserem Aufenthalt abgezogen. Leider parallel zur Vorderseite des Hotels und fast direkt oben ist ein neuer Flug über dem Hotel ein großer Straßenflug, der wahrscheinlich sowohl laut sein wird und zu der Luftverschmutzung hinzukommen wird. Zur Zeit des Aufenthaltes (Feb 2020) war der Zeitpunkt der Eröffnung nicht klar, aber das, Ich bin sicher, wird eine schädliche Wirkung auf dieses wunderschöne alte Stil Hotel haben. Das Personal, das wir sahen, war wunderschön und hilfreich und wir genossen unsere 3 Nächte dort. Der Strand ist direkt gegen das Hotel und ist sehr groß, sauberer als ich in vorherigen Bewertungen gelesen hatte, das Meer war warm, aber ich nur paddelte und nicht ***y Leute schienen zu schwimmen, wenn wir besucht. Es ist ein beliebter Ort für die örtlichen Personen am Sonnenuntergang und wir genossen zu einem Strandbar, Cafe Catamaran für einen Abenddrank (kein Alkohol serviert aber) zu sehen, um den Sonnenuntergang.

We arrived via the House boat (Our own) and reached their docking area. there was no one to greet or assist us and had to search for the reception on our own. I would suggest if you have a boat docking area keep a guard or close it . we then searching reached the reception and no one was there and when they came everyone was confused and surprised. We then entered our rooms which looked nice from the outside but not properly cleaned inside. 1. my brother upon entering the bathroom found Human hair 2. The duvet was stained badly 3. I went for a swimming to the swimming pool there was no pool attendant and this was around 6:30 pm while the pool closure is at 8 pm, only later did someone come and again dissappear even when there were guests around, there are also a lot of mosquitoes around the pool so please take care 4. The food is pathetic, we ordered for Appam and stew and when the order came there was only appam and no stew, then finally after waiting and calling twice to IRD who were clueless the stew came and what a shock the stew was salty, imagine ordering a Kerala dish in Kerala and being so disappointed by it. we also ordered Prawns which were also Salty but we had to eat it all as we were super hungry and would not want to wait again for further disappointments. I was lucky to buy a banana chips packet which became my saving grace. There was 1 thing which really concerned me, my brother ordered for Bottles of wine (3 different times) and when the associate came with these bottles he insisted for it to be paid on the spot and said cannot post in the room which we found really strange. my friend then said will do a gpay to which the person said to gpay his personal account ... I mean is this how team members work or is it a policy? I being a hotelier was shocked at this as any outlet in a property must post the charges to the room or at least present a valid bill which was not done at the time. I am really happy that we only booked this place for a layover or would have regretted it for a long time.
