My recent experience at this property was profoundly unsatisfactory, marred by a cascade of issues that made my stay anything but comfortable. Below is a detailed account of the problems encountered: 1. **Check-In Delay:** Despite arriving at the designated check-in time, my room was allotted **7 hours later**, causing unnecessary inconvenience and disruption to my plans. No adequate explanation or compensation was offered for this significant delay. 2. **Unhygienic Room Condition:** Upon entering the room, I was greeted by an infestation of **mosquitoes**, which made the space uninhabitable. The lack of basic pest control measures reflects a blatant disregard for guest comfort and health. 3. **Non-Functional Amenities:** - **Broken Wardrobe:** The wardrobe door was damaged and unusable, leaving no proper storage for belongings. - **Faulty TV & Fridge:** The television had connectivity issues, and the fridge was not cooling, rendering both appliances pointless. - **Dysfunctional Intercom:** The intercom system did not work, making it impossible to contact reception for assistance. 4. **Poor Maintenance:** The property is in dire need of repairs and upgrades. Cracked walls, worn-out furniture, and outdated fixtures further highlighted the neglect. None of the amenities promised were in usable condition, which is unacceptable for any hospitality establishment. This property has potential, but the sheer lack of upkeep, broken amenities, and apathetic service make it impossible to recommend. Until significant investments are made in maintenance, pest control, and guest services, I strongly advise travelers to avoid this location. A stay here is not worth the frustration or expense.

It was a fantastic and pleasant stay at Sterling Lake Palace. A warm and traditional welcome by Keerthana and Amrita was delightful. Special mention to Asif for his exceptional hospitality skills and ever smiling and ever ready to serve us. Had good time at the Bar watching IPL and cordial conversations with Asif, Saidul and Sivadas and Gokul. One suggestion to the hotel management is it would be good if the recreational activities like Bow and Arrow, Cycling and Shooting can be complimentary rather than charging. Huge Thanks to the entire team for their hospitality and making a memorable trip for my entire family. We enjoyed the two day stay.

This is a well managed and beautiful property. We loved the tranquility and bird watching sitting in our veranda by the lakeside. We were impressed by the friendliness of all staff and would like to mention Mr. Alush, the manager and the dinning attendant Abhilash. A very memorable experience.
