Panorama Hotel - All Inclusive

My partner and I have just arrived back from an amazing week at the Panorama Hotel! Food - I haven’t seen any reviews on here about the food and that’s the most important thing right? The all inclusive food was amazing, lots of choice. We didn’t think we’d eat much in the hotel but we didn’t end up going out for food at all it was that good. Drinks - Drinks were free from breakfast all the way upto 12pm at night, included soft drinks, cocktails, local alcohol and beer. Rooms - We stayed in a standard room, it was basic (meaning white walls and a bed) but really what much more do you need? We only slept there and the rest of the time we were enjoying the hotel facilities. Pool/beach area - Pool is big, limited sunbeds so you do need to get down early, however there are plenty of sunbeds on the private beach so you will find somewhere in the hotel to relax. Staff - 10/10 couldn’t ask for anything more, they were all very friendly and couldn’t do enough for us! We would go back here in a heart beat!

We've just arrived at Hotel Panorama in Alanya. Despite booking a "Double Room, Poolside," we were assigned a room at the corner of the building, facing entirely towards the street. Our complaint has gone unheard so far; we expect better guest service from a 4-star hotel. We're very disappointed! If all rooms at Hotel Panorama are like the one we have to stay in now, I can only advise against booking here!

Lovely little "private" beach, great service, buffet was well stocked at all times, drinks were not to be consumed though. Check the aircons though - outdated and broken in some rooms. Enjoyed being so close to the city - easy to walk to and from

Great service and food. Very good location. Beautiful view from the Panorama Bar. Small minus for the toilets in the rooms, it was not sterile. Plus for the free WiFi. In general it was good place for holiday. I recommend this place. It is good place for the families and for the couples.

Bad beach, beds are placed where they are not allowed on the beach and it causing conflicts between hotel guests and other people on beach, which is not good and creates a bad experience for hotel guests.

I stayed at Panorama the last week before it closed up for the season, November. The first two days it rained, but there is a lot to do in Alanya and at the hotel anyway. There is a very nice spa and Ibrahim who did the massage is great, one of the best! I also did my nails and hair. The nails turned out nice and three weeks later they still look good. The hair turned out about 10 cm shorter than I wanted it to be :( . The breakfast and the food at the beach bar was as expected, the salads were also ok, but the rest….I ended up going to different restaurants in the evenings even though I had all inclusive. Maybe I had bad luck because it was the last week before closing up, but I was quite disappointed as I normally like all types of food. The restaurant is also very noisy. There are so many great restaurants in Alanya so I would recommend going to at least a few of them anyway.. The room was nice and clean but I had som problems with the lights and the fridge the last two days. I liked the hotel, but there are some things to adjust. This hotel has potential to be really good and the location is great.

Fiyat-Performans açısından mükemmel. Odalar tertemiz ve kumsalı çok keyifli. Özellikle deniz tarafı odalar ve ortam çok iyi. Odada balkona oturup içeceklerimizi alıp ayaklarımızı uzatıp plajı ve denizi seyretmek çok rahatlatıcıydı. Kompakt bir otel olduğu için odadan çıkıp restaurant, Panorama Bar veya denize gidişimiz evde odadan odaya geçmek kadar kolaydı. Alanı çok iyi değerlendirmişler. Tatil otelinden beklediğiniz herşeyden bir tane var ve çok kaliteli. Çocuksuz şekilde eşimle birkaç gün kafa dinlemek için tercih ettik ve çok memnun kaldık. Ana Restaurant'ta kahvaltı ve Yemekler oldukça yeterli ve kalite odaklıydı. Kullanılan malzemeler bizi çok tatmin etti. Hiçbir yemeği beğenmeyip yarıda bıraktığım olmadı. Kendim de Gıda Mühendisi olduğum için bazı konularda hassasiyetim yüksek. Ancak Oteldeki sorumlu Gıda Mühendisi Yağmur Hanım benim düşündüğümün çok daha üzerinde bir hassasiyet gösteriyor. Bunu bazı alt detaylarıyla gözlemleme şansım oldu. Çok teşekkürler Yağmur Hanım ve değerli mutfak ve servis çalışanları, oldukça lezzetli olan mutfağınızı sayenizde güvenle kullanabildik🙏 Snack barlar havuz başında ve sahilde birer tane vardı ve sipariş üzerine çalışıyorlardı. Üst üste yığılmış ve beklemiş yiyecekler yerine taze ve anında hazırlayıp getiriyorlar. Çok konforlu ve keyifliydi. Çalışanların hepsi çok ilgiliydi ve alanında tecrübeli kişilerdi. Kazara bara gidip kendiniz birşey almaya kalksanız rahat ettirmek için hemen sizi yerinize yönlendirip servisi kendileri yapmak istiyorlar. Yaklaşımları da öyle doğal ve samimi ki evinizde ve oldukça rahat hissediyorsunuz. Akşamları da es geçmek istemem. Panorama Bar muhtemelen çevredeki en güzel mekan olabilir. Kale manzarası eşliğinde denize sıfır ortamda birşeyler içmek gerçekten çok keyifliydi. Alanya merkeze çok yakın olmamıza rağmen başka bir yere çıkma ihtiyacı duymadık. Son olarak da Müdür Bey ve İşletme sahiplerini sıklıkla etrafta görebiliyorduk. Küçük bir detay ama işin başında olmalarının işletmenin yarattığı müşteri memnuniyetine önemli katkısı olduğu düşünüyorum. Her açıdan çok keyifli bir tatil oldu. Aquapark vs gibi farklı fasiliteler sizin için gerekli değilse Panorama otel bir tatilden beklediğiniz herşeyi kompakt bir şekilde ve fazlasıyla size verebilir. O bölgede rahatlıkla önerebileceğim bir otel. Bu memnuniyeti yaratan tüm personele tekrar tekrar çok teşekkür ederim🙏
