Ark Apart and Suite Hotel

Wir waren zufrieden. Der Preis ist gut (für Selbstversorger). Aufzug, großes Zimmer, Schlafzimmer, sauber. Rutschen könnten länger geöffnet sein. Markt und viele Restaurants in der Nähe. Strand 1,4 km. Insgesamt 8,5/10. Vielen Dank, wir werden wiederkommen. Hoffentlich.

Wir kamen mitten in der Nacht in der Ark Suite an, das Personal kam, um unsere Koffer von der Seitenstraße zu holen, und wir buchten ein. Es wäre unmöglich gewesen, auf dem Balkon zu sitzen, ohne von Dämpfen erstickt zu werden gelinde gesagt, Brokkoli und grüne Bohnen zum Frühstück, es wurden jedoch Pfannkuchen und Omeletts draußen zubereitet, was ein paar Tage dauerte, um herauszufinden, es gibt keine Anzeichen für Mittag- und Abendessen, alles sehr viel, das gleiche alte Zeug, aber das ist alles inklusive Sie, wir fanden immer etwas zu essen, Salate und Obst waren herrlich, genauso wie das frische Brot, aber die gleichen alten Puddings. Wir haben nie gesehen, dass Desinfektionsmittel verwendet wurden, um Bereiche in den Essensbereichen oder im Speisesaal abzuwischen, nur trockene Papiertücher. Der kleine Pool oben war schöner als der große Pool ohne Sonnenliegenkriege. Meine einzige Frage wäre, wann sie das Wasser tatsächlich testen, um zu überprüfen, ob Kinder und Erwachsene sicher darin schwimmen können? Während wir dort waren, wusste ich von mehreren Kindern, die schlechte Ohren hatten und in die Apotheke oder ins Krankenhaus mussten, meine Enkelin musste bei unserer Rückkehr mit einer sehr schweren Ohrenentzündung zu unseren Ärzten, sie sagten, wahrscheinlich wegen schmutzigem Wasser, der Therme war fantastisch, wir haben es am ersten Tag benutzt, aber der Spa-Mann wurde ein bisschen anmaßend und bat uns immer wieder, zurückzugehen, die Geschäfte vor Ort sind in Ordnung, aber etwas überteuert. Der Sok-Supermarkt ist 2 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt, also holen Sie sich alles aus dort . Markt an einem Dienstag, nur 5 Gehminuten entfernt und so günstig wie Pommes! Sie haben 1 Badetuch für Ihren gesamten Aufenthalt und können es nicht wechseln. Unser Zimmer wurde nicht sehr effizient gereinigt, unsere Dusche war 2 Tage hintereinander dreckig. Handtücher wurden erst nach 4 Tagen gewechselt. Die Mitarbeiter, die hier arbeiten, machen das Hotel sehr zuvorkommend und helfen, wo sie können, sehr freundlich und man kann ein echtes Lachen mit ihnen. Die Snackbar ist in Ordnung, keine riesige Auswahl Burger + Pommes 1 Tag, Pizza + Pommes die nächsten. . Eis war schön und nicht nur für Kinder Toll für meine Enkelin, sie für jeweils eine halbe Stunde aus der Sonne zu halten, wir blieben als Familie, und es war schön, aber es gibt bessere Hotels da draußen. . Alanya war schön und wir haben unseren Aufenthalt genossen, aber beim nächsten Mal würden wir es tun Bleiben Sie näher am Strand und etwas zentraler zu den Geschäften, denn bei 40 Grad Hitze gehen Sie nirgendwo hin, ohne zu schmelzen, und ein Taxi kostet £ 4/5 pro Fahrt. . Es ist kein kostenloser Shuttle zum Strand, weil Sie Sonne kaufen müssen Liegen am Strand oder sie kriegen dich nicht ... Positiv zu vermerken ist, dass meine 7-jährige Enkelin es geliebt hat …

I took my 4 children here in September, the weather was great! Surrounded by plenty of shops, including convenience stores , food/ restaurants, clothes shop hospital and pharmacy thats just a walk away. Beach is about a 20 minute walk, with a bus that picks you up from the hotel and back if you don’t fancy the walk. The Market is ace plenty of bargains. Hotel The room was fantastic, the pictures don’t give it justice when looking at this hotel as I was sceptical, they are very spacious and very clean, beds comfy, sofa beds etc, they are fully equipped with everything you need to make your own decent breakfast, lunch or dinner ! Inc: toaster, fridge, hob, kettle. We had a double balcony, 1 off the front room and 1 off the main bedroom, we had a 2 bed apartment. I can’t fault the rooms 7/10 Food Food is definitely a hit and miss here, the selection is very poor. If I was to return I’d do self catering. I had a problem with the flies they was all over… I was not happy (breeding on food) I complained straight away as I felt I couldn’t have my kids eat and pick from there, I went to the reception and the manager was present She rectified it, and the problem never occurred again! She also came up to me before I was leaving and apologised and said thanks for informing her. So Thankyou Breakfast selection dissatisfying it was poor but when the omelettes are made fresh they are nice with toast ! Also (Chips for breakfast) 5/10 The lady by the swimming pool in the hut who makes pancakes daily so enjoyable Thankyou ! 10/10 Snack bar At the snack bar it was alternating days. Monday margarita pizza with chips, Tuesday burgers and chips. And that was it. Every other day. Nothing else for all inclusive. You could order other food but that was at a price. 5/10 Drinks all inclusive You could have juice, fizzy, beers, wines and local spirits, vodka, gin etc. no cocktails these was charged at a price. 6/10 Entertainment I must say Pinocchio is brilliant good man, he’s the only entertainer in the hotel, and he entertained everyone. He needs a pay rise and some other entertainers to join him! Which would make the entertainment more fun. From children to adults he kept us all entertained day and night, pool volley ball, karaoke, fire show, bingo night, he did it all he’s a credit to the hotel. also credit to the lady in the children’s club. Who was in there endlessly, looking after children. Thank you to you both. 10/10 For the children. Park next door, children’s splash pool, normal pool, and a pool with 3 slides, my kids loved the slides. Ages 17,9,6,5 There’s excursions, you can go on the tour guide from on the beach, bit pricey but we had fun, I booked pantha jeep safari. We went to the zoo, boat trip, water fights, foam party, sea lion show. And lunch, all in one day. It’s a definite 10/10 We also did the buggies, I had a family buggy 4 seats and my eldest son had a 2 seater. The track was ace, but be prepared to get mucky and muddy 8/10

Whilst the staff are very nice and interactive at this hotel, there are some big negatives here. On arrival the staff member took our cases and was very keen to help us to our room. The lift in our section holds about 2/3 people. Bless him, the lift was stuck on level 6 so he ran up and came down in it beckoning us all in…. 5 of us and 2 cases and carry ons. We handed him the cases and said we would walk up, he clearly was bemused and said no please come in. We walked the 6 flights. The Hotel is backed onto a motorway so any rooms facing this have constant traffic all day and night. The pool towels are not changed unless you are here for 2 weeks. After 7 days my children had ice cream and sun cream stains on them. I was told they couldn’t change but to speak with a chief who I never saw. The bedding isn’t changed regularly unless you ask for this as well. 38* in day and 27* at night. My wife and I had one glass of red wine with our evening meal 2 nights running but it ran out and after 3 days was still not replaced. The staff kept acting like it had just ran out. You have to pay 10euro a day extra for air conditioning which is a must. The apartment was big but our air con unit was in the main lounge so bedrooms were. Little harder to cool. Pools are lovely and slides are great

Just returned from a 10 day stay at this hotel and we had a fabulous time. We arrived at 3am and was offered a drink from the machine and there were bottles of water in the fridge. Our bags were taken to our room which was very spacious with 2 bedrooms. The room was on the side of the road and although the traffic can be heard it didn't disturb our sleep. The air conditioning does cost 10€ per day so you need to budget this into your holiday, we were a little concerned at first as air con unit is only in the main living area but with bedroom doors open it does circulate around the whole apartment. The food is plentiful with a cooking station outside during dinner offering a freshly cooked choice. We went with children who always found something to eat, like chicken nuggets and chips, as we were all inclusive, they also had the choice of having burger and chips or pizza and chips during snack time too. We didn't always go for breakfast as turkush pancakes are cooked daily so we often chose this option when we git up. Nothing better than a pancake and coffee to start the day. The entertainment was fabulous, Pinocchio is great, he puts on pool games, darts and games during the day and quizzes, karaoke and a fire show during the evenings, he works so hard and is worth his weight in gold, they also have a turkish night with dancers and a belly dancer. The bar and restaurant staff were welcoming and friendly, they kept our drinks topped up and chatted often, very nice people. We did tip the workers as we definitely felt they deserved it. We would definitely return to this hotel, the main town costs 200tl in a taxi but prices are high around the harbour area, there are a few little cafe and bars around hotel but not many, however a lot of places to offer free pick up/drop off service. Also if you plan to book trips the hotel rep charges high prices, ask around and you will get alot better prices.

We brought our 3 kids here, absolutely loved the hotel the staff were amazing with us, the rooms are very spacious, Pinocchio is just the best!!! We were treated so well and had the most amazing hoilday, for a 3 star, its great! Should be a 5 star!
