Wir sind jedes Jahr dort, und können nur gutes Berichten. Zimmer sauber und modern, Mitarbeiter alle sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Beim Essen ist für jeder man was dabei. Die Lage ist Top. Sei es zum Strand oder in die Stadt. Immer wieder jeder Zeit Grand Zaman Beach.

Cannot be faulted! Wonderful hotel, accommodation, staff, food and facilities! Sunbeds on the beach, endless supply of chilled water- a brilliant base to explore Alanya, staff work so hard, the hotel and grounds are immaculate, plentiful choice of food

4* hotel. 1* internet. Electricity in my room did not work properly. Kept shutting off at random times. Hotel Said they would fix it. Did not happen. Have a medical machine that needs power all the time. Great 🤔 Staff was great and helpfull, serving drinks and all - ofcourse only if you were a blond Young female. Location is good. Food is ok for buffet.

The hotel looks amazing, but when you arrive at the reception you’ll notice that they’re not nice at all. Also the rooms smell and are not cleaned properly. When someone flushes the toilet in a room above us, the smell came out of our toilet. The sink was stained with brown hard stuff. Most of the staff are nice but definitely could use some work. Me and my family (3 people) got salmonella the last day at lunch.

Reception staff is angry, the bathroom smelled bad and there is no emtertainmemt even in the evenings. The foods is ok but not much variation. Compared to european standard it would never achieve 4stars, but 3. The location is very good though, walking to everything. Not much Scandinavians, but much arabian, russian and turkish tourists

The only good thing about this hotel is location,nothing more .Very little swimming pool,poor food selection,same food every day,we end up eating out every day ,poor cleaning,will never recommend to anyone,just place to sleep,nothing more,very disappointed.

Great location and helpful staff. However, the hot food was never hot, and the selection was poor. Salads and desserts were good, but something needs to be done about the the lukewarm/ cold food, it became a challenge every night to see if we could find anything vaguely hot. Lovely pool with loads of loungers. Clean room but with a perilous balcony overlooking the ocean. Bar/ reception was a bit soulless and the everchanging coloured lighting a bit more suited to a 90s nightclub than a hotel reception or restaurant.

Grand Zaman Beach is really good hotel with great location. Hotel has small swimming pool, but it’s close to the beach. The food in the hotel was good. I Think that it’s the best place in Alanya for this price and quality. The room was nice and clean.

the hammam is not relaxing at all. everything has to happen quickly. I paid for 90 minutes and only got the hammam for 60 minutes. When I said something about it they were supposedly going to investigate. I didn't hear anything during my holiday!
