We have been staying at this location for many years, and have found the cleanliness and staff to be consistently dependable. The check-in process went smoothly and efficiently. Our room was clean and comfortable, well stocked with clean towels. Breakfast is what we expected from an HGI - not 5 star, but we didn't leave hungry. We spent three nights, and each morning, Judit greeted us with a smile and pleasant conversation in the breakfast area. She was efficient, and provided everything we needed, an absolute delight! Any questions or concerns we may have had were handled quickly by the ever-smiling front-desk personnel. In particular, Paola, was very helpful and friendly. We did notice that the lobby and breakfast areas are looking tired, and the furniture is showing some wear. However, we did see new furniture in the pool area, so maybe the lobby/breakfast areas are schedule for refurbishing, as well. The hotel's location is great - right off of I-75 and within walking distance to many good restaurants and shopping. We look forward to returning next year.

I enjoyed this hotel for its spaciousness and it's bathtub. So many hotels now don't provide bathtubs and I'm just not a shower girl. We could not find an ice machine. The rooms are suites with a full refrigerator in them. However our ice in the fridge was turned off, so it took a long while to get any ice. When we got in our room, it was freezing inside. I had to sit on the couch with my jacket on and the extra blanket on me to get warm. It finally warmed up.

Sehr enttäuschend für einen vollen Service Hilton. Versuchte, mehr als eine Stunde vor Ankunft ohne Antwort zu rufen. Einchecken war Routine. Ich kam zum Abendessen und wir wurden informiert, dass sie kurz besetzt waren. Alle Server waren wütend. Aus gebackenen Kartoffeln, um 6 Uhr auf einem Freitag schlechten Service. Nächste Morgen hatte kein Personal so in der Lounge mit begrenztem Personal wieder zu essen. Gleiche Situation Armen Service und wütend agierender Mitarbeiter. Versuchte, Samstag Abend zu bestellen, wartete eine Stunde auf den Bestellungszugang. Das Zimmer war ok. Nichts wert die Kosten pro Nacht. Wir gingen am nächsten Morgen und wählen zum Frühstück an anderer Stelle.

GREAT SERVICE, GREAT LOCATION… After having the WORSE experience in the Hampton Inn few minutes before from the one at downtown Gainesville . This one change the bad experience into a Great one as normal Hilton experience, when we arrived the front desk attendant was VERY Welcoming with a smile and Super nice…. After me asking for a room she immediately asked if we were Hilton Honor Members and we told her YES..We were VERY tired and Very happy we found this Hotel…In the morning after having a Great breakfast (fresh and great taste). At checkout the front desk attendant was VERY Nice with a smile.. We are definitely coming back to this location..LOVE THE EXPERIENCE….

This was a one night stay in Gainesville that was made even better by the convenient location just off the Interstate. I was lucky enough to get an upgraded room on the top floor with a balcony. The room itself was large, well designed and lacking any signs of wear. The bathroom was spacious and well designed except for the height of the rack of dispensers for shampoo, conditioner and conditioner. Whoever installed that rack was clearly over six feet tall and I was left having to stretch to reach them. Sound funny? It wasn't!
