環境沒的説，非常獨特的體驗。房間適合一個人或者情侶，不太適合家庭入住。酒店的所有服務人員都很有禮貌，熱情，提出的訴求能夠得到及時的迴應。另外就是早餐很棒！唯一的問題就是入住需要下載what's up，用來和酒店服務聯絡，但不知為何手機無法接收驗證短訊，不過酒店前台提供了電話和私人號碼，隨時有事可以聯繫。

在Asher山谷裏面，距離悦榕莊和Malaya音樂廳很近。設施非常簡單，二個人住有點侷促，服務態度不錯。總結性價比和硬件不成正比，為了新奇體驗可以考慮住一晚，不建議兩晚及以上

非常美麗的地方，房車會比較小，但是是獨特的體驗。

Wir sind hier begeistert…übernachten in Caravan Habits und dürfen hier dieses Hotel am Pool benutzen …es ist ein Traum hier ..vor allem die Bedienung sind sehr freundlich…sehr aufmerksam sind die Joshua , Dilip , Charles ,Amer und Uday…sie verwöhnten uns sehr …ganz herzlichen Dank

Die Anlage, die Zimmer und die Umgebung sind sehr schön. Wäre alles tiptop, hätte eigentlich eine fünf Sterne Bewertung geben sollen, nur kommt jetzt aber das aber….Zimmer sind ja nicht günstig, um so erstaunlicher, dass man es nötig hat, die Gäste übers Ohr zu hauen. Ich hatte die ganze Unterkunft ja im Voraus bezahlt. Beim Check in verlangte von mir über die Kreditkarte ein Depot von SAR 1000. Soweit so gut, machen ja andere Hotels und Autovermietungen such. Nur blockieren die den Betrag einfach und geben den dann wieder frei. Nicht in diesem Hotel, da wird er frischfröhlich abgebucht, als ob man etwas konsumiert hätte. Und dann geht es los. Ich habe bis heute den Betrag noch nicht zurück bekommen. Seit einem Monat schreibe ich fast täglich WhatsApp. In diesem Hotel kommuniziert man ja nur via WhatsApp. Man geht gar nicht auf meine vorherigen WhatsApp ein. Schreibt immer den gleichen Mist, man werde es mit dem Finanzdepartement abklären etc. Dann passiert wieder nichts. Dann wieder, dass es halt drei Monate dauere, bis das Geld wieder auf meiner Karte sei. So eine Lüge. Dann hat man wieder technische Probleme etc. Ganz offensichtlich, dass die den Betrag nicht zurück zahlen wollen. Seit einigen Tagen bekomme ich gar keine Antwort mehr. Offenbar sind ihnen die Ausreden ausgegangen. Eigentlich tragisch, dass so ein Hotel dad nötig hat. Wahrscheinlich hat das Christiano Ronaldo gewusst, deshalb ist er vor einigen Wochen im Banyan Tree abgestiegen und nicht in diesem Hotel, das die Gäste nach Strich und Faden zu verarschen versucht. Nie wieder werde ich bei Habitas in irgend einem Land buchen, auf diese Betrüger verzichte ich gerne

Die Villen sind klasse, Pool ein echter hingucker, alles sehr gepflegt. Die Kunst Installation sind spannend, das personal sehr freundlich. Highlight der Ice Cream Truck vor dem Hotel Viele Influencer gehen ein und aus in dem Hotel, das nervt manchmal

In the past few months i stayed in banyan tree and i decided to try Habitas this time and I must tell I had an enchanting stay at Habitas AlUla, I would like to especially mention the lady with red hair I'm so sorry, I’ve forgotten your name. The warm welcoming ceremony brought tears to my eyes. It truly touched my heart, as this was a healing trip for my husband and me. While I noticed that there weren’t enough staff in the lobby at times, It’s clear that everyone was committed to providing the best possible experience. A heartfelt thank you to Samer and Fatima for helping us to get a car. Overall, our time at Habitas AlUla was unforgettable, and I’m deeply grateful to all the staff who made it so special. Thank you for creating such a memorable and healing experience for us!

Our stay at Our Habitas AlUla was unforgettable! The incredible location nestled within a stunning valley offers breathtaking views that are truly one of a kind. The pool area provides a perfect vantage point to soak in the beauty of the entire site. On top of that, the service was excellent – attentive and friendly throughout. We also had the pleasure of chatting with a Moroccan staff member who worked in the breakfast service. He was very kind and attentive, which made our experience even more special. Highly recommend for an exceptional getaway!

Aman style rates, holiday inn service. Facilities and food are great, but don’t be fooled this is not a luxury experience. The hotel has 100 rooms, the check in experience is reminiscent of a souk where the sellers are not interested, hotel is very big and requires an uphill 30 minutes walk side to side, availability of buggies relies on a 1 in three change of front desk remembering to send one, e-bikes required 6 follow up calls to get delivered. Restaurant is overwhelmed and understaffed, table and pass do not get cleaned, we had to witness fellow diners standing at the pass yelling at the chef for food.

I believe it was one of the best experiences I have ever had. The hotel is simply special. The room is a luxurious cabin surrounded by huge rocks and artistic installations. From check in to check out, everything is incredible. The pool is located at the top with a panoramic view of the resort. Everything is done by bicycle or electric car. There are several tours around the hotel. Incredible

Rooms: 4/10 The view is on to other rooms and the rocks.No sense of privacy The furniture is cheap The air con is impossible to control The hot water was lukewarm at best and the shower sprays everywhere Service 3/10 The service was very poor Had to beep at front door to get car valet parked Ordered a bicycle and it took 16 hours to turn up The guest experience service ( you need to book everything way in advance in Alula ) was nearly non existent and ran through what’s app but really unhelpful Food 8/10 Not authentic but good food and Razz the supervisor was excellent . Strange restaurant design , oversized tables and no atmosphere

Overall experience in Habitas Alula is awesome. It is like a place that doesn't exist or known in the earth. I fully enjoy the moment when I was in Habitas Alula. All the staff in Habitas are good. Special thank to Nafees Arfaz whose go behind his duty to ride us buggy around. He offer great hospitality and tour us around the resort. He is such a nice person. Although the time spent with Nafees was less than 1 hour, but we could feel his passion and love his job. Serve every guest with his best effort. Thanks

Could not fault the staff and their attention to detail with ensuring our stay was everything we expected it to be. Food was very good. Classes were excellent and I loved the ginger tea. The backdrop and setting alone is worth visiting this special location and I love the way the hotel has been constructed to be part of the environment. Just one point to consider - please hire more staff to answer your phones. Thank you again for such a wonderful experience and see you again next time are lucky enough to be in Al Ula
