"الفندق ممتاز من حيث الموقع وتوفر مواقف السيارات المجانية ومتصل بمجمع الافنيوز والغرف المطلة على البحر جهة المجمع والفنادق جدا رائعة خاصة في الأدوار العليا ،في الحقيقة العاملين في الاستقبال جدا محترمين ومتعاونين وأخص بالذكر الاخ محمد بحريني والاخ عبدالكريم مصري ،الفندق إفطاره متنوع وكل يوم تقريبا يدخل أصناف رئيسية مختلفة والعشاء عبارة عن طلب وليس بوفيه وكان الاكل شهي ولذيذ جدا. لمن يريد الهدوء وسهولة الوصول للمجمع او وسط المدينة فأنصح به خاصة للعوائل. الفندق ينقصه ان يوفر خدمة سبا . كانت تجربة جميلة وتستحق التكرار. ملحوظة مهمة بعض الغرف التي في الموقع تذكر انها مهيئة لذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة- لا تقم بحجزها إذا كنت من غير الفئة المحتاجة لذلك لانها لا تصلح للشخص العادي في الغالب من حيث الكبتات والحمام والسرير.،فارجو من الموقع التنويه على ذلك بذكر انها خاصة فقط لذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة- شكرا لإدارة الفندق وبالأخص الاخ عبدالكريم لقيامه بترقية غرفتي لمجرد معرفته بوجود ملاحظة تدارك الموقف بكل احترافية ومهنية وقام بترقيتي مما أسعدني وجعلني أضع الفندق في قائمتي المفضلة دوما واشترك في عضوية الهلتون. إلى اللقاء ياغرفتي الجميلة 803"

"The hotel was extremely clean and modern, definitely worth it, however the service is non existent. I am from the UK and booked this hotel for a transiting flight, on the hotel website I was able to book the exact times I required the room (hour by hour) and on trip.com It was the standard check-in 2pm and exit 12pm the next day which does not work. After booking I emailed the hotel twice with no response to date and it’s been 3 weeks. When arriving at the hotel I had to wait 5 hours before I could have access to my room and I only stayed until my flight departure time which was a total of 10 hours out of the 22 hours which the room was booked for. In this case, not value for money. The service needs to improve, either have an instant chat or respond to email in a timely manner. There is a premium number which I did not ring since it would have cost a fortune!"

"Das Personal war wirklich professionell und sehr hilfreich die Lage war groß wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Blick auf den Pool war schön, aber nicht so hell das Zimmer sah wirklich schön aus, aber die Möbel sind wirklich alt und das Zimmer Reinigung war nicht 100% gut Ich fand so Viele Insekten "

"Crown plaza is a very good hotel, close to the old market, mosque and national museum, and right opposite to the avenue shopping mall/Bahrain bay, also next to the World Trade Center. Hotel has 5 star service facilities and hospitality. Got free parking dine in and night club. Better than it looks anyway. Will happily stay again!!! Best food we had is the lamb rice in the spicy restaurant … yum😻"

"Ich genossen mein Aufenthalt. Obwohl ich Probleme mit meinem heißen Wasser hatte, das nicht funktionierte und weil sie es nicht reparieren, sie bewegten mich zu einem kleineren Raum, das wirklich beunruhigt war. Schlimmer noch, sie gab mein Zimmer an jemand anderes, als sie mir sagten, ich werde nach ein paar Stunden nachdem ihr Team das Wasser fertig gemacht hatte, zurück in mein Zimmer gebracht werden. Ich war sehr enttäuscht."

"All was perfect!!! Beautiful and luxurious design. Caring service and staff. Especially 2 ladies in garden lounge at GY floor. Also food there was a delicious! Amazing facilities for adults and kids . Rooftop Swimming pool stunning. Definitely recommend this hotel for stay in Bahrain. We had a great weekend. Thank you ! Thank you to Mr. Tariq for breakfast in room. We are appreciated it."
