大無語，定的陽台到了和我説沒有顯示，然後折騰了一天，第二天換成陽台的，喊打掃衞生等了半天沒來，到晚上要洗澡等不住了 衹能下樓再找換毛巾

酒店位置方便，設施齊全，一切都很便利，新開的酒店很乾凈，房間內非常安靜，早餐也不錯。ROTANA標準值得信賴，很超值的酒店！

Expected better stay I was expecting a better all over stay experience. As a member of rotana i was first expecting better privileges for members in terms of rooms type , upgrade , prices and better overall privileges. My stay was boring , the hotel had nothing much to do in it , nor i was informed about the facilities and services available there as a first time stayer. No one in the out yard area to serve you , rake your car , lugaggages or assist you if anything ever needed but i had to come down , wait in The que then till i am done they will take my things and assist me. No one there for help in ghe lobby nor welcoming at all Eveen the next day i had seen NO ONE in the lovvy in the morning nor anyone to serve coffee or anything or help at all like a concierge service. Rooms were boring truly , had a smell of cigarettes smoke although i asked for non smoker. When i asked the bell boy to get me a spray refreshner he said i have go call lobby myself where a RUDE and poorly trained staff came to speay a bad smelling air refreshener and refused to provide a refreshened to me even tables and larts of rooms were dusty. Poor stay generally Not truly recommended much They can be better Room 3-4/10 Service 5/10 Location 8/10 Hygiene and cleanliness 5/10 Overall 4/10

معامله جيده و الأكل جميل جد اً غرف جيده و الاستقبال جيد جدا و منير و سرتم معامله جيده مره شكرا رتاناعلي المعامله الجيده Mr. Biking, the leader of the team is very humble and polite. His team is very friendly and ethical, truly the best team in Khobar if not in Saudi. Best wishes to them.

من اجمل فنادق الخبر الجديده يتميز بنظافته الملحوظه في اللوبي والممرات والغرف ، والرائحه الجميله في اللوبي ، الموظفين في غايه الرقي والاحترافيه في التعامل وسرعه الاستجابه للطلبات غرفتي يوجد بها بلكونه كبيره وجميله فندق هادئ ومريح سوف اكرر الزياره وانصح به 👍
