Hatte ein Zimmer auf der 8ten Etage - VIP-Ebene. Die Zimmer sind hier aus dem Format Wohnung. Sie haben eine Küche, Wohnzimmer, Schlafzimmer und Badezimmer. Alle sehr geräumig und mit zwei TVs, einem Büro mit Faxmaschine, Riant zwei Personen Bett. In der Küche gab es jedoch nichts zu Küchengeräten, Servier und Decken. Außerdem, ein großes Problem in vielen Hotels, gibt es ein großes Fehlen freier Stoppkontakt. Glücklicherweise wird die Faxmaschine nicht verwendet und ich konnte diesen Stoppkontakt verwenden. Auf der 8. Etage ist es nicht falsch mit einem eigenen Aufzug, der nicht auf den Zwischenebenen hält. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist sehr groß und für alle gibt es etwas von seiner Gade. Von einer Eistation bis zu österreichischen Gerichten bis hin zu einem Winkel mit süßen Brot und sogar etwas Käse. gegenüber dem Hotel befindet sich eine Pumpstation, wo auch ein Shop von Sinkel ist. Hier können Sie alles kaufen, von Brot und Beleg bis zu Kochwaren, aber auch Telefone oder Speichersticks, um nur etwas zu nennen. Hinter der Adresse finden Sie ein lokales Restaurant und Takaway. Der Kaffee, Takeaway, im Pumpstation verkauft verschiedene Arten von Kaffee und Kuchen.

Exceptional service regardless of it being understaffed. My experience was perfect yet I question a few things. How is a 7-floors hotels with over a hundred rooms managed by only one front desk employee? Of course I had some minor issues with dental kits for example and us having to ask for them, but Achmed from reception apologized for that and solved it. He was quick-witted and intuitive even during checkout time. The restaurant staff are kind regardless of the workload. I would rate the field employees with 5-stars. and management with 3-stars. but I know the rating has to be inclusive so I can't deny the exceptional service I received.

Das Courtyard by Jubail ist das beste Hotel in Jubail. Das Hotel ist neu mit geräumigen Zimmern und einer tollen Lage (nahe Starbucks und viele andere Restaurants in der Nähe). Das Hotel ist schön und sauber, erschwinglich und das Personal ist sehr responsiv, vor allem Saddam ist der Fitness-Betreiber sehr gut.

Die Rezeption und das Empfangszentrum waren sehr speziell. Der Service ist schön, der Ort ist sehr sauber, das Restaurant-Komplex und die High-end-Cafés sind sehr nahe. Der Preis für den Ort ist ein besonderer.

We visited this 4-star hotel with family and were welcomed by the courteous staff. The environment was calm, and the look was clean with nice furniture. The buffet lunch was arranged on the 6th floor. It was a unique location, very close to Dareen and Fanateer beaches offering excellent options for a retreat for visitors of all ages. The sea view from this floor was amazing, just breathtaking. The cuisine was admirable with a good variety to choose from. The fish rolls were extremely delicious. The dishes included mixed grill (meat/chicken), rice with vegetables, beef steaks, several salad dishes, and sweets. We enjoyed the buffet lunch. The hotel provides free Wi-Fi and free parking. Another plus factor of this hotel is that there are many facilities and attractions around such as restaurants, supermarkets, and obviously the beach making your stay more comfortable and enjoyable. One important note: the hotel is now renamed Boudl Al-Jubail, probably due to a change of ownership.

There are many reasons to highly recommend this hotel, but all of them involve the staff. Every single person I encountered has been outstanding I would like to single out two for very very high praise. One is Sabah at the front desk. She is beyond helpful - working with me when I had to go home for 2 weeks to ensure my goods would be kept safe - this including my laundry, so when I arrived back, my clean laundry from the day I checked out was waiting for me. This is not normal, but she made it happen. The other is Roushan from the aforementioned laundry. He is a tailor by trade, and he took the initiative to repair a damaged button hole on one of my shirts. I did not have to ask - he just did it. And it looks great. The wonderful thing about this hotel is the above behaviour is normal, not the exception. Highly recommended

Die Meereslandschaft ist sehr gut, die heiße Frühling im Meer ist heiß, der Meereswind ist sehr schlank, die Stimme der Wellen hören, die schlafen, das Restaurant kann trinken, es gibt spezielle Rauchgebiete, sehr freundlich zu den Rauchern.
