me and my family have great experience here it's near to our house and the kids out of school now and they are looking for activities good thing we found this hotel and they have big swimming pool and sherin assits us in the cafeteria and they have chalet which we stay we enjoy having our barbecue time

After a search lasting months, it was clear that my first ever trip to Kuwait would be at Ramada Encore by Wyndham Kuwait, where price and encouragement to book were concerned. Whilst the Hotel does not offer views of the Kuwait Towers, a short stroll left of the entrance, into the carpark and you may see Kuwait's Global Icon in all it's glory. The rooms are smart,clean and comfortable but be warned that the hotel offers smoking rooms. Please ensure you are aware of this. The Breakfast Buffet was very delicious and filling. The Staff are all lovely and friendly namely Mostafa,Gunneswaran,Mofeed,Jovelyn,Natalio,Wilmalyn,Rich Ann, Prateek,Arvic. Located in the financial district of Sharq, the views from the room include the massive Skyscrapers Al Hamra and NBK's Headquarters. The hotel has superfast WiFi, pleasant free toiletries and a team dedicated to making your stay great. I was fortunate to meet the owner Mr Fahad who made me feel very welcome. From Kuwait International, the hotel is a 15 minute drive by private car or Careem Taxi. The location itself is around the same distance/time from key attractions including the luxurious Avenues Mall. There is a small convenience store directly behind the hotel but note it is cash only. The Talabat (food delivery app) Driver on two occasions seemed to get the location wrong and ended up at the Swiss Bellin behind the hotel, so please ensure you are clear about your location. The Talabat Drivers do bring the food order direct to your room or leave it at reception for the hotel staff to bring upstairs. The Reception Staff don't seem to have a standard uniform but this does not deflect the great service and a public computer is in the lobby along with printing facilities. Free newspapers, in room tea/coffee/water bottles and a delightful rooftop bar ( non alcoholic in line with Kuwait being alcohol free ) complete the line up of features.

Gute Lage, zwei Schritte entfernt ist ein großes Einkaufszentrum, kann das Problem des Essens lösen, es gibt kein chinesisches Essen in der Nähe. Die Klimaanlage im Zimmer heizte nicht, es war zu kalt.

Die Auswahl beim Frühstück ist relativ klein, die Umgebung ist ok, nicht weit vom Strand entfernt, vom Zimmer kann man die Landschaft des Strandes sehen. Der Preis ist ok, das Zimmer ist nicht sehr groß

This hotel exceeded my expectations in several ways! I would highly recommend the Hilton Garden Inn Kuwait to anyone seeking a comfortable and convenient stay in Kuwait. The spacious rooms, friendly staff, and prime location make it a great choice for both business and leisure travelers. The overall experience exceeded expectations and felt closer to a 5-star hotel. I would definitely stay here again if visiting Kuwait. Spacious & Clean Rooms: My room was large, very clean, and had a comfortable bed, ensuring a restful stay. Efficient Check-In: Arrival, valet parking, and check-in were quick and hassle-free. Friendly & Helpful Staff: The staff were consistently friendly and accommodating, making my stay even more enjoyable. Convenient Location: Being directly connected to The Avenues mall offered endless shopping and dining options right at my doorstep. I didn't even need to use the hotel restaurant! Valet Parking Available: A helpful amenity for those who prefer not to worry about parking.

Gut, die Service-Einstellung ist auch gut und der Preis ist hoch. Bequem und geschäftlich. Aber wenn Sie sich selbst umdrehen und kaufen wollen, müssen Sie in die AEVENUE Mall fahren. Es gibt keine Schläge in der Nähe des Hotels, sehr wie die Dongguan Street in den 1990er Jahren.

Schöne Immobilien und das Personal und das Team sind auch groß. Ich mag die Frühstücksoptionen im Vergleich zu anderen Immobilien, die wir in Kuwait verblieben haben. Sehr große Auswahl an Artikeln, die groß ist. Leider erlebten wir einige interessante Hiccups in unserem kurzen Aufenthalt. Wir besuchten das Gebäude im Juli, wo das Wetter in Kuwait etwa 45 Grad Celsius und die Klimaanlage im Hotel arbeitete. Die Miss für mich hier ist das Fehlen einer proaktiven Kommunikation. Ich fand erst nach der Frage heraus, da die Temperatur im Zimmer unerträglich und nicht besser wurde, auch nachdem ich die Innenklimaanlage auf Max wechselte. Das Zimmer war extrem warm und wir schlossen uns früh raus und gingen zu einem anderen Hotel. Mit all diesen Hütten war das Managementteam (Safia) sehr empathisch über die Situation und schickte mir ihre ehrlichsten Entschuldigungen. Ich möchte Ihnen auch danken, dass Sie meinen Van Cleef Hals in unserem Zimmer gefunden und das Team es mir liefern. Wie Sie sich vorstellen, war ich sehr besorgt, dass es verloren wurde und das Team es in meinem Zimmer post-Check heraus gefunden und es sicher zurück gebracht. Besonderes Dank an Safia, die Dinge richtig gemacht hat, auch mit all diesen hiccups. Echte Kundenservice. Wirklich schätzen alles!!

The house keeping person Sardar does a great job cleaning the room, is always polite and helpful. He asks before moving things and if there is anything additional that you want him to do. Keep up the good work Sardar.
