This has been the best experience. We stayed 7 nights. We came to relax and this hotel made it happen. The hotel itself is very beautiful, lush and calm. ALL the staff was a big part of making our trip. They make you feel home, privat and at the same time seen. They go out of their way to make you feel welcome. A big thanks to all the staff for making us feel so good. We definitely recommend this place for relaxing.

This hotel is quiet and good for families. The cleaners did an amazing job everyday. You need a car to travel around this area because everything is 30 min drive from hotel unless you want to book taxi regularly. One thing i am very disappointed in that I didn’t find on their website was their policy on swimwear. They don’t allow modest swimwear which is terrible especially when in a Muslim country. I didn’t use the pool or my daughter because of it. I did question this with the receptionist who shrugged his shoulders with no response. I did however see some with modest wear in the pool.

The resort is tucked away on the outskirts of Marrakesh but is a Beautiful oasis and the 2 bedroom apartment we stayed in was clean and spacious. The resort is 30 minutes from Marrakesh Airport and about 20 minutes from New Town where all the shops and supermarkets are but they provide a drop of and pick up service for a fee if required. The staff were polite and helpful so could not fault them in any way. Waking up every morning to go to the pool was a dream so would highly recommend this Hotel & Spa. Would definitely rate 5* and would return.

Wife and I checked into this resort for Sept 3-10. The staff are nothing short of excellent. Our one bedroom with kitchen suite was clean, attractive and working order. The style is traditional Moroccan with tile floors, granite counters, and beautifully finished walls. On Sept 8 just after retiring to bed at 11pm, a powerful earthquake struck. We are from SoCal and accustomed to earthquakes. Our buildings held up unscathed. Power was lost and most guests, us also, chose to sleep outside under the stars. The staff made sure everyone was secure and ok. They provided blankets and candles. Power returned next morning. The staff was excellent in taking car of their guests. Like the rest of the world, our heart aches for those lost and injured. And we pray for a quick recovery for Marrakech and to the beautiful Berber people who live at the epicenter. We will return because we wish to explore more of Marrakech and the rest of Morocco. Do not be intimidated by visiting Morocco. Believe me when I say you’re far safer in Morocco than drive any street or freeway in America. The staff at the front desks name are Hassan and Saufya. The restaurant food is delicious, housekeeping is the best. Clean comfortable sheets and beds. Towels easily replaced. The grounds are beautiful and safe.

My husband and I spent 8 days here and found it extremely pleasant. He was working on book-writing with colleagues, and I was vacationing. The physical surroundings are lovely and comfortable. The warm, multilingual staff all bent over backwards to accommodate our every need. This included arranging (at additional cost) two personalized excursions for me with a driver and private guide, both of which I enjoyed immensely. As we visited off-season, we found the property serene. I loved the decor, gardens, chance for a little outdoor sport, and plenty of cozy nooks in which to read. From an American perspective, this hotel is a fantastic value for the price.
