My family and I recently stayed at your beautiful hotel during the Chinese New Year, and I wanted to take a moment to express our deepest gratitude for the incredible experience we had. From the moment we arrived, everything was absolutely perfect, and your hotel exceeded all our expectations in every way. The hotel itself is stunning, with its breathtaking surroundings, spacious and comfortable rooms, and the private pool was simply amazing. But what truly made our stay unforgettable was the exceptional service provided by your entire team. Every single staff member we encountered greeted us with the warmest smiles, making us feel truly at home. We were especially touched by the thoughtful gestures for our child. The staff noticed we were traveling with our little one and immediately arranged a sofa bed, ensuring our family’s comfort. The horse riding and desert activities were unforgettable memories, and we are particularly grateful to the lovely lady who helped us arrange these experiences. A special thank you to Mr. Javaid, who took us on a magical desert sunset tour. The photos we took during that time are some of our most cherished memories from the trip. We also want to extend our heartfelt thanks to Mr. Ahmed Karim, who went above and beyond to make our stay seamless. He gave us a wonderful introduction to the hotel, arranged taxis for us, and solved any issues we had with such care and professionalism. His passion for the hotel was evident, and it truly made us fall in love with The Ritz-Carlton Ras Al Khaimah as well. The Chinese New Year celebration at the hotel was another highlight of our stay. The “sky lantern” activity was beautifully organized, and we were deeply moved by the efforts of the staff who learned to say “新年快乐” (Happy New Year) in Chinese. It made us feel so special and welcomed during this important festival. This stay was nothing short of magical, and it was undoubtedly the best part of our trip to the UAE. "Erschwinglich, mit Privatstrand, neben dem Industriegebiet. Es gibt kein geeignetes chinesisches Restaurant in der Nähe, das Frühstück ist durchschnittlich und schmeckt arabisch. Die Meeresstrände sind hervorragend."

"Es ist sehr gut Hotel , Ich mag in Rixos bleiben , das Essen war sehr testig , aber der Zimmerservice in meinem letzten Aufenthalt war nicht so viel wie ich erwartet hatte ,,, nicht so üblich , so es muss es verbessern , Ich beantrage die Schranke , in der Nacht aber niemand kommt ,,,,, Aber überall mag ich dieses Hotel ,,, "

"The facility overall is good, and we truly appreciated having access to both Al Hamra Village Hotel and Residences, which gave us the opportunity to enjoy three swimming pools and the beach. We also really enjoyed the nighttime activities at The Frisky Fox bar and restaurant, as they were very entertaining. However, the service was quite poor due to the following: 1. My special request, which I added to my booking, was completely ignored. When I asked the reception, they said they had not been informed. 2. The waiting time at the reception for check-in and check-out was very long. 3. A simple request for a one-hour late checkout was not considered. 4. The food quality was very poor—well below three-star standards—and the staff were very slow in refilling buffet items. There were not enough plates for all guests, and we had to wait a long time to get clean ones. 5. The room was clean overall but extremely small, with the TV positioned awkwardly. We kept bumping our heads into it whenever we tried to reach the wardrobe. Additionally, the AC was very noisy, and the water pressure was very low most of the time. 6. The internet connection was very slow across all facilities."

"Pros: Service is friendly, accommodating and efficient  Rooms are great for the price point Buffet restaurant was surprisingly good , never bored over 5 days Wide beach with plenty of pool areas Sports bar is great, but not all drinks are in the all-inclusive, but has premier league football Cons: If you drive you will have to park outdoors under a tree and your car will be covered in debris, no underground parking House drinks could be better, soft beverages are great though Pools and beach is overcrowded Outdoor bars close too early Restaurants are not included with the all-inclusive except for buffet restaurant, suggest guests staying over 2 nights should be able to book within all-inclusive Overall, was dreading the booking , but was pleasantly surprised."

"Das Hotel ist das letzte Mal, dass ich seit 2017 in 22 war. Während dieser Zeit wurde Hilton Eigentümer und alles hat sich nicht zum Besten verändert. Es war Lakshri , Luxus , Mangel an Außenstehenden, höchster Service, jetzt ist es gerissen Lügner , geräucherte Handtücher , plus Bau auf beiden Seiten , manchmal ist es unmöglich, zum Meer zu gehen , schmutzig. Insgesamt bin ich sicherlich enttäuscht. Personal ist sicher gut, versuchen Sie alles, im Rest .... Von dem ehemaligen Waldorf gab es nur ein Gedächtnis, war es das letzte Mal, und leider ...."

"Пребывали на отдыхе в данном отеле в начале апреля. Локация отеля отличная - практически на пляже, номера огромные и очень просторные, в номере у нас была кухня, что очень удобно. Полотенца меняли каждый день, уборка в номере каждый день. Персонал отеля в общей массе хороший и отзывчивый. Завтраки хорошие, выбор есть, есть уголок, где приготовят яичницу или омлет по вашему заказу. Из минусов - окна, выходящие на море, были грязные (понимаю, что идут какие-то строительные работы в отеле по соседству, но от этого (грязных окон) общее впечатление портится). Еще хотелось бы обратить внимание персонала на ”пляжный” туалет - очень грязный и редко убирается, заходить туда не хочется. Также хотелось бы обратить внимание персонала, что лежаков и зонтов на пляже и у бассейна в прайм-тайм не хватает катастрофически. В основном, из-за таких ”умников”, которые занимают лежаки с утра и не появляются там весь день, а приходят только к вечеру, - нормальным людям из-за них негде отдохнуть! Просьба к администрации не держать лежаки за такими ”господами” по целому дню, ведь ВСЕ гости одинаково ПЛАТИЛИ за отдых и ВСЕ хотят и имеют право отдохнуть, а ”бронь” лежака в данном случае не уместна! Отель на одной ноге балансирует между 4* и 3* звезды, но надеюсь, усилиями персонала удержится на 4*!) В целом, отелем и отдыхом довольны, в отель вернулись бы."

"Alles war einfach erstaunlich, obwohl es ein kurzer Aufenthalt, Pool, Strand, Frühstück. Schönes und völlig neues Hotel. aber sie konnten sicherlich auf die Bereitstellung von Slips und Kaffee in den Zimmern arbeiten."
