It was very good facilities excellent room quite old and not that well maintained and expecting better quality as it is a Radisson Blu Hotel however staff and all other are good, Lifeguards in Waterpark and pool area lifeguard Prashant,nizam, rajendra, and dishan was very friendly as well, Service and housekeeping was very good, Only some things in room to change and hotel is perfect, Overall a Good Resort.

Our stay at the villa was truly enjoyable. The space was clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully furnished. It had a warm, inviting atmosphere that made it easy to relax, but also included practical features that were perfect for getting a bit of work done. One highlight was the dedicated table and proper lighting setup—ideal for working remotely or taking care of personal business. The setup was comfortable and quiet, which made it easy to stay productive when needed. The food provided was also a pleasant surprise. Whether ordered in or enjoyed on-site, it was fresh, flavorful, and well-prepared, with a good variety of options. We also believe we received an upgraded booking, as the villa felt even more spacious and well-appointed than expected—definitely a nice touch that added to the overall experience. Overall, it was a great mix of comfort, convenience, and quality. Would definitely recommend it for both leisure and work-oriented stays.

It was a pleasant stay, we were greeted by Ms. Prekshya form reception, they upgraded our room so nice of them. It was my husband’s bday they gave us bday cake as well, yet it was disappointing that they invaded our room to put the cake though they can gave us either before we entered the room or when we’re there. Hope it wont happened again. Staff from pool area are doing their great job especially to Ramesh who offered refreshment for my daughter. Over all staff are welcoming and accommodating. ☺️

Arrived to a dirty room, but the staff were very helpful to clean it quickly.

The food was very bad , in the booking in mention international buffet for breakfast but the it was completely a indian menu , taste was horrible.. did not expect this on Radisson

Receptionist, she is lady she was not happier to serve us and ask us extra money for upgrading our room Perhaps other hotel always for free in Al ain
