La habitación está bastante bien en general y más limpia que en otros hoteles de India, aunque los muebles estaban llenos de polvo y había humedad en la pared. Pero hay muchos detalles que tienen que mejorar: El primer día había en la habitación una botella de agua (aunque caliente), pero el segundo día no la dejaron; así que, la pedimos y nos dijeron que la pidiéramos al restaurante. Tuvimos que explicarles (como pudimos, porque los chicos que mandan a la habitación no hablan inglés, solo hindi) que el agua no era para beber, era para lavarnos los dientes porque no podemos hacerlo con el agua del grifo. En todos los hoteles de India menos en este nos han puesto agua en la habitación para lavarnos los dientes y para beber. El primer día solo había un botecito pequeño de gel de ducha en la habitación y es una habitación para dos personas; así que, tuvimos que pedir otro. Al día siguiente, al salir de la habitación, dijimos en recepción que cuando la limpiaran dejaran dos botes de gel y toallas de manos, porque solo había de ducha, pero cuando llegamos solo había un bote y no había toallas de manos. Tuvimos que volver a pedir las toallas y otro bote de gel y explicarles que cada persona necesita un bote porque son pequeños. También tuvimos que pedir papel higiénico porque había muy poco en la habitación. El primer día no había agua caliente en la ducha; así que, mi novio se duchó con agua fría. Antes de ducharme yo, llamé a recepción para decir que no había agua caliente, nos la dieron y yo me pude duchar con agua caliente. Al día siguiente otra vez no había agua caliente; así que, antes de ducharnos, llamamos a recepción para pedirla, vinieron a intentar darla, pero nos hicieron esperar bastante tiempo y no salía caliente; así que, nos cansamos de esperar y nos duchamos los dos con agua fría. Al bajar a la recepción para hacer el check out lo comentamos y nos dijeron que teníamos que haber avisado otra vez, ¿cuántas veces tenemos que pedir agua caliente para que nos la den? Hay nevera pero no funciona. La habitación ya estaba pagada por la aplicación en la que la reservamos, pero al hacer el check out nos hicieron esperar para ver si había algún cargo más y nos intentaron cobrar cargos del restaurante que no eran nuestros, ya que no habíamos pedido nada. Trajeron primero un tique, luego otros dos... No saben ni de quién son los tiques del restaurante. ¡Es increíble! Les dijimos que no podíamos perder más tiempo porque nos salía el tren y nos fuimos.

I’m here celebrating a wedding with friends, I eat in the restaurant. Wow, not only was the food excellent but the service was exceptionally. I was cared for in a way that is very different from the United States. The servers couldn’t do enough for me. I would recommend this restaurant to anyone travel to The Fern Residency to stay here and to eat here. Thank you to the staff and the chief, Great Job!!!!

Wir waren Freunde auf einem kurzen Besuch in pushkar.Unsere check-in war reibungslos und der Rezeption Typ war sehr nett und lächeln. ***y dank ihrer ***ager freundlich aufgebautes Zimmer zu einem Pool gegenüber einem Deluxe Zimmer. Zimmer ist Gewürz und Span. Ich war so froh, dass erfreuliches Wasser in Glasflaschen serviert wird, ihr in-house-Filterwasser ist eine große Initiative, um die Verwendung von Kunststoffflaschen zu verringern.Wir bestellten Abendessen und das Essen war atemberaubend und serviert heiß. Am nächsten Tag war das Frühstück eine schlaue Ausbreitung , wirklich ein großes Hotel .we werden sicherlich für einen längeren Aufenthalt wieder zurück. Danke für die warme Gastfreundschaft und die Aufrüstung, die uns so erfreulich war, an das Hotel Brahma Horizon und insbesondere an Mr. Devendra.

Really cool hostel just a bit outside of Pushkar’s centre (nice and quiet!). Cool rooftop with 3 sections which meant that the atmosphere was fab and socialising was easy - everyone sat around a bonfire on our last night! Nice enough rooms and amazing hot water. Very much recommend.

This is so nice hotel ...in near lack in pushkar ...I m going to there In August that Time all city is so beautiful...nice looking...pushkar is holy place ..I m enjoying there too much..hotel staff is cooperative..and loyal nice receptionist..narendra...

Das Hotel ist eine schöne, authentische kleine Hotel mit herrlicher Dachterrasse und schöner Aussicht. Wir hatten das große Zimmer auf der oberen Etage, so mit einem kleinen privaten Balkon und Öffnung auf der Terrasse. Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr gut, nur wenige Minuten zu Fuß vom Pushkar See, aber in einer ruhigen Gegend der Stadt, so dass Sie eine schöne gute Nacht schlafen! Sehr freundliche Eigentümer & in einer tollen Lage!

From the moment I checked in, I was greeted with warm hospitality by your front office team and Duty Manager Rajesh and Sadhana. The welcome and greeting were amazing, and it set the tone for a memorable stay. I would also like to extend my gratitude to the F&B team, particularly Sapna, who went above and beyond to take care of me. The entire F&B staff ensured that I was well taken care of during breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The food was delicious and a highlight of my stay. Special thanks to Kalu Singh the driver, who was incredibly humble, polite, and knowledgeable about the cities. He made my excursions even more enjoyable with his insights. Thank you very much ones again . The nighttime Qawwali was an extraordinary experience, and I loved every moment of it. The atmosphere created during the performance was something I will always remember. I would also like to acknowledge the security team – Mr. Hemmat Singh, Jay Singh, and Jay Ram – who were all extremely helpful and courteous. The housekeeping team was equally wonderful, ensuring my room was always in top condition. Mr. Sunu Rawat, Mr. Bupender, and Head Chef Hitesh, who personally met me and introduced me to many delicious recipes, added a personal touch to my experience. I will definitely be recommending Pratap Mahal to my family and friends, as I am confident they will enjoy their stay as much as I did. Thank you once again for making my visit truly special.

Schönes Eigentum mit geräumigen Villas. Personal Gastfreundschaft ist wirklich gut . Kudos nach Anandita bei der Rezeption und Mr. Khan im Restaurant für den Aufenthalt komfortable und luxuriös. Pros of Property: - Alle Villas sind sehr geräumig und luxuriös - Offener Bereich ist riesig - Abende hoch Tee und Live-Musik am Wochenende ist awesome - Spa ist wirklich gut - Bar mit vintage Holzblick ist groß - Viel Engagement für Kinder Immobilien: - Zyklen in der Immobilie müssen repariert/ersetzt werden - Kinderspielplatz Wände werden gedämpft und Staub insgesamt auf TT-Tabelle - Pool-Deck muss repariert werden - Buffet-Verteilung kann besser sein Aber insgesamt 5 beginnen Gastfreundschaft, die alle Lücken im Immobilien abdeckt. Das ist wirklich wunderbar.
