La habitación está bastante bien en general y más limpia que en otros hoteles de India, aunque los muebles estaban llenos de polvo y había humedad en la pared. Pero hay muchos detalles que tienen que mejorar: El primer día había en la habitación una botella de agua (aunque caliente), pero el segundo día no la dejaron; así que, la pedimos y nos dijeron que la pidiéramos al restaurante. Tuvimos que explicarles (como pudimos, porque los chicos que mandan a la habitación no hablan inglés, solo hindi) que el agua no era para beber, era para lavarnos los dientes porque no podemos hacerlo con el agua del grifo. En todos los hoteles de India menos en este nos han puesto agua en la habitación para lavarnos los dientes y para beber. El primer día solo había un botecito pequeño de gel de ducha en la habitación y es una habitación para dos personas; así que, tuvimos que pedir otro. Al día siguiente, al salir de la habitación, dijimos en recepción que cuando la limpiaran dejaran dos botes de gel y toallas de manos, porque solo había de ducha, pero cuando llegamos solo había un bote y no había toallas de manos. Tuvimos que volver a pedir las toallas y otro bote de gel y explicarles que cada persona necesita un bote porque son pequeños. También tuvimos que pedir papel higiénico porque había muy poco en la habitación. El primer día no había agua caliente en la ducha; así que, mi novio se duchó con agua fría. Antes de ducharme yo, llamé a recepción para decir que no había agua caliente, nos la dieron y yo me pude duchar con agua caliente. Al día siguiente otra vez no había agua caliente; así que, antes de ducharnos, llamamos a recepción para pedirla, vinieron a intentar darla, pero nos hicieron esperar bastante tiempo y no salía caliente; así que, nos cansamos de esperar y nos duchamos los dos con agua fría. Al bajar a la recepción para hacer el check out lo comentamos y nos dijeron que teníamos que haber avisado otra vez, ¿cuántas veces tenemos que pedir agua caliente para que nos la den? Hay nevera pero no funciona. La habitación ya estaba pagada por la aplicación en la que la reservamos, pero al hacer el check out nos hicieron esperar para ver si había algún cargo más y nos intentaron cobrar cargos del restaurante que no eran nuestros, ya que no habíamos pedido nada. Trajeron primero un tique, luego otros dos... No saben ni de quién son los tiques del restaurante. ¡Es increíble! Les dijimos que no podíamos perder más tiempo porque nos salía el tren y nos fuimos.

Ananta is an oasis at the foothill of the Aravalli range. The vibe is amazing the moment you enter the lobby. The staff is most welcoming and polite. Being from California, USA, this level of hospitality almost comes as a pleasant shock. As I am retired and a very frequent traveler to every corner of the world, I would rate Ananta’s hospitality amongst the best I have seen. We stayed in the luxury tent 511, it was tastefully decorated, spacious and extremely comfortable. The monkeys add a nice touch of excitement and a jungle feel. Kusum, the Housekeeping manager assured that we had a comfortable A+ experience. She’s very personable, friendly and professional. 2 thumbs up. The breakfast selections are top notch, right from my favorites like dosas, puri bhaji, kulcha chana to fresh eggs station. The icing on the cake, hot jalebis straight from the karahi to your plate. & then, with servers like Shahrukh (no relation to the star 😊) how can you not have a 5 star ⭐️ meal, even at a buffet breakfast. Last but not the least, Kajal, my healer and Shadab Sheikh, the manager made my Spa experience fun and a joy. Shadab was very patient in helping me to choose the right massage, Indian Abhyanga, out of several choices. Boy, did Kajal, the healer/masseus, deliver on it. She was amazing, with just the right pressures and ensuring my comfort at all stages of the massage. After the massage, my 22 hours of flying time, jet lag and fatigue were completely gone. So loved it that I wanted to have it again the next day, but realized it might be too soon and too much of a good thing. I have had massages in almost every corner of the world, I would rate Kajal as one of the best I have had. Kudos to her. My nephew puts up a very large khema at the Pushkar mela, hands down, Ananta is going to be the choice of stay for years to come. A great stay and thanks for exceptional hospitality 🙏

My husband and I just recently stayed at the hotel pushkar Haveli on our first trip to India. Jaipur was the last leg of our trip and this family made it the beat way to end our time in India. The Haveli itself is beautiful, well maintained, and in the perfect location of the city for shopping, sites and day trips. The family was so welcoming, gracious and helpful during our stay with recommendations on sites to see, where to eat, etc. The food at the Haveli is all home cooked and absolutely delicious. We truly felt like we were amongst family and have made friends for a lifetime. We 10/10 recommend this place to everyone!

Without doubt it is a superb place to say not just because of its cleanliness, promptness, and hospitality but a team like Chef - Harpat Singh who ensured everything was given with utmost perfection and a lovely smile. And not to forget Mr. Narayan Singh Mr. Ranveer Singh who were always there to assist us in whatever we needed from restaurant be it breakfast or dinner. And last but not least Mr. Dharampal who understood our family food style, habits ( In terms of spices etc) and ensured every meal was perfectly perfect ( if I may use this). It is a place would love to visit again and would not have any hesitation to recommend to all who visit ajmer , pushkar. Thank you for this memorable experience.

Nice place for stay in kishangarh. I am staying for two days. Restorant service is good. Morning Tea is special. I would like to stay in next. We reached at 9 pm but staff behaviour is good. Next time I must stay in This Hotel. Stay room which is located other side of road.
