I am writing to share my recent experience during my overnight stay at your hotel, which unfortunately turned into rather scary situation. On morning of our first day around 6AM, I was startled by loud banging on our room door. Initially, I thought it was from our neighboring room but the continues knocking escalated my concerns. My cousin woke up and check the peephole and there was a man who is banging and trying to open our door. We told the man the he had the wrong room, despite of telling the him he had the wrong room, he kept banging and trying to open our door and say “sister”. Feeling increasingly unsafe, I called the reception for assistance. Thankfully the bellboy came and was able to address the situation, leading the man away. We later reported the incident to the management who told us that the man was simply confused about his room. However, I must express my discomfort with this explanation. If the man was truly in his right mind, he would have checked the room number before knocking or attempting to enter. The fact he continued to bang our door at such an early hour 6am despite being informed that he was at the wrong room, raised serious concerns about safety. I believe it’s crucial for the hotel to ensure the safety and comfort of its guests especially in situation like this. I hope you will take this feedback seriously and consider implementing measures to prevent similar incidents in the future.
