Hotels in der Nähe von Pays d＇Aix Associations, Aix-en-Provence

Wir haben dieses Hotel aufgrund seiner Lage zur Innenstadt von Aix gewählt. Dass wir zu günstigem Preis kein Luxushotel erwarten konnten, war uns klar. Aber dass uns hier statt des an der Zufahrt groß beworbenen ”frisch renoviert” eher ein schwer in die Jahre gekommenes und definitiv NICHT frisch renoviertes Haus erwartet, hätten wir in dieser Form nicht erwartet. Getoppt wurde das Ganze durch den Check-in Prozess. Dass zum Check-in ab 14:00 die Rezeption nicht besetzt ist (sondern zwischen 07:30 und 11:00 und 17:00 - 21:00), der Check-in Automat vor 14:00 nicht funktioniert und man darauf warten muss, zwischen 14:00 und 18:00 per Mail seinen Zugangscode zu erhalten (das Hotel bestimmt, wann wir einchecken dürfen?) ist sehr kundenunfreundlich. Die Zufahrt zum Hotel ist blöd gelegen und alle Gäste, die noch keinen Zugangscode haben, blockieren die Bus- und Fahrradspur über die die einzige Zufahrt möglich ist. Oder sind gezwungen, bis zum Erhalt der Zugangscodes das gegenüberliegende kostenpflichtige Parkhaus zu nutzen, zur Überbrückung in der Stadt herumzukurven oder irgendwo einzukehren. Wir haben letztlich den Zugangscode nach einem (kostenpflichtigen) Telefonat um 14:38 erhalten. Insgesamt ein sehr ernüchterndes Bild eines B&B Hotels. Auch das Personal scheint eher unwillig bis überfordert. Unser Schreiben an b&b hotels wurde bis heute nicht beantwortet.

Esperienza tutto sommato molto positiva. Albergo pulito, accogliente e con un bel parcheggio intorno (anche se al mio arrivo più della metà era occupato dalle forze dell’ordine). Un po’ fuori se si vuole andare in centro ad Aix, però nel complesso lo consiglio. Camera pulita, piccolina per due ma per una persona era sufficiente, bagno minuscolo e veramente sacrificato. Doccia ampia senza tende né chiusura, ovviamente manca il bidet, però manca anche un asciugacapelli che in una struttura così avrei preferito ci fosse. Sulla colazione non posso giudicare perché ho preferito andar in una pasticceria a 5 minuti a piedi, che alla fine costa meno e sicuramente offre maggior scelta. Zona tranquilla senza tanti rumori nella notte.

I would anticipate that I am a platinum Accor hotel member , so by definition I had the pleasure to see hundreds of novotel in the word . Positive : -good breakfast and wonderful location in the garden . -open and common space quite clean and welcoming . Negative : -moquette in the room is more than obsolete , very dirt and with a really bad smelt . -most of the staff people are not speaking English at all , both during breakfast than at the bar . It has been hard even to have a bottle of water ….this is really not acceptable . Please consider these comments as an incentive to do better . Hotel is nice and few improvements are really needed . This is a Novotel below the standard .

Das Hotel hat eine ausgezeichnete Lage in der Nähe der Autobahn und trotzdem ruhig! Der Service am Empfang sowie das Frühstück waren hervorragend! Leider sind die Bäder nur mit hoher Wanne ausgestattet sowie die Türen zur Terrasse von außen nicht zu schließen (Mückengefahr!!) Deshalb nur 4 Sterne!

This hotel doesn’t have Nottingham good. The breakfast isn’t something interesting and they put the dirty spoons with the cloran spoons soemthing really dirty. Also the air conditioner is really hot and you can’t turn it off being very uncomfortable when you sleep. The showers doesnt have any protectors and people can go in and see you and when you take a shower when you finish the floor is wet! And the bess are the worst things here. The single bed has got a shelve near to your head and you Kick your head with the selve when you get up and the single bed doesnt have any pillows. Pelease don’t go to this hotel if you want to have a good experience becáis e the o lh ghingheri that you will have is turn back home as fast as you can

Es ist wirklich schwer, den Parkplatz in der Stadt Axes zu fahren. Es wird empfohlen, mit dem Hotel einen Termin zu buchen (es gibt drei). Dies ist ein sehr heißes Hotel und ein neues Trend. Mehrere Geschäfte sind sehr enthusiastisch und die schlechten Englisch-Chinesen brauchen sich keine Sorgen um Kommunikationsprobleme zu machen. Weil die Straße in der Nähe repariert ist, geben die Geschäftebetreiber mir geduldig die Fahrkarte auf der Karte, und sie empfehlen mir auch Restaurants und Attraktionen. Es gibt einen kleinen Supermarkt in der Nähe, Obst- und Gemüsegeschäfte, Schmuckgeschäfte, und es gibt ein sehr leckeres Restaurant, das auch von lokalen Leuten besucht wird, namens Le Thermal. Aber es ist besser, bis sieben Uhr im Hotel zurückzukehren.

Das Hotel ist sehr schön und gut unterhaltsam.Lhotel ist in der Nähe des Zentrums, aber es muss 11 Minuten vom Straßenbahnhof und 15 Minuten vom Stadtzentrum zu Fuß . Die Schwimmbad ist schön, aber frisch. Der negative Punkt wäre der Mangel an Kanal +. Also, als ich ging, wurde mir gebeten, das Zimmer zu lösen, während ich schon mit Trip bezahlt hatte. Sonst war es sehr gut.

The poor judgment is mainly given by the following factors. Failure to clean the room daily, as written in the voucher: in the Hotel formula (1-4 nights) it says Daily cleaning. Which, in my country, means clean the room every day. Despite my requests to the reception staff, already on the second day, no one came to clean the room, nor to carry out the garbage. On the third day the manager (I think she was) told me that cleaning was not included and that the voucher was wrong! only after the third night, the day before checkout, a lady came to bring towels and toilet paper. Stop. Upon arrival in the bathroom there was half a roll of toilet paper, half a bottle of soap and that's it! i had to ask for toilet paper at reception. In the end I asked the manager why the towels hadn't been changed also in the first 3 days, she gave me confused answers, apologizing. Another thing: on the second day I reported that a shutter was broken, it did not lower; I have said it several times, no one came to fix it. We slept with the light coming into the room at 5am. Finally, the cleanliness of the room was definitely lacking (I have pictures). Dust everywhere, parts of the furniture that hadn't been cleaned in months. What bothered me the most is having approximate and inconclusive answers from the staff. Nobody really went out of their way to give us what we paid for: a clean and efficient room.

Die Goldene Tulip-Hotelkette hat diese Unterkunft vor einigen Monaten renoviert und ein sehr effizientes, modernes und komfortables Hotel geschaffen, das für Geschäfts- und Route-Aufenthalte sehr geeignet ist. Es liegt neben der Autobahn von Aix-en-Provence nach Lyon. Die Betten (wie in allen Golden Tulip Hotels) sind einer der komfortablen, die wir jemals geschlafen haben! Bad modern und effizient. Das Personal besteht aus meistens jungen, enthusiastischen Menschen mit einer modernen Einstellung zum Service. Sicherlich ein Hotel, das sich positiv von dem Standard-En-route-Französischen Hotel-Stil unterscheidet! Das Restaurant sollte etwas aktualisiert werden. Das Menü ist begrenzt und da das Zentrum ein wenig aus ist, sollten die Gäste in der Lage sein, etwas mehr Wahl im Menü zu haben.
