Rooms - The rooms are well appointed and new with mini bars that can be emptied on request. - Rooms on main floor overlook the pool. There are 2 elevators to access second and third floor - There is also room service - Good house cleaning service and thoughtful products left for guest Pool/Beach - Pools are heated, there is a kid pool and a Jacuzzi - There is food /drink service for pool and beach at additional cost - The beach is nice and private- BUT it can be cleaner Accessibility - The hotel is accessible inclusive of the dining area with ramps. - The breach IS NOT accessible. However employees were available to carry my mothers wheel chair up/down to access the beach Food - Breakfast and Dinner was good and had a variety. Tea and Coffee were available at no charge at both buffets Entertainment - The employees were very polite, attentive, and not clingy - There are few pool tables and a room with some arcade games at additional cost - There is a kids play area at the entrance which might be suitable for younger kids - The music played on day time was loud and not well chosen (with lyrics not just music). We have asked them multiple times to change/lower the sound which they eventually did - There was a band playing on the weekend at night which was deafening, my dad was so annoyed and asked them to turn it down which they did Check In/ Out - I booked through ******* and made requests for some rooms to be on the main floor and one on the top floor which was honored. - Check in was smooth and reception was well informed /ready to receive us - One of the towels seem to have been damaged due to toilet overflow. They initially wanted to charge us for it, However they have later waived it as plumbing incident at no fault of ours Other - There is a small supermarket which is pricey but less pricey than hotel for soft drinks and snacks - One of the rooms had plumbing issues with toilet over flow which was addressed by the hotel. Wundervolles Luxus Resort mit allen Annehmlichkeiten. Ich besuchte das Stella 2023 das erste Mal geschäftlich, in 2024 folgte ein weiterer Besuch Berufsbedingt. Ich werde das Resort dieses Jahr noch privat mit meiner Frau aufsuchen. Das sagt denke ich alles über die Qualität der Anlage aus. Trotz der Nähe zu Kairo, ist man als Europäer herzlich willkommen. Das Essen ist am Buffet und in den Restaurants einfach spitze.

Pros - The hotel is perfect for relaxation. If you're a couple looking to spend a relaxing time near Cairo, this is a great choice. - The room view was amazing; you'll enjoy the green spaces and the lake. - The hotel is very clean, and the housekeeping team was excellent. - They have a heated pool, which is great during winter. - All the staff were polite and respectful. - The food tasted great. Cons - There are no activities on-site, but they provided us access to the Grant Hotel, which has night shows. - There is not much variety in the food, especially for breakfast. - The heated pool is very small. Thanks to all the staff, especially Mr. Wael from Reception, and Ali and Ahmed from the restaurant.

my kids enjoyed the kids area, beach ,aquapark and the dinosaur's park very much special thanks to miss youmna for helping us in everything (ask her for help and after less than 5 minutes everything is ok 😄 ) Mr amrousi from housekeeping and also the restaurant staff,, all of them are very respectful 🙏

Wir wollten ein neues Jahr Getaway und es war eine perfekte Getaway , obwohl Zimmer ein wenig aktualisiert werden müssen, da sie ziemlich alt sind, aber trotzdem waren sie sauber , die Landschaften und der Strand ist sehr schön . Insgesamt gibt es sehr schöne Stimmung , Nahrungsmittelqualität und Vielfalt sind auch sehr gut . Danke für den Aufenthalt .

Von Samstags bis donnerstags ruhig. Ich war tagsüber fast allein. Ägypt Wochenende do Abend bis Freitag Abend voll laut viele ungezogene Kinder niemand sagt was wenn diese guten im Restaurant Skateboard oder Roller blades fahren. Aber geht ja vorbei. Personal nett freundlich spricht bis auf Ausnahmen (,Manager) niemand englisch geschweige denn deutsch. Man gib sich Mühe Essen na ja nicht gut.butter bekommt man tiefgefroren.es wird trotz Show Küche nichts frisch gekocht.alles TK und dann aufgewärmt. Brot ist abends frisch morgens aufgewärmt. Zimmer gross super für gehbehinderte.direkter Zugang zum Pool und EG.über eigene Terrasse. Super life guards die immer behilflich sind. Restaurant Angestellte hilfsbereit nett keine klagen. Der Pool muss dringend renoviert werden. Löcher, die Massage düsen gehen nicht.Boden total kaputt. Teilweise pilz unter der abfallenden Folie. Habe fotos gemacht als beweis Beschwert .naja soll gemacht werden.nur wann???? War nun 3x 3wo hier.2024 im januar mai/,Juni und Oktober. Ob ich wieder komme. Nur wenn sich das head Office dazu entschließt das Hotel zu renovieren. Im Pool und der Anlage fehlen Handläufe bei Treppen .gefährlich .Wie soll ein gehbehinderter in den Pool kommen oder Treppen bewältigen. Einzig ist die von mir gesuchte Ruhe während der Woche (ohne musik) und ohne Animation ist mir wichtig. Deshalb komme ich her.

Wir besuchen dieses Hotel seit vielen Jahren und es hat sich immer wieder verbessert. Die Zimmer oder Suiten sind großzügig, genauso wie die Badezimmer. Das Gelände ist gepflegt, der beheizte Pool sauber und das Personal sehr aufmerksam und freundlich. Die Küche ist abwechslungsreich und lecker. Mein Highlight war ein Showkochen mit Chef Zein an einer Außenstation. Wir haben original ägyptische Küche vermittelt bekommen und hatten viel Spaß. Das Sylvesterbuffet ließ keine Wünsche offen. Sehr angenehm fanden wir, dass nicht jeder in den Speisen am Buffet rumfuhrwerkt, sondern man bedient wird und alles hygienisch hinter Glas steht. Auch hier ist das Personal freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das gesamte Golfplatzgelände ist in sehr gutem Zustand, die dreimal neun Löcher sind abwechslungsreich und herausfordernd, und unter der Woche ist man fast alleine auf dem Platz. Die Toiletten sind allerdings renovierungsbedürftig. Wir haben uns mit unserer Gruppe sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen bestimmt wieder!
