Al Masa Hotel El Sokhna

Rooms - The rooms are well appointed and new with mini bars that can be emptied on request. - Rooms on main floor overlook the pool. There are 2 elevators to access second and third floor - There is also room service - Good house cleaning service and thoughtful products left for guest Pool/Beach - Pools are heated, there is a kid pool and a Jacuzzi - There is food /drink service for pool and beach at additional cost - The beach is nice and private- BUT it can be cleaner Accessibility - The hotel is accessible inclusive of the dining area with ramps. - The breach IS NOT accessible. However employees were available to carry my mothers wheel chair up/down to access the beach Food - Breakfast and Dinner was good and had a variety. Tea and Coffee were available at no charge at both buffets Entertainment - The employees were very polite, attentive, and not clingy - There are few pool tables and a room with some arcade games at additional cost - There is a kids play area at the entrance which might be suitable for younger kids - The music played on day time was loud and not well chosen (with lyrics not just music). We have asked them multiple times to change/lower the sound which they eventually did - There was a band playing on the weekend at night which was deafening, my dad was so annoyed and asked them to turn it down which they did Check In/ Out - I booked through ******* and made requests for some rooms to be on the main floor and one on the top floor which was honored. - Check in was smooth and reception was well informed /ready to receive us - One of the towels seem to have been damaged due to toilet overflow. They initially wanted to charge us for it, However they have later waived it as plumbing incident at no fault of ours Other - There is a small supermarket which is pricey but less pricey than hotel for soft drinks and snacks - One of the rooms had plumbing issues with toilet over flow which was addressed by the hotel. What a good place! The hotel is very clean, all the staff is really nice and attentive in case we need anything. Which is very pleasant! The pool is nice and the beach too. Food is good and the chefs are so nice. We really enjoyed our stay and for sure we will come again ! Thank you

Hotel is perfect, food is tasty and rooms are very clean. Staff are extremely friendly. Pool is clean and beach is sandy and perfect. Special thanks to Mr ahmed khaled from reception and all house keeping staff. Place is perfect for relaxation

Great experience the room is nice, clean and comfortable and the food is very good with a good variety and they consider any comment .. I liked that the pool and the beach is clean and relaxing I really enjoyed my stay .. very good hospitality and friendly staff as well

انا كنت حاجز من بوكينج لما رحت قلولي لا احنا بنحسب الدولار علي ٥٠ والدولار اصلا ب ٤٨ ودفعوني الفرق ده طيب ازاي قلي ده تعليمات بصراحة تجربة سيئة وعدم احترام للعميل لانهم دفعوني فرق ٢٠٠٠ جنية تقريبا علشان فرق العملة مع ان انا مصري والفندق في مصر طيب ازاي تحاسبني بسعر اكتر من الرسمي واكتر من بوكينج ؟؟؟؟؟؟
