Hotellet ligger lidt udenfor byen, men fantastisk flot lige ved vandet med god udsigt, og er egentlig i ok stand. Det er temmelig trist indrettet på værelser og restaurant områder. God plads på både værelse og bad. 10 euro for en nats parkering i kælder

Wir waren für einen Nacht im Hotel. Unsere Zimmer war nicht schlecht, mit Sicht zum Hafen und Meer, jedoch und nachdem wir in mehrere Hotel übernachten haben, stelle ich die Vier Sterne dieses Hotel im Fragen. Die Grosse Enttäuschung war einstimmig im Restaurant. Es gab nur Buffet, und nicht gerade ein Buffet für vier Sterne Unsere Schweine Fleisch war roh. Das Personal kann man die Schuld schieben weil zwei Personen für das Essen war bestimmt zu wenig. Ging ein Produkt zu Ende….Kamm. Keine weitere. Meine Frau wollte ein Creme ausprobieren, war aber keine mehr im Buffet. Sie fragte eine Kellnerin. Die Kellnerin antwortete, „sie geht schauen“ Die Kellnerin Kamm nicht mehr weder mit eine Antwort noch eine Erklärung. Es tut mir leid für die Angestellter, aber wir waren im Gesamte sehr enttäuscht.

Our experience at your hotel fell far below our expectations, making it the worst stay we have ever encountered. Despite being a smoke-free establishment, we endured a persistent and strong stench of cigarettes in our room for two nights. This situation was exacerbated by our serious smoke allergy, leading to sleepless nights. To add to our disappointment, the promised callback from the manager named EUSEBIA MARTÍNEZ never materialized. We had to personally approach the reception multiple times before the manager reluctantly agreed to speak with us. Regrettably, the encounter with the manager was characterized by arrogance and unprofessionalism. Not only did the manager fail to address our concerns adequately, but there was a very poor compensation offered for the two days of discomfort caused by the smoke-filled environment which was free parking. The manager's attempt to avoid confrontation during checkout further reflects poorly on the service we received. WE DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL. IT DOES NOT WORTH 4 STARS.

I've been to this hotel many times. It's in a quiet area directly on the seafront. A relaxing place to stay. My room was perfect with views over the castle and the port. It was clean and had everything I needed. Staff are friendly, check in and checkout were both straightforward.

Since Senator took over the hotel the prices have gone up 30-40,%, whilst the quality and service remained at best the same in certain areas went backwards. It has become a less pleasant stay. The rooms are ok, but the beds are uncomfortably hard. There also was a large insect in the bathroom sink. The buffet food is never warm and it is very noisy in the restaurant, particularly with the bus loads of cheap budget tourist they bring in. But what has become annoying is that for everything you have to pay in advance, in the restaurant you first pay for the dinner ahead of having dinner and then you need to pay for the drinks afterwards! What restaurant does that? Some time ago you could , simply settle the complete bill at departure, now I get 5 or 6 invoices for the same duration, very inefficient for the business traveler. It has become very institutional rather than warm and friendly atmosphere.

Old standard hotel. Not great breakfast, not great buffé. Unfriendly reception, would not help us book a taxi to the golf course, just pointed to the infowall and told us to call by ourself. That is bad service. 😡 Will not come back to this hotel.
