Hotel Majestic

The hotel is located in a lovely town that attract tourists and events from all over. I was attending a conference in the congress facility adjoining the hotel. All of the expected facilities and services were efficiently provided. Although the staff of the hotel and the conference facility spoke rather little English, they were always friendly and helpful so it hardly mattered not being able to speak Portuguese. However, the décor and fittings are rather tired: more like ‘majestic’ 60 years ago, though adequate for a shortish stay. My room was cold at night, but I managed to warm it up by keeping the fan heater on. The wifi was sufficient, the bed and bedding comfortable and the catering was excellent – as a vegetarian I always found something delicious, especially the wide selection of salads, fruits and desserts, plus something nice to be found amongst the mains. The only slight irritation was having to pay for drinks, even water and coffee, in addition to the full board. Since my stay was paid by the conference I was attending, it’s hard to evaluate value for money, but I didn’t feel anything was seriously lacking, just that the place felt a little old-fashioned. The conference facility was ok, though air conditioning was noisy in some of the meeting rooms, and the projectors, microphones and screen locations were not the very best. Flat seating only works in large rooms if the screen is very high. But overall, I found the hotel and event facility sufficient for an international conference, even if not really ‘majestic’.

We spend a great family time in this safe and relaxing hotel with a lot of things to do with my son of 4 years old. I highly recommend. Good food, clean we environment and nice staff. Nos tivemos um tempo familiar de qualidade nesse hotel. O local é seguro e tem mas opções de enternimento para crianças. Meu filho q tem 4 anos e gostou muito! A comida é boa, o hotel é bem limpo e as pessoas do hotel são bem atenciosas. Recomendo!

As regras são inflexíveis, a piscina externa fecha impreterivelmente às 18 horas e a piscina aquecida às 19:30 h. Estive em um evento que terminava após às 18 horas todos os dias, não sendo possível aproveitar a área de lazer do hotel. Não há variação do cardápio (café da manhã, almoço e jantar idênticos todos os dias. O serviço oferecido pelo hotel não é compatível com o valor das diárias.

Amei tudo, comida maravilhosa, educação e disponibilidade dos funcionários, muitas atividades, excelente limpeza, perto do centro da cidade. Com certeza voltarei novamente e levarei toda família. Quem puder passar uns dias no hotel voltará renovado para casa como eu voltei.❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

Comida boa Limpeza é boa, ,só faltou a animação à noite pois é muito silencioso ,a quadra de basquete é boa piscina boa, só achei que os tapetes dos corredores precisam ser lavados outros trocados tirando isso não tenho que reclamar do hotel,localização boa

Hotel bom, mas já com marcas da idade, colchões MUITO velhos saindo mola a ponto de sangrar se pegar, coluna foi pro espaço, não existe serviço de quarto, barulho insuportável nos quartos durante o dia. O ar condicionado abre ao contrário quem estiver embaixo pega a corrente fria nas costas, funcionários do refeitório arrogantes e sem educação. De resto ok para um quatro estrelas

A comida é muito boa os quartos eram bem limpos Quando eu me apeguei na primeira vez já na segunda vez que eu me hospedei lá a comida continuava muito boa ,mas os quartos não eram bem limpos. Tirando issoa estadia foi boa, só achei que a noite deviam colocar um música para animados hits é muito silencioso.

Comida muito boa, por isso é razoável Quartos são bem limpos, a primeira vez que ficamos, já na segunda vez a limpeza dos quartos não estava tão boa, não aspirava fala que tem alergia é péssimo, os apartamentos não foram bem limpos mais a comida continuava boa.
