L’hôtel mélange les photos de leurs deuxième hôtel ( le nouveaux) et l’ancien donc quand on réserve ont sait pas ou on va être ensuite j’avais réservé pour 5 personne y’avais que 4 lit pas d’eau chaude dans la salle de bain frigo cassé beaucoup de bruit le soir seulement 1 piscine pas comme sur les photos mur cassé fissuré j’ai demandé des draps à la femme de ménage elle me les a pas ramené j’ai trop mal dormis….

Unser erstes Apartment war feucht und kalt. Der Herd war verrostet und hatte Löcher, die Toilettenbrille war völlig zerkratzt und mehr als abgenutzt, so auch das Apartment insgesamt in einem mehr als abgelebten Zustand. Wir hatten ein Apartment mit Terasse gebucht, die sich allerdings nur als schmaler Weg zum Apartment herausstellte. Wir bekamen für die letzten Tage, nachdem wir uns beim Reiseveranstalter beschwerten, ein neues Apartment. Dieses war oben auf einem Gebäude, befand sich im gleichen Zustand wie das alte. Der Unterschied war, das es extrem heiß wurde, da den ganzen Tag die Sonne darauf schien und es keine Klimaanlage gab. Die Terasse, die wir gebucht haben, hatten wir nun, nur das sie aus einem Schuttboden bestand und sich nicht ein einziges Möbelstück darauf befand. Wir sind keine Menschen die Luxusurlaub machen und wie waren schon oft in Marokko unterwegs und kennen sehr viele Unterkünfte ( auch sehr einfache) Aber diese Anlage ist nicht zu unterbieten. Auch der Pool war Vielzahl klein für die große Anlage. Es war uns nicht einmal möglich hineinzugehen, da er immer überfüllt war. Auch gab es nurwenige Liegestühle, die immer reserviert waren und von Sonnenschirmen war nichts zu sehen, so hätte man in praller Sonne auf den Steinen sitzen können, wenn da noch Platz gewesen wäre.Wir können nur empfehlen, sich für das gleiche Geld, eine garantiert bessere Unterkunft zu suchen.

Das Igoudar ist unser zweites Zuhause geworden. Wir freuen uns, so alle zwei Jahre für mehrere Wochen dort zu sein und Marokko mit seinen freundlichen Menschen zu genießen. Von dort aus unternehmen wir regelmäßig Fahrten ins Land, in diesem Jahr bis in die Westsahara. Im Igoudar können wir uns wohl fühlen, es ist einfach, aber sehr schön, sauber und bietet für uns hohen Erholungswert. Das Personal ist immer bemüht, es uns schön zu machen, ist aufmerksam und freundlich.

Non amo fare recensioni negative piuttosto non la faccio se non sono stata contenta. Ma per l' hotel Ygoudar di Agadir, voglio aiutare gli altri nella scelta. E una grande struttura di hotel residence, con piscine , ristorante e wi fi. Peccato per com' è gestito. Siamo stati lì per 3 giorni e dacché siamo entrati e visto dentro scarafaggi grossi come il police, formiche , ragni mosche e altri insetti pensavamo di non farcela. Poi, con la piastra delle zanzare e ciabbatate per scarafaggi abbiamo resistito. La parte bagno, non era curata da decine di anni. Vater spaccato e sporco , lavello spaccato tubi in ghisa arrugginiti in giuntura al rubinetto nella vasca. E gravissimo: non c' era ne sapone ne carta igienica ne asciugamani. Avevamo prenotato tramite l' agenzia bed & breakfast. Per fare colazione il primo giorno abbiamo atteso 40 minuti,il secondo un ora il terzo 30 minuti. Tovaglie sporche che girano dall'altra parte sempre, piene di briciole, non c' è possibilità di servirti da te. Il pane e le brioche esposte alle mosche, che tagliano al momento, un cameriere che ha appena tossito sopra o che ha raccolto prima i tovaglioli e piatti sporchi. Una decina di camerieri che creano tempi di attesa infiniti per una quindicina di persone. Forse per loro è normale, forse non hanno una guida e cercano di orientarsi come meglio possono. Comunque tutti giovani, dalle ragazzine che" puliscono", non saprei cosa fanno nelle stanze peche la polvere regna da chissà quando, i sanitari sono proprio sporchi di urina e altro i specchi che non ti vedi, sotto i letti di tutto, tanto e che gli insetti entrano, nel cortile tante foglie secche da sotto le quali la sera scappavano dei scarafaggi, che poi ti ritrovi anche in stanza. Molto molto dispiaciuti, perché abbiamo girato un bel po di città in Marocco e da nessuna parte non abbiamo trovato tutto questo. Nemmeno nelle tende del deserto.

J’étais avec ma famille sur ce séjour… Ayant réservé sur booking 2 mois avant, à notre arrivée nous nous apercevons que l’hôtel avait mis en ligne plus d’appartements qu’il n’en avait !!! A notre arrivée, la réceptionniste (très désagréable et peu professionnelle) nous dit que le nécessaire allait être fait pour nous laisser une chambre rapidement. Quelqu’un est allé faire le ménage dans plusieurs appartements qui étaient clairement laissés à l’abandon pour que nous puissions aller aux appartements. Le ménage était catastrophique, très rustique, décevant, ça sentait le renfermé. Ils ne s’étaient sans doute pas remis du Covid ou que sais-je. Pas de wifi, pas de petit-déjeuner, rien. Seuls points positifs : hôtel très bien situé, une piscine moyennement correcte mais au moins présente.

The night club is open late so forget getting some sleep before 3 am, no toilet paper, defiantly a one star place, the supposedly wifi at the reception is very very slow everyone is standing around trying to get online.

After a 13 hour journey me my wife and 4 children got to the hotel 9pm only to find the hotel has been shut for over a year. On the beach (travel agents) whom we booked through weren't even aware of this yet they still took our money almost £1000. We were forced to find another hotel and pay £2000 extra. Nightmare Will never use on the beach or this hotel company again i have attached photos beneath. Please confirm my review with the regional tourist office in agadir if you like. I have tried to contact on the beach through email and call but no luck

My friend and I went here as a last minute holiday 11th November 2025. Staff were AMAZING COULD NOT DO ENOUGH FOR US The room though was a disappointment,did not have the items that was advertised ie_ no tv,no air conditioning,no mini bar,no toiletries,no utensils, hairdryer,no electric kettle,no balcony or terrace.No games area Yes we had a lovely area on ground floor with a table and chairs to sit at outside your room. Yes you had crockery and cutlery but to be desired.We had to put bottled water into a coffee pot to boil water for making coffee and tea.Room also felt damp and always cold 1 radiator in the bedroom and that was it. We did go to reception and ask why the young boy says they had all this stuff before COVID but now owner does not do any of this now,so it is officially false advertising,and I think it should be marked a 2 ⭐ I hope the staff stay as they are very welcoming and pleasant,they speak to you and ask if we are ok. I have never had to complain about a holiday before and I've been a few places and I feel bad but I think this needs to be said so people can see what hotel is really like

Clean and central. Helpful staff, big rooms, close to restaurants, shops etc and market selling essentials at the front entrance. Prices similar to other markets. Souvenir and leather shop next door to that. Good products and lovely staff. The hotel is moorish and relatively basic : no hairdryers in room, no television, no lift if you have special needs or prams etc. Bathrooms could do with an upgrade but doesn’t detract from enjoyment of holiday. Apartments are currently being refurbished (Nov ‘25). I really enjoyed getting back to basics and enjoyed a very relaxing holiday here with my husband. We’re planning to come back early next year and again in October. The climate is superb at end Oct/ Nov neither too hot nor too cold. Daytime is mostly warm enough to sunbathe but it can be breezy. Mid weight cardigan or hoody ideal for evenings sitting out. Yes I would recommend this hotel. Good value for money and close to beach, shops, restaurants.
