2 weeks in Afytos as guests at this residence. Place is welcoming. Location strategic, near to the beach and also the center. Clean flat, even though bathroom was not large enough and burners of kitchen not modern (too slow to warm up). Nice swimming pool. Staff very gente. A good stay as a whole.

The room is very comfortable and well designed. Location is perfect as it takes 3 minutes away by walk to center. No smoking in the hotel. Staff is very friendly. Recommended for who wants to rest or who wants to live in the nights of Afytos.

The apartment complex is lovingly designed and the garden is very beautiful and well maintained, but the apartments are not as spacious as shown in the photos. In our apartment, the kitchen was in a narrow hallway, very narrow dining area. The bathroom is tiny. The beds literally fell apart (had to be patched) and the mattress is ancient and therefore uncomfortable. The air conditioning is only in the hallway, so it is still hot in the bedrooms. Breakfast is below average - very poor choice. The free parking was not available, we had to park in the narrow alleys. Price/performance ratio is not right.

Perfect place to stay in afytos, 2minutes walk from the restaurant and the center of the village , super friendly owner , nice swimming pool, everything is perfect ! The place to stay in afytos , we will come back for sure ! Very clean room in a quiet area

Originally booked for six nights but decided to stay on. These apartments are within easy walking distance of the centre. Very clean and wonderful friendly staff….even the neighbours say hello. Highly recommended.
