Familienreise mit zwei 1- und 6-year-olds Selbst im Winter war die Temperatur des inneren heißen Wasserpools 27 Grad (Schleifpool), 32 Grad und Jacuzzi, so hatte ich Spaß im Wasser zu spielen. Die Temperatur war für ein Baby nicht sehr kalt 1-year-old, und der Außenpool war etwas zu viel für ein Baby, aber das Wasser war genug für Kinder, sogar im Winter zu spielen. Ich habe eine halbe Tischplatte gewählt, aber wenn Sie nicht Türkisch sind für den Nachmittag Tee, Frühstück und Abendessen, gibt es nicht viel zu essen. Aber es befindet sich direkt im Outlet-Shop, so dass wenn Sie direkt ausgehen, es Restaurants gibt, so glaube ich nicht, dass Sie das nächste Mal, wenn Sie bleiben, zuzufügen Mahlzeiten. Der Kinderklub ist sehr groß und sauber, weil es nicht Teppich ist. Es ist gut für junge Kinder zu spielen. Es gibt Spielfelder überall, so dass Kinder gut spielen können. Das Badezimmer im Badezimmer ist etwas eng. Insgesamt zufrieden und gut für die Reise im Winter.

We arrived as the school holiday was ending hence almost 400 people left a day after our arrival. Dinner after arrival was very good with massive amount of choice and good quality. We were impressed. All that positive view demolished starring from next morning. RESTAURANT: Breakfast choice was reduced but that want the problem. Looking at the cheese plates their colour was off. Cucumbers and tomatoes also had the same issue. When I asked the staff they said they prepared the plates previous night. It looked they were left without cover and possibly outside of the fridge. I have asked them to remove the plates as health and safety risk which they didn’t. You could see staff and managers talking in groups and staring at me which was very unprofessional. There were a lot of staff but not enough attention to customers. Empties were piling on tables but staff was only collecting them if they are called. Manager in charge of the dinner was just walking around and instructing staff to use less tissues etc. He wasn’t welcoming or talking to the customers. Only customer he chose to speak and pay special attention was a lady on a holiday with her elderly mum. This was very strange to observe. ROOM CLEANING: If we talk about the room cleaning there was not sufficient of it. Cleaning lady was getting into the room holding one cloth and was out in less than 5 mins. No hoovering, no cleaning of toilets, not wiping bathroom floors. The drains in the bathroom were smelling disgusting. We had to ask her to put bleach in the drains to get rid of the smell which took 2 days for her to do. You could see whatever you dropped on the floor staying there all during our stay. THERMAL POOLS: temperature and cleanliness of the pools were not great. I have been to other thermal hotels where the water temperature was adequate for expectations. But in this one hot pool was not hit enough to get the goodness we were after. There were 2 cool pools suppose to be at 28C which the staff admitted they were not. Staff told us they have told the management but nothing was being done. They advised us that we should talk to the management. Which we did but nothing has changed. My overall impression is that the management is not professional and not thinking about customer satisfaction. Although the hotel is currently very new looking as it is refurbished, I would think it will be smelly and old very soon with the cleaning regime in place. I would not choose to go there again as there are better hotels in the vicinity which I have been before where it was much better service for the same price

Die Thermalpools in den Zimmern sind großartig, Physiotherapeutische Anwendungen sind großartig, Lage ist großartig, röntgenfreundlicher Service, zeitliche Veranstaltungen Spaß Danke.Wir haben uns bei unserer Ankunft ⛄️ begrüßt. Wir haben mit meiner Familie 10 tolle Tage verbracht. Ich empfehle dieses Hotel sehr, da Sie einen privaten Thermalpool und ein türkisches Bad in Ihrem Zimmer haben.Und die Zimmer sind sehr komfortabel und groß genug.Sie haben fast alles, was Sie in Ihrer Küche und Haus in Ihrem Zimmer haben.Die Mahlzeiten im Restaurant sind Auch lecker .Andererseits können Sie in Ihrer eigenen Küche in Ihrem Haus kochen.Zusätzlich zu diesen Hotel ist sehr nahe den Hauptkaufszentren Es dauert 5 Minuten, um mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Wir verbrachten zehn tolle Tage mit meiner Familie . Hoffentlich kommt nächstes Jahr während des mittelfristigen Urlaubs wieder. Danke, dass Sie so hilfreich und freundlich sind.

Hallo, ich bin dreimal in Ihrem Hotel gekommen (letzte Offizier 2024) und ich bin froh, dass ich die Qualität, die ich in Hygiene, Personal und Lebensmitteln bewußt bin, noch mehr auf den Höhen gesetzt habe. Aber ich habe den Gästen, die sie wollten, nichts mit Alkohol zu tun. Aber ein Glas Bier, das nach dem Thermalpool gegessen wird, ein Glas Drink, das die Klavierhörung begleitet, oder ein Glas Drink, das neben dem Abendessen gegessen wird, um die Müdigkeit des Tages zu beseitigen, könnte den Tag noch besser genießen. Ich habe das mit Ihrem Verantwortlichen für die Beziehungen zu der Öffentlichkeit gesprochen, aber ich muss sagen, dass die laufenden Reaktionen nicht zufriedenstellend sind. Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit der Familie... und wir waren sehr glücklich mit dem Hohen Herrn auf der Rezeption, aber wir waren spät da, und wir haben uns sehr gefasst, dass wir uns sehr bedanken, dass Sie einen ständigen Wunsch haben, dass Sie sich an seinen Namen erinnern und sich an seine Aufmerksamkeit und Lächeln erinnern.
