Dated structure, old rooms, poor cleaning, old smell, towels dirty.. normal breakfast, basic dinner. Services present.Swimming pool opened, Andrew the afternoon receptionist was friendly and helpful.

I would like to recommend this hotel. It's safe and good for kids. Staffs were friendly, specially hotel manager was very helpful. Breakfast and dinner was also good with different choices. Rethynmo centre is not far from hotel, you can find bus outside hotel (Euro 1.20). You can find excursion/travel agency outside hotel (buses will pick you from outside of hotel) if you don't have car.

A nice hotel about 15 minutes drive from the old town. Rooms ok with balconies. Nice pool area. Breakfasts bland and the same every day but ok. Big issue - WiFi pretty much non existent. Helpful front desk but other staff not particularly chatty but could be that they don’t know enough English.

This was our 4th visit to Hotel Palladion, it was so great to be back after COVID cancellations and we weren’t disappointed. The staff, service and accommodation were exactly as we have come to expect and we definitely recommend a visit to this hotel if you are looking for a wonderful relaxing holiday. We stayed B&B but also used the snack bar for food, drinks and cocktails, great quality at reasonable prices. There are plenty of great shops, restaurants and cocktail bars in the local area where you will always receive a warm and friendly welcome, along with great food and drinks. There is a regular bus service into the Old Town, bus tickets can be purchased at supermarkets for €1:20 and is definitely worth a visit or two. Thanks again to Kostas and his team for another relaxing and enjoyable holiday.

Our family spent 10 nights in this lovely hotel in July 2022. The whole stuff and the managers were extremely proffesional and polite. We made a reservation before our arrival and everything was at the highest level (communication, accuracy, description). The hotel service and the overall experience corresponds to a 2 star level. Of course, do not expect luxurious hotel, but all I can say is that hotel hygiene is at the highest level (very important to me), the room was decent (doesn't play a big role to me because most of the time I was out of the hotel, visiting famous Cretan sightseeings), there was more than enough food for breakfast and dinner with variety of food and drinks and the accomodation pricing was more than reasonable. I have to emphasis Kostas, the manager, who was always helpful to us with every issue we had and whose advises meant a lot to us. I wish them a lot of happy guests in the following years.

We spent one week in Crete, and we stayed at Hotel Palladion. The hotel is very nice, the location is excellent, Rethymno is close by bus ( the bus stop is few steps from the hotel) the beach is also few steps, many shops and tavernas are nerby the hotel, but the neighborhood is not too busy. The hotel staff was helpful, basically Costas, who helped to rent a car and arrange a pretty cheap transfer from the hotel to the airport when we left the island. Close to the hotel you can find Klada travel agency with Nana, who also nice and helpful. We went with this agency to beautiful Elafonissi and the Heraklion-Knossos tour. By car we did a south trip, we visited Kournas Lake, small villages among the hills, and Plakias and Preveli beaches. Hotel Palladion's room are nice and clean, the beds and pillows are comfortable. Excellent location, staff, breakfast for theirs price. We really would like to go back for a longer holiday, stay at Hotel Palladion and discover more the beautiful Crete.

Je met 1 car le zéro n'est pas possible. Hôtel qui ne mérite pas ses étoiles. J,ai fait des hôtels 2 étoiles en Grèce bien mieux. Nourriture industrielle et identique chaque jour. Linge de toilette changé tous les 3 jours. Femme de ménage qui vous vire de la chambre avant 10 heures. Seul le reste du personnel était agréable surtout les réceptionnistes. Cet hôtel ne devrait même pas être proposé par les voyagistes. A fuir...
