Mein Mann und ich feiern unser erstes Hochzeitstag dieses Jahres durch den Besuch von Adelaide. Stamford Plaza war unsere Hauptbasis, da wir in der gesamten Region reisen, die alle Kunst, Kultur, Geschichte, Architektur, Lebensmittel und Wein der Region erlebt. Unser Aufenthalt im Stamford Plaza war angenehmen und sauber mit allen notwendigen Einrichtungen in einer zentralen Lage. Um die Bar zu erheben, obwohl es der Service war, den wir am Stamford Plaza von Jacqui aka Jax erhalten haben, die es extra besondere machte. Von ihrem warmen Willkommen, empfohlenen Attraktionen und heißen Punkten bis zu den zusätzlichen besonderen Touchs einschließlich einer Flasche Wein, um uns zu feiern. Unsere Erinnerungen an unsere Aufenthalte in Adelaide wurden durch Jax und das Stamford Hotel erheblich verbessert. Danke!

Wir haben eine Nacht im Hotel Adelaide Riviera in einem Zwilling-Zimmer geblieben, bevor wir den Ghan an Bord nehmen. Das Hotel wurde angemessen auf der Nordterrasse im Zentrum von Adelaide gelegen und wir fanden, dass Zimmer ziemlich geräumig und sauber und es hat sogar ein Spabad. Das Zimmer hatte 2 separate Schlafzimmer mit einem Könnenbett und das andere mit einem Einzelbett, einem Sofa und einem Tisch mit 2 Stühlen. Als wir ankamen, klang es wie eine Party im Zimmer neben der Tür, aber später am Abend war alles ruhig. Das Hotel ist sehr gut ausgestattet.

Used to supply both body wash and soap before but only soap this time. No more face towels aswell. Was amazing when I stay there at first time with good location and kind staffs.

Ibis Adelaide was a great location that was central to shops, groceries, transit, restaurants and cool sites. The hotel was clean and tidy. The room was bright. The air conditioning/heating feature was pleasant. Having a big screen tv in the room was nice for relaxing after a long day of site seeing. I will be sure to stay at Ibis hotels for my future travels

Lovely, clean apartment, excellent location for walking around Adelaide CBD. I stayed here for 4 nights with my partner and 4 year old, we had a 2 bedroom apartment. Excellent value. The apartment was very clean, has a kitchen containing most things you would need, although we didn't actually cook any meals, just used plates etc for serving take away, so can't comment on the cooking equipment. Full size fridge, plus a dishwasher, washing machine and dryer, and hair dryer meant the apartment was very well equipped overall. The Tv is a smart TV so we could use abc kids for our 4 year old and presumably you could log in to your own streaming services. The only thing to take note of is that the desk is only manned during business hours and there is no check in option after 9pm, I didn't realise this (my fault for not checking), so we had to book a cheap hotel near the airport for our first night as we flew in after 10pm. We checked in around 9am the next day. It's a short walk to Rundle Mall so you have lots of eating and shopping very close by. Parking available in secure carpark $25 per night, but do make sure you book ahead as there are limited spaces.

Das Hotel ist sehr neu (in den letzten 12 Monaten geöffnet und ist ein neues Gebäude) und es war ein hervorragender Aufenthalt. Bei der Kontrolle in ich wurde von einer unglaublich freundlichen Person auf der Rezeption begrüßt und wurde unverzüglich ein Zimmerschlüssel für ein Zimmer im 10. Stock (von elf) mit ausgezeichnetem Blick! Das Bett im Zimmer war unglaublich komfortabel mit Kissen, die mehr als meine unglaublich prickigen Geschmacksempfehlungen in Kissen erfüllten. Das Badezimmer war gut ausgerüstet und hatte flüssige Handsaft für die Waschung Ihrer Hände, die ich immer schätze sehen. Das TV im Zimmer hatte Foxtel-Kanäle plus auch Chromecast-Unterstützung für die werfen Sie Ihre Streaming-Apps auf es, was auch etwas ist, das ich in Hotels lieben und wünschen mehr tun! Das Hotel war in einer guten Lage für die Stadt, obwohl ich nicht sicher bin, was die offiziellen Parkplätze des Hotels sind - weil ich am Wochenende war, habe ich endlich auf dem Parkplatz im KPark-Außenparkplatz am Ecken von Angas und Pulteney Streets (ca. drei Minuten zu Fuß) die für 12 Stunden Parkplatz gezahlt $4. Es gibt auch Bushalte direkt außerhalb des Hotels und Sie können leicht weiter auf Pulteney Street zu Bushalte in andere Teile der Stadt zu gehen. Ich war sehr beeindruckt von allen Aspekten meines Aufenthalts hier und würde glücklich hier in der Zukunft wieder ohne Frage bleiben, aber ich habe einen Vorschlag - ein anderer Bin im Zimmer wäre schön, da der einzige Bin, den ich finden konnte, war ein kleiner im Badezimmer und ich füllte es in etwa dreißig Sekunden nachdem ich meinen Ausstiegsschlauch in sie gelegt hatte.

Das Äußere des Hotels ist sehr offensichtlich. Die blaue Außenwand weiß auf einen Blick, wo sie ist. Ade ist eine sehr ruhige und komfortable Stadt, und Sie können in der Nähe der Straße parken. Als ich eincheckte, war es 22 Uhr. Es gab kein Personal. Die Erfahrung, an der Tür anzurufen, war wunderbar. Nach Betreten des Zimmers war das Zimmer zwar ein bestimmtes Jahr alt, aber das Zimmer war sauber und ordentlich. Es ist das Wandbild an der Wand des Raumes. Es ist ein wenig vorsichtig, allein zu leben. Allerdings ist nicht jedes Wandbild gleich und manchmal ist es sehr neugierig auf die Ästhetik von Ausländern. Ich besuche Freunde und Lehrer. Für meine Studentenparty ist dies eine sehr erschwingliche Option. Ich bin sehr zufrieden, dass die tägliche Reinigungsarbeit das Zimmer sauber und ordentlich aufräumt, nicht durcheinander bringt und die Betten jeden Tag ordentlich gestapelt werden. Es gibt viele Restaurants in der Umgebung, und diese Straße ist nicht weit von der Stadt entfernt, auch wenn es nur zehn Minuten zu Fuß dauert. Das Wohnerlebnis ist insgesamt sehr gut, wenn Sie das nächste Mal wieder nach Ade kommen, sollten Sie sich dennoch hier entscheiden.

Decided to try he Arkaba Hotel bistro twice during my stay in Adelaide. I'm glad I did. Whilst this is a huge complex that has the bistro, pokies, sports bar and accomodation, it is a family friendly place that is well patronised. When I was there on a Friday and Sunday night, the dining room was bustling, with diners having a meal before theatre/comedy shows and birthday celebrations, in addition to the usual casual dining. On Friday night, I tried the sourdough garlic bread with cheese, which had some nice density to it, grilled to perfection with stretchy cheese. Then I had the beef schnitzel with mushroom sauce. The schnitzel was crunchy and I really liked the mushroom sauce - lots of mushrooms in a possible cream of mushroom soup base. Lots of crispy chips were on the plate too. When I went back on the Sunday, I had the Yoder smoked scotch fillet, once again with mushroom sauce. I didn't need the sauce, as the steak had a lovely Smokey flavour that stood on its own. I ordered mine medium, and it was cooked perfectly. The Caesar salad was fresh and tasty, and the dressing was not too heavy. The chips were crispy once again, but the only downside were the two onion rings, which could have done with a bit longer in the fryer. Meals are ordered and paid for at the register, with drinks purchased separately at the bar. Multiple televisions screens showing sport and select commercial stations are also present in the bistro. All in all, next time I visit Adelaide, I will be heading back to Arkaba Hotel for a meal.

We stayed in a budget room, and it was great! Room was a little on the small side but very comfortable for us as a couple. Bathroom light was a little dark, but the shower was fantastic and always had hot water. Good location in the suburbs of Adelaide, easy to navigate and to get to other places. Perfect spot for a comfortable place to sleep after a long day.

The Grand is without a doubt all about the location! Given it’s ocean front position it should offer an absolute premium experience but instead falls a little short as it continues to date without much sign of refurbishment. The rooms are basic, the carpets old, the furnishings aging and everything just feels in need of some love. Bathrooms still have showers over the bath with shower curtains and the air con in the room wasn’t very effective (too hot despite being on the coolest setting). There was also a wedding being hosted during my 1 night stay and despite my room being on the 5th floor (ballroom is on level 1), I could hear the band/music until the end of the reception at 11:30pm. On the positive (besides premium location), the staff at reception / concierge were excellent. They greeted with absolute care on arrival and happiness during check out, despite being early in the morning. It felt like they enjoyed what they did and that’s so good to see in customer facing roles. Worth considering this hotel for a stay, just as long as you’re happy with basic ammenities in a great location.
