The entire staff was very welcoming, smiling always and cheerful. I would like to highlight that my colleague left one his bags during checkout and only realized it at airport. On contacting, the staff immediately sent a vehicle with his bag on time. This was very touching and truly shows how much care they do for guests. My birthday fell on one of the days during my stay and they surprised me with special cake and wishes.

The experience at Best Western Dynasty Premier was excellent. The conference rooms were classy and we didn't have any interruptions. The meals during the conference were also yummy. I also had a good stay courtesy of the wonderful and cordial staff and amazing rooms. I can't wait to come back again. This is a good place to be. I d definitely recommend it to my friends and family

What a warm welcome of the staff. They went the extra mile from the beginning to the end. Their kindness and hospitality were amazing. The food was great with both a taste of local delicacies and for the less adventurous eater also some other options.

Sehr ausgezeichnetes Hotel, die Lage ist großartig, sehr sauber von Innen und Außen. Ich hoffe, sie erhalten ein besseres System, das wissen, dass Reisende kommen, und während alle Buchungen online gemacht werden, plus bezahlt. Ich schreibe diese Bewertung nicht, um etwas schlechtes über dieses Hotel zu sagen, aber ich war in einem sehr kleineren Hotel als dieses, und sie wissen automatisch, dass ich eine Bestätigung habe, und die Buchung wurde vorgenommen. Inzwischen sollte das größte Hotel sie schneller als das wissen. Ich liebe die Dinge, die sie sehr groß sind. Ich liebe das Frühstück, aber mit dem Preis der Zimmer, denke ich, das Frühstück sollte in die Zimmer aufgenommen werden.  Ich schätze wirklich die Großzügigkeit. Ich sehe auch in der Zukunft auf  da. Danke!

I had an amazing stay at TH-bonerosl hotel From the moment i arrived, the staff greeted us with warmth and hospitality. The room was beautifully appointed and immaculately clean. The breathtaking view was an unexpected delight. The hotel's amenities, including the spa and gem. The staff went above and beyond to ensure every aspect of our stay was memorable. I can't wait to return and experience the exceptional service once again.

Das Hotel ist wunderbar nur weiter zu Empfehlen! Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich und das Frühstück ist vorzüglich, es gibt ein großes buffet mit viel Auswahl, egal ob Veganer oder Vegetarier. Die Zimmer wurden auch sehr toll geputzt sie waren Blitzebank. Die Putzkräfte fassen deine Persönlichen Sachen nicht an was ich gut finde ! Als Verabschiedung haben wir einen selbst gebackenen Kuchen bekommen was ich persönlich sehr süß fande und auch sehr nett!

Ich war vom 22. bis 29. Dezember im Holiday Hotel. Das Personal war phänomenal. Es gab viele Annehmlichkeiten, darunter einen Flughafentransfer, kostenloses Frühstück, Zimmerservice, Wäscheservice und ein wunderbares Restaurant und eine Bar. Das Zimmer war sauber und hatte moderne Annehmlichkeiten. Das Bett war sehr bequem. Ich wurde während meiner kurzen Zeit dort sehr gut behandelt. Wenn jemand ein kleines Unternehmen unterstützen und gleichzeitig alle Vorteile eines Kettenhotels genießen möchte, empfehle ich das Holiday Hotel.

Insgesamt sehr gut, sehr guter Preis! Es gibt einen Transporterservice! Und das Personal ist auf der ganzen Reise Chinesisch! Das Frühstück ist packen! Das Abendessen ist selbst zahlbar! Es ist zu viel zu kostengünstig als das chinesische Restaurant!

I stayed in Hotel Lobelia for a total of 5 nights during 3 separate times in July. The hotel is conveniently located, just a 10min drive from Bole international airport, & a free hotel airport shuttle is provided. This was perfect for me as I had to fly in & out of Addis Ababa a couple of times as I traveled around Ethiopia. Besides being close to the airport, the hotel is also very close to many other establishments, such as restaurants, cafes, shops, mall, etc. There is also an ATM just outside the hotel lobby so this was extra convenient. The 3 different rooms I stayed in during my 3 separate stays were all spacious, satisfactory, & clean. The bed was quite comfortable, & the wifi worked well in the room. There was also a separate seating area. A menu for the restaurant, as well as all the services offered by the hotel are also conveniently provided on the desk in the room. The bathrooms are quite small, however, and can use some upgrades, but overall it was fine, and the hot water shower was great. On one of my stays, I did end up getting upgraded to one of the suites, which was a very big room with a very big bathroom. They serve a buffet breakfast which typically included traditional Ethiopian dishes, and sometimes eggs & pancakes, in addition to toast, fruits, juices, coffee, & tea. Besides breakfast, food is available all day at their restaurant, as well as room service. The food at the restaurant is quite good so I did eat here a couple of times. Laundry service was also good – I dropped it off just before 8:30am & got it back just after lunch. They also have luggage storage, which I used to store my big backpack, while I traveled to other parts of Ethiopia with just a small backpack. The overall service is really good here; plus, all the staff, from the reception to the restaurant to the shuttle service, are really nice, friendly, & accommodating. There was always someone to answer any questions and provide any assistance needed, which I really appreciated. This hotel is definitely good value for a short stay in Addis Ababa with easy access to the airport.

WLAN ist gut im Zimmer und auf der Rezeption. Warm Wasser für Dusche verfügbar. War ein wenig laut wegen der Begegnung mit der Straße Seite, wenn das Fenster geöffnet wurde. Zimmerservice war gut und schnell. Essen ist anständig. Frühstück hat eine gute Auswahl mit Eiern gemacht, um zu bestellen
