The place is ok for a night or two, especially if you are on a layover. It's conveniently located in Bole close to the airport and to some restaurants and bars. Complementary airport shuttle 24/7. Breakfast is available but limited. The rooms are ok. They are clean but desperately need renovation. In my room, the floor was full of scratches and the color was coming off, the furniture was old and partly broken, the curtains had holes, bedsheets and towels were almost falling apart. Still, for a night it was ok if you don't have high expectations and cleanliness matters more to you. What I didn't like was that I booked a suite room (Genius upgrade from booking.com) but upon my arrival I was given a standard room. The reception didn't inform me about that, I just noticed when I entered the room. When I asked about it, they told me that the room was not available because someone had Covid and couldn't check out. However, the hotel has several suite rooms (and when I checked the night before for a friend, there were still suites bookable). So it seems they just didn't want to give me the room upgrade... I also asked them before my arrival to check about an event that was supposed to happen in a nearby hotel the night of my arrival, but they never did.

I mostly come to best western plus friday and Saturdays, super enjoyable Live Band with great variety of musician, Best service once you visit this place when you visit the 2day time all staffs will treat you as one of family memeber with Care. Last saturday i enjoyed Mesay teferas performance and The manager with grace called Chalechiw if spell it correctly i mate him around the entrance He has amaizing eyes to make sure everyone is get the service, assigning teams, I 100% recommend this place to take care your weekend.

Ich blieb hier fast einen Monat. Die erste Woche war leider, als ich 7 Tage in Quarantäne war und das Zimmer war unbehaglich. Es war nicht so sauber wie es überhaupt gewesen sein könnte. Das Fenster hatte kein Licht, das es sehr schwer machte, online zu arbeiten, vor allem wenn Sie Sitzungen und tägliche Videos. Das Zimmer war sehr kalt und keine Heizgeräte. Einige der Lampen funktionierten auch nicht, der Blitz konnte verbessert werden. Das beeinflusste meine Arbeit Die Baustelle gegenüber dem Fenster war ziemlich schrecklich, da sie das ganze natürliche Licht weggeklappt und es ziemlich schrecklich aussieht. In der ersten Woche wurde mir von verschiedenen Mitarbeitern verschiedene Informationen erzählt, die verwirrend waren. Leider waren meine COVID-Ergebnisse spät, was mich zum Ende meine Aufenthalt für die nächsten zwei Tage verlängerte. Die Mitarbeiter entschuldigten sich jedoch und der Manager kontaktierte mich wenige Male persönlich. Nach der Quarantäne wurde ich in ein viel besseres und saubereres Zimmer verlegt, das mir erlaubte, mit gutem natürlichem Licht und Ausstattung im Zimmer online zu arbeiten. Die Mitarbeiter waren insgesamt freundlich, ich konnte die Kochen mit Hygienemaßnahmen kochen und jeder praktizierte Lebensmittelhygiene , waschen Hände usw. Anregungen: Ich hatte jemanden, der mich um Mitternacht in meinen ersten 7 Tagen anruft, um zu sagen, dass die Waschmaschine bereit war. Es freut mich, da die Zeit nicht akzeptabel ist, einen Gast zu diesem Zeitpunkt anzurufen. Vielleicht sollte bessere Ausbildung vorhanden sein. Ich wollte mal in der Restaurant-Bar ein Getränk haben und der Betreuer sagte mir, ich sollte in meinem Zimmer trinken. Später sah ich andere Leute in der Bar trinken. Sie sollten miteinander oder mit dem Manager kommunizieren, um zu sehen, was erlaubt ist oder nicht. Die Mitarbeiter sollten mehr miteinander kommunizieren, um besser zu verstehen, damit sie Kunden das gleiche und nicht anders informieren können. Die Lage ist in perfekter Lage in Bole, in der Nähe von Restaurants und Cafés. Es gibt Infiniti Café direkt neben dem Hotel, das ist großartig. Insgesamt denke ich, das Personal war freundlich und hilfreich und versuchte, zu helfen, wenn sie konnten. Einige der Mitarbeiter waren besonders freundlich und wirklich beruhigend, wie eins der Mitarbeiter im Vorderbüro, der mir geholfen hat, in das neue Zimmer zu wechseln und mich an den Edna-Keller zu richten und mit Transport usw. zu helfen. Einige der Wartepersonal waren wirklich freundlich und fragten immer, wie ich war und wie mein Tag war, was süß und freundlich war. Das Hotel ist sicher und sicher mit Sicherheitsmaßnahmen. The hotel, staff, service, and amenities are excellent - and the food is exquisite. They will treat you like family! Hotel shuttles are available 24/7 for transport to and from Bole International Airport. I arrived very late at the airport, and the driver met me as promised. The Hyatt Regency in Addis Ababa is the best of the best!

Addis is not the easiest city to navigate so your hotel needs to be an oasis. This is not a luxury hotel but a perfectly serviceable hotel you will come to appreciate. The rooms are decent size and beds comfortable. Television shows a coupld of English channels. The breakfast includes a vareity of fresh fruits and vegetables and hot dishes mostly Indian and Middle Eastern. We found a couple of the staff to be particularly helpful. Note that the hotel lists itself as being on Mickey Leland St. but it is set off from there. The Leland name appears to be newish so cab drivers sometimes have trouble finding it--there's a local app for cabs that is helpful. There are many restaurants surrounding this hotel and several ice cream/gelato spots. We happened to stay in three different rooms--higher is better--but the design of the bathroom plumbing connects the shower through an under-fllor pipe with a cleanout valve. In some rooms there is a smell from that arrangement. There also does not appear to be heating and cooling in the rooms-surprisingly that wasn't a problem. Overall, a reasonably priced good choice.

Das Radisson Blu ist ein schönes Hotel, die Zimmer ausreichend groß und gut eingerichtet. Wir hatten ein Queen-Bett und ein Twin-Bett Zimmer. Es gibt einen Wasserkocher und einen Kühlschrank, das Bad ist großzügig mit Dusche und Wanne. Housekeeping ist exzellent wie insgesamt der Service von Security über Rezeption bis zum Management. Wir haben jederzeit die Hilfe bekommen die man sich nur wünschen kann. Leider waren wir im Restaurant nicht ganz so zufrieden, am ersten Abend wurden uns alte Pommes serviert, ein anderes Mal war der Burger mal gerade lauwarm. Das passte nicht zum ansonsten sehr guten Gesamteindruck.

Das Hotel war in der Hauptstraße von Gondar. Schnell einchecken und auschecken. Die Mitarbeiter sind nett freundlich hilfreich. Zimmer sind angemessen, geräumig. WLAN ist gut im Zimmer und auf der Rezeption. Warm Wasser für Dusche verfügbar. War ein wenig laut wegen der Begegnung mit der Straße Seite, wenn das Fenster geöffnet wurde. Zimmerservice war gut und schnell. Essen ist anständig. Frühstück hat eine gute Auswahl mit Eiern gemacht, um zu bestellen

My experience here was really unexpected. The concierge Jemaldin was helpful in making all the arrangements and even accommodating request to change money to pay to the tour company who credit card machine was not working. House keeping kept the rooms clean with loads of water and attentive to request to change flower etc., They do all the hardwork with a smile and I did not forget that. When I went for breakfast and said I had allergies the chef @ Summerfields immediately took action and ensured that I had special food for my breakfast. The group I appreciated the most were the chef and staff at Shaheen. They made me feel so at home even though I was dining alone every night. They serve the best food and are always smiling. They were professional and engaged with the customer ensuring that the food was upto expectations. I am very grateful to them and will always remember them as they went all out to ensure that I was not unattended. In all my travels I never had anyone do this to me. On my last night at the hotel once I have finished my meal and ask for the bill, they were so cute and ask me to sit down instead of walking to the front. Then they switched off the lights and there came out a cake saying “Bon Voyage”. I felt so touched and I would like the management of the hotel to acknowledge their extra efforts and beyond my expectations customer services. Well done people Keep up the good work.
