Abholung direkt organisiert vom Hotel vom Flughafen, danach ins Hotel, sehr freundliches Personal egal ob bei der Tür, beim Lift, bei der Rezeption oder im Restaurant. Die Zimmer sind groß und sehr gut ausgestattet und vor allem ist das Hotel sehr sauber.

I have stayed at Cassiopeia for five weeks. Compared to many four - and five-star hotels I stayed at in Addis Ababa, I would rank Cassiopeia top on my list when it comes to comfort, most amazingly friendly staff, and the overall environment. The room was spacious, and the bed was comfortable. If there is any issue, just call the front desk. You will be surprised by the speed they take care of things. Above everything else, their politeness is amazing. I have to express my special thanks to the manager, Alaye. He is the most humble and friendly person. The breakfast buffet is also excellent. If you prefer something else, just tell the staff at the kitchen and they will gladly get it for you. The chef is another amazing and pleasant person, and he always offers to make you omelets. And when you say yes, his face brightens with happiness. Note that there is no swimming pool or spa. However, there is a small gym on the sixth floor, with well planned machines, and I used it almost on a daily basis. Thank you all for making my stay comfortable and memorable.

The front desk and cleaners here were so nice. Very pleasant every single day! Plus the room was super clean and well organized for a weeks stay for me 😁

In der Nähe des Flughafens dürfte es das beste Hotel in Addis sein! Das Frühstück ist besonders reichhaltig, mit westlichen, äthiopischen Spezialitäten und sogar einer chinesischen Essensecke. Das Hotel ist groß, wie ein Labyrinth, und auch das Fitnessstudio ist gut, mit neuer und kompletter Ausstattung. Ich werde das nächste Mal hier übernachten!

On May 24th, 2024. We planned to do our family wedding venue place in Check In Hotel. It really was a standout out for us of several wedding venues we went so far we found check in hotel to be one of the most incredible venue ever. The foods was very delicious, savory, heavenly and mouthwatering I have to give a big of applause to Chef Mesfin and Chef Teshome, they really did serve amazingly. They were fast and looking to the dishes that ran out but within a blink of an eye they rush to make everything full. Especially to chef Mesfin OMG wow..he was really well orientated about what we want for the food and he delivered them perfectly cooked and in a spectacular way with being careful. The venue hall is so big and lovely as well the bathroom are so clean and chic everything was so great. I would love to thank the waiters as well Tsion and Abebech for servicing our guests in such mannered way and shout out to Abel the F&B controller for being very attentive listener and on point even Alemshet as well though he is a bit stiff but I can understand why he also happens to be an excellent worker. And none of this wouldnt happen if it weren't for the fabulous Rahel Assefa the marketing manager. She made us felt like home and really really did show us moreover she actually gave us an idea of how we can run our plans with decor venue. She really did shine us through her magical works. So I really do recommend to stop going on the city to find a wedding venue and head straight to CHECK IN Hotel right to Rahel and book your venue there. Insgesamt sehr gut, sehr guter Preis! Es gibt einen Transporterservice! Und das Personal ist auf der ganzen Reise Chinesisch! Das Frühstück ist packen! Das Abendessen ist selbst zahlbar! Es ist zu viel zu kostengünstig als das chinesische Restaurant!

I stayed in Hotel Lobelia for a total of 5 nights during 3 separate times in July. The hotel is conveniently located, just a 10min drive from Bole international airport, & a free hotel airport shuttle is provided. This was perfect for me as I had to fly in & out of Addis Ababa a couple of times as I traveled around Ethiopia. Besides being close to the airport, the hotel is also very close to many other establishments, such as restaurants, cafes, shops, mall, etc. There is also an ATM just outside the hotel lobby so this was extra convenient. The 3 different rooms I stayed in during my 3 separate stays were all spacious, satisfactory, & clean. The bed was quite comfortable, & the wifi worked well in the room. There was also a separate seating area. A menu for the restaurant, as well as all the services offered by the hotel are also conveniently provided on the desk in the room. The bathrooms are quite small, however, and can use some upgrades, but overall it was fine, and the hot water shower was great. On one of my stays, I did end up getting upgraded to one of the suites, which was a very big room with a very big bathroom. They serve a buffet breakfast which typically included traditional Ethiopian dishes, and sometimes eggs & pancakes, in addition to toast, fruits, juices, coffee, & tea. Besides breakfast, food is available all day at their restaurant, as well as room service. The food at the restaurant is quite good so I did eat here a couple of times. Laundry service was also good – I dropped it off just before 8:30am & got it back just after lunch. They also have luggage storage, which I used to store my big backpack, while I traveled to other parts of Ethiopia with just a small backpack. The overall service is really good here; plus, all the staff, from the reception to the restaurant to the shuttle service, are really nice, friendly, & accommodating. There was always someone to answer any questions and provide any assistance needed, which I really appreciated. This hotel is definitely good value for a short stay in Addis Ababa with easy access to the airport.

Ich überquere Afrika seit fast einem Jahr und dieses Hotel hat mir eine tolle Erfahrung gemacht. Die Eincheckung ging reibungslos und ich wurde früh erlaubt. Das Personal ist außergewöhnlich! Von der Frontdesk bis zum Wartepersonal des Restaurants, das erstaunliche und gut geschätzte Lebensmittel hat, bis zu den Mädels. Bravo zu allen auf einem gut gemachten Job. Der Spa ist auch wunderschön. Ich genossen sehr einen Dampf, eine Sauna und eine Massage durch den unglaublichen Personalarbeiter. Ich empfehle 100% hier zu bleiben. Die Lage ist großartig. Ich fühle mich sicher. Das WLAN und das Zimmer sind erstaunlich. Danke 😊

Das Hotel war in der Hauptstraße von Gondar. Schnell einchecken und auschecken. Die Mitarbeiter sind nett freundlich hilfreich. Zimmer sind angemessen, geräumig. WLAN ist gut im Zimmer und auf der Rezeption. Warm Wasser für Dusche verfügbar. War ein wenig laut wegen der Begegnung mit der Straße Seite, wenn das Fenster geöffnet wurde. Zimmerservice war gut und schnell. Essen ist anständig. Frühstück hat eine gute Auswahl mit Eiern gemacht, um zu bestellen
