Eine erstaunliche und wunderbare Reise und Aufenthalt in Divan Adana. Der Beginn der Reise war müde wegen der Flugannullierung und halt an Antalya. Hotelaufenthalt wurde auf 7 Nächte reduziert. Die Hotelverwaltung hat unseren Aufenthalt sehr zufrieden gemacht und als Änderung des Pakets n Familienanbindung Zimmer ohne zusätzliche Kosten angeboten. Alles war perfekt von Hotelmanagement bis zum Frühstücksbuffet, zu unseren Zimmern und Lage. Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt im Divan Hotel Adana. Wir werden dieses Hotel definitiv für den Familienaufenthalt empfehlen. Vielen Dank an Management und Rezeption Mitarbeiter.

Evim gibi hissettim. Şehrin merkezinde olması, ulaşımlarınızı, toplantı yapmak için bi yer bulmanızı çok kolaylaştırıyor. Odalar ferah, tertemiz, banyoya konan şampuan, duş jeli pratik bir şekilde kullanmamız için duvara monte edilmiş. Odanın giriş kısmındaki boydan ayna çok iyi düşünülmüş. İş seyahatlerimiz için geliyoruz genelde Adana’ya fiyatlarda da kolaylık sağlandığı müddetçe artık adresim burası olacak. Umarım kaliteniz hep böyle devam eder. 🌸

Von der Lage her liegt das Hotel sehr nahe am Flughafen und beiden Zentren. Die Sauberkeit der Zimmer ist ideal. Das einzige Problem war, dass unsere Tür immer wieder mitten in der Nacht von jemand anderem aufgebrochen wurde, ich dreimal die Rezeption anrufen musste und nachts nicht schlafen konnte. Unser Zimmer erhielt die Nummer 404 und das andere Zimmer die Nummer 414. Ich denke, dass ähnliche Nummern nicht spät in der Nacht vergeben werden sollten.

1 gece konakldık. Karşılama iyiydi, odalar temizdi, full dolu olduğundan mehire bakan odalarda kalamadık ama kibarca birdahaki gelişimizde orada ağırlamak isteriz denildi. Teşekkür ederiz bunun için. Konum Adanaya gezmeye gelmişseniz çok ideal, turistik bölgelere yakın. Tek vasat şey kahvaltıydı. Evet açıkbüfe baya da çeşit var ama her şey kötü kalitedeydi diyebilirim. Peynirler, pörsümüş domates salatalıklar, buz gibi kızartmalar, bu konunun kesinlikle geliştirilmesi lazım. Ama tam bir fiyat/ performans oteli yine gelsem yine kalırım ama kahvaltıyı dışarda yaparım. Hiltonla karşı karşıya

Das Hotel befindet sich 10 Minuten vom Zentrum entfernt mit einem privaten Auto. Das Hotel hat sehr schönes Abendessen und Frühstück. Das Zimmer war sauber und groß. Es war schöner als es auf den Fotos erschien. Nur das Zimmer riecht sehr schlecht. Wir haben den ganzen Tag Luftkonditionierungsraum gefahren, aber ich denke nicht, dass es in schlechter Weise in die Klimaanlage geflogen ist. Was wir getan haben, ist nicht geräuchert. Das Badezimmer war sauber, die Handtücher waren so sauber, dass die Zimmer sehr sauber waren. Das Hotel war ruhig. Es war sehr schön, wir schliefen am Abend ruhig. Der Essensservice war gut. Ihr Frühstück kann in einer Stunde von 7 bis 10 Uhr gemacht werden. Bier ist besser als die Hotels im Zentrum. Wenn Sie ein Auto haben, gehen Sie in 10 Minuten zum Zentrum. Es ist ein schönes Hotel, ich empfehle es denjenigen, die gehen wollen. Vielen Dank für Ihren Service. Hotel Adanava ✌️

Ich habe eine schöne und saubere Zimmerreinigung insbesondere für Rzv gebeten und es war sehr gut. Personal hilfsbereit und lächelnd. Die Parkplätze des Hotels sind nicht auf der Straße. Und ich habe eine Nichtraucherzimmer gefordert, leider war es nicht. Frühstück genügt. Sie können sich gut um die Position gehen.

Ich würde die Wohnung immer wieder besuchen. Die Wohnung ist sauber und sehr schön eingerichtet. Auch über die Lage kann man nur schwärmen. Die Wohnung liegt direkt an der Turgut özal Straße. Zu Fuß sind somit zahlreiche Bars cafes und Shoppingmöglichkeiten erreichbar. Zudem muss man sagen, dass trotz der belebten Gegend kein grosser Lärm besteht und man keinesfalla gestört wird. In der Unterkunft fühlt man sich sehr geborgen und willkommen was auf die Freundlichkeit und Hilfsbereitschaft der Mitarbeiter zurückzuführen ist. Vor allem Herr Özgür war stets Hilfsbereit und Freundlich. Auch bei privaten Angelegenheiten bot er stets seine Hilfe an.

Das Frühstück war schön, aber verbessert werden kann. 1-2 Die Produkte sind frisch. Die Lage ist schön, viele Hotels in der Region, wo sie gefunden werden, sind bereits vorhanden. Aber da die Region bewegt und intensiv ist, kann es innerhalb und abends Lärm geben.

I booked my room at Riva Resatbey Hotel through Agoda and asked for airport pickup, since I arrived at Adana from Istanbul at 2:40 and I didn’t want to have the trouble with cash money for the taxi – but the hotel didn’t arrange the pickup, hence after waiting for more than half an hour outside the airport, I finally got a taxi to the hotel. I informed the driver about my lack of money and that the hotel would have to pay him and he was fine with that. After arriving at the hotel, it took a lot of persuasion to get the staff in the reception to pay him, but finally one of the men gave me 200 TRY to pay for the taxi – but it ended being a private deal and not done by the hotel – which failed at picking me up. I later withdrew cash and paid him back. The room – 112 – had several flaws which should not be something that the guest had to worry about. Here is my list: • The floor in the shower was slippery – very slippery – just waiting for someone to fall and get badly hurt. • The showerhead was stuffed with limestone, regularly cleaning should be done for the comfort of the guests – I did the cleaning myself – at least the head got rubber jets that are easy to rub clean. • The toilet brush was dirty and broken – buy some really cheap ones you can easily and cheaply replace – not these ‘sophisticated’ expensive ones. • The caulking work in the shower was a butchered job, get proper people to do a good job, it looked only half-baked. • The safe in the wardrobe didn’t work as the mixed-brand batteries had ‘sweated’ their guts out and destroyed the electronics. Buy good quality, change all at the same time and use the same brand, so you don’t destroy your investment – the safe itself. • They put up another safe, but as it was not attached to the shelf, it meant that you could just take the entire safe under your arm and walk away with it. • The curtain rails were not fitted with proper stops, so when I let the morning light in, the curtains in the left side dropped to the floor. The maintenance team ‘fixed’ it with stuffing paper into the rail ends! Do proper repairs – or keep suffering for continuous bad fixes, as you do now. • The double doors could not close, the locking handle on the left side was locked, but the door could slide open – the same with the right side which did not have a locking mechanism. Due to being unlocked, the street noise came in through the gaps. The location of the hotel is fine, and the cleanliness was also fine. The staff was not overly diligent, but all in all very OK and polite. The breakfast was with a good selection of food, something for all. For the price, the hotel must do a better job keeping the rooms in perfect order, this is not a low-priced hotel. For that reason, I will not recommend this hotel. For all other reasons, I will recommend the place.
